Joon-Ha tries to wake Yeon-Doo up when she passes out on his knees. But Tae-Kyung tells Joon-Ha not to do so because he worries that he will stress Yeon-Doo out. Joon-Ha yells at Tae-Kyung because he thinks he should say something.
Tae-Kyung calms Joon-Ha up. He tells him that he’s going to find a solution to save Yeon-Doo. He sees him stroking his wife’s hair. He arrives at his clinic. He carries Yeon-Doo out of his car. He tries to leave. But Joon-Ha stops Tae-Kyung. He tells him that he will carry his woman.
But Tae-Kyung tells Joon-Ha that he’s in anger. He tells him not to show up in front of him. Hyun-Woo is talking with Hwa-Ja. He sees Tae-Kyung carrying Yeon-Doo into the clinic. Tae-Kyung asks Hyun-Woo to operate on Yeon-Doo. Hyun-Woo takes Tae-Kyung to the operating room.
Hwa-Ja is scared after she saw the scene. She believes that Yeon-Doo had a miscarriage. Chan-Sik is in his office. He remembers what he told Yeon-Doo to break up with his son. Se-Jin reports to Chan-Sik that something happened to Yeon-Doo.
Joon-Ha runs out of Tae-Kyung’s clinic. He remembers what Tae-Kyung told him that he’s in anger. He thinks Tae-Kyung doesn’t have the right to did it because he’s Real’s real father. Se-Jin learns that Yeon-Doo had a miscarriage. She wishes the baby to be alive because she thinks the baby belongs to Joon-Ha.
Joon-Ha shows up. He tries to break into Chan-Sik’s office. But Se-Jin stops him. She asks him to tell her what happened. But he shakes off her hand and throws a fit to her. He walks into Chan-Sik’s office. He finds out that he’s missing.
Se-Jin leaks that Chan-Sik went to Tae-Kyung’s clinic. Joon-Ha realizes that Chan-Sik went to the office for Yeon-Doo. Se-Jin admits it. She asks Joon-Ha if Yeon-Doo had a miscarriage. He denies it and tells her not to say so. She tells him to calm down and she persuades him to leave the office.
Joon-Ha mentions Yeon-Doo passed out after Chan-Sik said something to her. He tells Se-Jin that he won’t forgive Chan-Sik. She slaps him and asks him to let her look into it. She calls Hyun-Woo and asks him about Yeon-Doo. Hyun-Woo tells Se-Jin that the mother and the child are fine.
Se-Jin tells Hyun-Woo that Chan-Sik is going to go to the clinic. She hangs up. Joon-Ha calms down after heard Yeon-Doo and Real are fine. Hyun-Woo reports to Chan-Sik that Se-Jin just called him. He tells him that the baby is fine.
Chan-Sik asks Hyun-Woo about Tae-Kyung. Hyun-Woo thinks Tae-Kyung is staying with his wife. Tae-Kyung takes care of Yeon-Doo in the ward. The nurse brings Yeon-Doo’s bag to Tae-Kyung. She leaves the ward. He finds the present in the bag. He tears up after he found out that Yeon-Doo treated him as her family.
Tae-Kyung puts the necklaces back to the bag. Yeon-Doo wakes up. She finds out that she’s in the clinic. She worries about Real. Tae-Kyung tells Yeon-Doo that Real is fine. She notes that he just cried. He denies it and leaves the ward.
Tae-Kyung is surprised to see Chan-Sik. He asks him why he’s there. Hyun-Woo explains to Tae-Kyung that Chan-Sik worries about his wife. Tae-Kyung tells Chan-Sik to go to another place to talk with him because his wife needs to rest.
Chan-Sik agrees to it. He walks away. Tae-Kyung asks Hyun-Woo to take care of his wife. He leaves as well. He meets with Chan-Sik in the office. He thinks Yeon-Doo passed out because of him. He yells at him because he thinks he wants to give his wife hard time again.
Chan-Sik tells Tae-Kyung that he wanted to check if the mother and the baby are fine. Tae-Kyung tells Chan-Sik to leave because he doesn’t want to see him. Chan-Sik threatens to tell it to In-Ok if Tae-Kyung doesn’t give up Yeon-Doo.
But Tae-Kyung refuses to do it. He tells Chan-Sik to treat him as a stranger. He leaves the office. Joon-Ha remembers Yeon-Doo passed out in his arms. Se-Jin brings the water to Joon-Ha. She wonders why he was at Tae-Kyung’s clinic. He reveals Yeon-Doo passed out in his arms.
Ending Explained
Episode 31 of The Real Has Come ends with Se-Jin remembering Joon-Ha asked her about Tae-Kyung’s plate number. She wonders why the man asked her about it. Joon-Ha remembers Yeon-Doo told him that she has been eight weeks with Tae-Kyung.
Joon-Ha realizes that Tae-Kyung isn’t Real’s real father because he didn’t know Yeon-Doo at all. Yeon-Doo takes a look at the present. She remembers Hyun-Woo told her that Tae-Kyung cared for her and the baby very much. Tae-Kyung shows up. He thinks Yeon-Doo needs to rest.
Yeon-Doo looks at Tae-Kyung. She thinks he’s a fool. She mentions she gave him the time to flee. She wonders why he didn’t flee. He tells her that he did so because he likes her. She hands over the necklaces to him. She tells him that she wishes the three of them to wear the necklaces.
Yeon-Doo apologizes to Tae-Kyung for pretending to leave. She thanks him for caring for her and Real. She tells him that he won. She tells him that she will stay with him. She tells him to be ready for it. He nods when he tears up. She tells him that he’s Real’s father no matter what others say. She asks him to stay with him. He promises it. She notes that Real is moving. She lets Tae-Kyung touch her belly. She thinks Real accepted him. He hugs her. He smiles to take a look at the necklace when she falls asleep. He leaves her ward. Tae-Kyung sees Joon-Ha in the clinic. Joon-Ha tells Tae-Kyung that he came to take Yeon-Doo away. He rushes to him and grabs his collar. He tells him that he has known Real is his son.
Review
Yeon-Doo is taken to the clinic because her belly is bleeding. Tae-Kyung and Joon-Ha have a fight when they decide who should carry Yeon-Doo. Yeon-Doo is fine after Chan-Sik gave her a treatment. Chan-Sik regrets for what he said to Yeon-Doo when he’s in his office alone.
Se-Jin reports to Chan-Sik that something happened to Yeon-Doo. Chan-Sik goes to the clinic because he realized that he did something wrong. Chan-Sik is actually a good person. Why he cannot accept Real since he accept Tae-Kyung.

It seems that The Real Has Come wishes to give more episodes to let Chan-Sik accept Real. But it’s just not in episode 30. But Joon-Ha doesn’t want to forgive Chan-Sik even if he’s a present. Se-Jin worries that Joon-Ha will do something to Chan-Sik. So she stops the angry man.
Se-Jin actually doesn’t want to offend Chan-Sik. Because she still dreams to marry Tae-Kyung. But she doesn’t expect that Yeon-Doo and Tae-Kyung loves each other more than before after the accident. Yeon-Doo prepares three necklaces for her, Tae-Kyung and Real. She wishes Tae-Kyung to be Real’s father. But Joon-Ha has found out that he’s Real’s real father. He comes to the clinic and brings trouble to Tae-Kyung and Yeon-Doo.
