This is the Recap & Review for Netflix Korean drama The World of the Married: Episode 12. Tae-Oh calls Da-Kyung but she doesn’t pick up his phone. Sun-Woo asks Byeong-Kyu what he will do when Tae-Oh is going to be a murderer. He laughs and says that he doesn’t care about Tae-Oh’s future.

Sun-Woo reminds Byeong-Kyu that his daughter will get a divorce and Jenny will be labeled as a murderer’s daughter. She tells him that they’re on the same boat. He points out that she is also a suspect. She laughs and tells him not to worry about her. She asks him to make a choice.

The cop asks Tae-Oh where he was that night, and thinks he will be in trouble if he doesn’t say anything. Sun-Woo shows up and tells the cop that Tae-Oh was with her that night. Hyun-Seo walks out and tells people that In-Kyu fell from the rooftop after Tae-Oh came there. But Sun-Woo points out that an assumption isn’t enough to make someone a murderer.

The detective says that they need to look into it since there’s a witness. He asks Sun-Woo to prove it. She takes out Tae-Oh’s wedding ring from her pocket, and says that she found it in her car. She admits that she is his alibi.

The detective calls Da-Kyung and asks her if she noted that her husband didn’t wear his wedding ring. She says that it was missing since that night.

Tae-Oh waits for Sun-Woo and asks for a talk. She reveals she met up with Byeong-Kyu, and asks if he dumped her and Joon-Young to be treated like that.

Tae-Oh returns home and ignores Da-Kyung. She blames him for making her get a call. He tells her that she won’t get a call again, and reveals Sun-Woo helped him clear his name. She mentions what he said that Sun-Woo may have killed In-Kyu. He says that Sun-Woo risked herself to come.

Da-Kyung gets angry and asks Tae-Oh if Sun-Woo still has feelings for him. He throws a fit and says that Sun-Woo did it because he is Joon-Young’s dad. He reminds her that he is also Jenny’s dad. He returns home and he cries in the dark.

Sun-Woo walks into Joon-Young’s room. She sees her son fall asleep in the bed. She leaves and she returns to her room. She lies in the bed and she thinks it’s hard to end a relationship.

The next day. Sun-Woo makes breakfast. She waits for Joon-Young. He goes downstairs and he ignores his mother when she greets him. He gets the milk on his own. She tries to make a toast for him. He’s furious to stop her when he puts the spoon on the table.

Da-Kyung is at home. She calls the cop and she asks him about In-Kyu. He reveals the guy killed himself. Tae-Oh goes downstairs. He ignores his wife. He’s in anger because of last night’s fight. He leaves home. Hyun-Seo walks out of the police station. It’s snowing.

Sun-Woo gets off her car. She walks to Hyun-Seo. She asks her why she called the police. She thinks the case would be simple if Hyun-Seo didn’t step in. Hyun-Seo cries to tell Sun-Woo that In-Kyu killed himself because she betrayed him.

Sun-Woo persuades Hyun-Seo not to feel guilty. She tells her that it’s over. But Hyun-Seo disagrees. She reveals she didn’t break up with In-Kyu because she pitied the man. She knows Sun-Woo pitied Tae-Oh as well. Because she saw it from Sun-Woo’s eyes. She hints at Sun-Woo that she will get same ending like her if she doesn’t forgive Tae-Oh. She leaves.

Sun-Woo meets with Yoon-Ki at the hospital. He’s surprised that the case ended so fast. She thinks she was selfish because she tried to cover the truth for Tae-Oh. He tells her to be careful of Byeong-Kyu. Byeong-Kyu plays golf with Tae-Oh on the golf course. He persuades him to get rid of Sun-Woo. Tae-Oh claims that he tried his best to hurt his ex-wife. He thinks Byeong-Kyu doesn’t trust him. Byeong-Kyu invites Tae-Oh to play golf with Da-Kyung. Tae-Oh rejects it. He leaves the golf course.

Joon-Young has a fight with Hae-Kang in the classroom. Because Hae-Kang badmouthed his mother. The teacher stops them. No-Eul looks at Joon-Young. She worries about her boyfriend. Sun-Woo returns home. She sees her son watch TV on the couch.

She scolds him because she thinks he should go to the academy. She approaches him when she worries that he has a fever. But he hits her hand and he stops her. He tells her that he wants to miss a day. He goes to the second floor.

Sun-Woo goes to the supermarket to buy groceries. She sees No-Eul and her mother Mi-Yun. Mi-Yun works at the supermarket. She and No-Eul get along well. Sun-Woo pushes the cart to Mi-Yun when she greets her. She volunteers to give No-Eul a ride. Mi-Yun feels honored.

Sun-Woo takes No-Eul home. She complains to the girl that she didn’t get along with her son. She wishes to know what happened at the school. No-Eul reveals the boy told Joon-Young that his mother dated the dead man. Sun-Woo goes to the range. She threatens Do-Cheol’s wife that she will ruin her husband if she lets her son hear any rumor about her.

Da-Kyung is at home. She tears up when she holds the wedding ring. She remembers Tae-Oh was cold to her when she tried to make up with him. He took away the wedding ring from her. Tae-Oh is in his car. He takes a look at his wedding ring. He puts on the ring.

Ye-Rim receives Je-Hyuk’s clothes at home. The clothes were sent to be washed. She throws the clothes in the corner with Je-Hyuk’s belongings. Je-Hyuk works in his office. He receives a photo of his stuff from Ye-Rim. She asks him to come to take his stuff.

He returns home and he sees her carry the food. He takes over the food from her when he thinks he came back just in time. But he sees the unwashed dishes in the kitchen. She’s angry to take over the food box from him. She opens it and she begins to eat the fried chicken leg.
