Why Is Sam-Dal Embarrassed In Front Of Yong-Pil?

Sam-Dal and Yong-Pil were in love. But Yong-Pil dumped Sam-Dal. She wore to find a boyfriend who was better than him. But her boyfriend cheated on her. She came back when she was a loser. She didn’t wish Yong-Pil to know what happened to her. But he knew it when he had a talk with her boyfriend in episode 4. She wished to keep the pride of her. But she found out that he has known it. So she’s embarrassed in front of him. Especially when he brings up he is her ex-boyfriend.

Why Da-Young Trips?

Da-Young comes to Namdal-ri to attend the ceremony of AS Theme Park. The village chief asks Da-Young to eat the red sea cucumber. Da-Young is scared when he sees the sea cucumber. He trips. Kang-Hyun catches the chance to take a photo of Da-Young.

Why Is Jin-Dal Upset?

Mi-Ja asks Jin-Dal to replace her to be the traffic cop because she needs to go to clean the seabed. Jin-Dal runs into her ex-husband Da-Young when she chases the culprit. Da-Young remembers Jin-Dal gave him a hard time when she was his wife. He finds out that she hasn’t change her bad temper. She’s not happy as well after she saw him. She runs to breakwater.

Jin-Dal is tired to lie on the ground. She calls Sam-Dal and asks her to come to the breakwater. She wishes to get drunk for some days. But she doesn’t want to drink at home because she worries that she will run into Da-Young. She wonders why he came to her village.

How Does Sam-Dal Know Sang-Do Is Rich?

Sam-Dal ends the talk with Jin-Dal. She sees an expensive car. She wonders who is the car owner. Sang-Do shows up. She stops him when he tries to touch the car. But he tells her that the car belongs to him. He learns that she’s going to go to see her sister Jin-Dal.

He gives her a ride. She reminds him that she gave her milk to him when he couldn’t afford the milk. She asks him to repay her. They arrive at the breakwater. Jin-Dal changes her mind. She asks Sang-Do to drive her away. Sam-Dal drinks alone at the breakwater.

Does Kang-Hyun Take A Photo of Sam-Dal?

Kang-Hyun takes a photo of Sam-Dal. He tries to interview her. But he’s stopped by Yong-Pil and Sang-Do. Yong-Pil tries to take the photo back. But Sang-Do stops him.

The reporter Kang-Hyun has looked for Sam-Dal. He decides to leave the village after he got the photo of Da-Young. But he hears the two ladies talking about that Sam-Dal came back. He finds Sam-Dal’s house. He takes a photo of her mail.

Kang-Hyun walks into the yard. He finds out that Sam-Dal is sleeping in her room. He takes a photo of her. She finds out that he just took a photo of her. So she closes the window. Yong-Pil stops Kang-Hyun when Kang-Hyun tries to get into Sam-Dal’s house. Sang-Do joins Yong-Pil. Kang-Hyun leaves the house since the two men are guarding Sam-Dal.

Why Gyeong-Tae Breaks Kang-Hyun’s Camera?

Gyeong-Tae is a big fan of Sam-Dal. He gets angry after knowing Kang-Hyun took a photo of Sam-Dal. He breaks Kang-Hyun’s camera for ruining the photo.

Gyeong-Tae is interested in Kang-Hyun after knowing he’s a reporter. He brags to him that he knows everything about the place. So Kang-Hyun asks Gyeong-Tae and Eun-U about Sam-Dal. He reveals he took a photo of the girl when Eun-U claims that Sam-Dal isn’t in the village.

Gyeong-Tae and Eun-U get a message from Yong-Pil. Yong-Pil tells his two friends that Kang-Hyun is a bad person. Kang-Hyun hands over his camera to Gyeong-Tae. Gyeong-Tae finds out that Kang-Hyun took a photo of Sam-Dal when she fell asleep. He’s furious to throw the camera to the ground. Eun-U catches the chance to step on the memory card.

Who Compensates Kang-Hyun?

The person is Sang-Do. Gyeong-Tae and Eun-U are taken to the police station after Gyeong-Tae broke Kang-Hyun’s camera. Kang-Hyun threatens to sue Gyeong-Tae even if Gyeong-Tae claims that the camera dropped itself. Gyeong-Tae has to summon Yong-Pil.

But Yong-Pil has no money when Kang-Hyun asks him to compensate him. Sang-Do takes away all of the cash from her restaurant. He arrives at the police station with the cash. He gives the cash to Kang-Hyun. He compensates him for the breaking of his camera.

Why Sam-Dal Sues Kang-Hyun?

Sam-Dal doesn’t intend to sue Kang-Hyun. But he wants to sue her friend Gyeong-Tae who helped her. She sues Kang-Hyun for helping Gyeong-Tae.

Gyeong-Tae’s mother visits Sam-Dal. She tells her not to leave her house. She reveals Gyeong-Tae was taken to the police station because he had a fight with the reporter. Sam-Dal arrives at the police station when Kang-Hyun is going to sue Gyeong-Tae.

Because Kang-Hyun thinks Gyeong-Tae intended to ruin his camera. Sam-Dal shows up. She tells Kang-Hyun that she is going to sue him for taking photo of her. But he points out that she doesn’t have any evidence because his camera got broken. Sang-Do tells the people that he has the evidence. He points at his car. Sang-Do parked his car at Sam-Dal’s house. The camera in his car recorded what Kang-Hyun did.

Does Sang-Do Have Feelings for Sam-Dal?

Sang-Do has feelings for Sam-Dal. But he gives up after he found out that his best friend Yong-Pil is chasing Sam-Dal. He complains it to Yong-Pil when he’s drunk. Yong-Pil is working. He finds out that Sam-Dal doesn’t take umbrella when it’s going to rain.

He tries to take the umbrella to see her. But he sees Sang-Do walking to Sam-Dal with the umbrella. Episode 5 of Welcome to Samdal-ri ends with Sam-Dal smiling at Sang-Do when he holds the umbrella for her. He smiles at her as well.
