In the 3-4 episodes of Your Honor Korean Drama, Kang Ho decides to stay at the court after knowing he can get huge money from Ho Sung’s case. But So Eun refuses to write the decision as it’s against her conscience. Your Honor tries to wake Kang Ho’s conscience which was lost when his mother didn’t believe he was innocent.
Your Honor Korean Drama Recap: Episode 3

Kang Ho gets questioned by lawyer Dae Yang as witness, he says that Ji Yeon loves defendant, and didn’t hear vctim’s scream. Ji Yeon yells at him, since she screamed loudly. So Eun throws a bottle of water to Kang Ho with anger, thinking he is a evil jerk. But the security pushes her out of court.
Kang Ho is shocked that the idol singer Park Hae Na shows up as a defendant, and claims he is her fan. He asks to postpone the trial since he cannot read the Chinese characters. Dae Yang is flurried after knowing Kang Ho postponed the trial, and asks Sang Cheol to find what Kang Ho wants. He whispered to Jung Soo that the judge postponed the trial, Jung Soo gets angry, and throws off his club.
Kang Ho is embarrassed about people bow to him, no matter he leaves or returns. He has to bow to them, So Eun smiles as the judge is very nice. Soo Ho is hung in a empty room, and his mouth is sealed by white cloth. Chang Soo takes off his mask, and hits him heavily. Bok Soo asks Kang Ho to explain to information officer, and tells him he has a meeting with Sang Cheol. But Kang Ho asks So Eun to do it for him, and sees Wook Tae who is looking for him. He has to avoid him finding the back entrance.
So Eun asks Sang Cheol about Soo Ho since they’re friends, he tells he showed off his Chinese character knowledge to his teacher, and reveals he always ranks first in Korea. She remembers Kang Ho told her his brother ranks first in Korea, and asks Sang Cheol if Soo Ho has a brother. He denies. Kang Ho thinks it’s mother call again, and annoyed. But the guy reminds him that the case he talked about, and Kang Ho sees “Restricted Caller ID” on the screen. The guy tells him that he prepared a big gift for him, and asks him to take care of Lee Ho Sung. Kang Ho doesn’t know what he means, and throws Soo Ho’s phone into trash can. But he picks it up soon.
Kang Ho decides to stay there until he get the big gift, but Bok Soo gives him the files with many Chinese characters then. He calls So Eun with evil smile, and asks her to write the decision, which is easy to understand, and allows her to take his seat. She is terrified, but he is satisfied with her works, and is high five with her. Chang Soo drowns Soo Ho, and Soo Ho asks him who he is. Chang Soo thinks he needs to figure it out himself, and says that he knows everything about him. Soo Ho offers to give him money, but Chang Soo just wants to kill him. Meanwhile Chang Soo gets a call from a woman Woo Jung who wants to kill Soo Ho herself. Soo Ho catches the chance to take a saw, and suggests Chang Soo to apply for the retrial to solve his problem. But Chang Soo thinks Soo Ho’s death will solve it while grasping his hair.
Kang Ho calls Bok Soo, and asks him about Ho Sung’s case. Bok Soo says that he didn’t give it to him, Kang Ho tells him he is busy. Sang Cheol texts So Eun asking her if Kang Ho is busy, she admits after peeking at his office. Kang Ho thinks Ho Sung is a scumbag after seeing his document, and knows Sang Cheol and Soo Ho were in same class. He gives Sang Cheol a warm embrace when seeing him. Sang Cheol thinks he looks weird, and asks him to delay Ho Sung’s case.
Kang Ho thinks people talked about the cut more often, after seeing So Eun’s cut. He claims he won’t talk about it. She burns tongue while eating. He pretends to call someone outside, but he laughs while imitating her expression.
Your Honor Korean Drama Recap: Episode 4
Ho Sung blames Sang Cheol in the bar, because he didn’t handle Soo Ho since his trial will begin in two days. Sang Cheol says that he met with Soo Ho who agreed to delay his trial. Ho Sung pours wine to the lawyer next to Sang Cheol, and give him money. Sang Cheol startles Ho Sung while lifting the wine bottle, but he claims he just wants to pour him wine.
Kang Ho asks So Eun to write the Ho Sung’s decision for him, and tells her richer aren’t evil. She accepts it, and locks up herself to make sure nobody can enter. Kang Ho discovers the foods mother left for Soo Ho, he is envy of his brother. So Eun finds out Ho Sung smiled when the reporters questioned him, and recalls Ji Yeon mentioned the guy raped her smiled after getting punished. Ji Yeon said that So Eun lived a good life before committing suicide.
Joo Eun visits Soo Ho’s house, and opens the door herself. She knows he doesn’t want to see her, and asks him why he pretended to be a nice guy. Kang Ho says Soo Ho is a jerk, she is surprised that he repents.
Woo Jung arrives with a sickle, Chang Soo fails to stop her. She stabs on Soo Ho’s thigh, but he stabs her belly with a javelin. Chang Soo wants to send her to hospital, but asks him to catch Soo Ho instead. He fails to catch Soo Ho, and yells to kill him. Geum Mi signs the contract with Wook Tae, and tells him to to bully his sons. Woo Tae wants to be her son as well. Soo Ho rolls from mountain because of his wound on his foot.
So Eun meets up with plaintiff, and asks him about the case. He tells her that his dad opened up the pipe to leak the steam, Ho Sung mistakes to push his father down to hurt his eyes. But she points out the witness’s statement is different to his, and says that Ho Sung hurt his father eyes with a camera after finding a water bottle at the factory. He doesn’t want to continue their talks, and says he wants to be survival, even if she mentions Ho Sung was smiling.
Kang Ho doesn’t like the decision So Eun wrote, because she sentences to send Ho Sung in prison for 7 years. But she says that she doesn’t want to see his smiling after the trail, and refuses to rewrite it as she cannot abandon her conscience.
