Why Xin Qi Lives in Min Hui’s House?

Min Hui asks Xin Qi what Quan Quan will do after he leaves. But he tells her that he promised Quan Quan not to leave him. She asks him if he plans to keep living in her house. He tells her that he can take Quan Quan to his house if she agrees to let the kid leave with him.
Quan Quan cries to beg Min Hui. But she tells him that it won’t work even if he pretends to be pathetic. Quan Quan tells Xin Qi that he doesn’t wish him to have a fight with Min Hui because of him. He adds that he wishes the three of them to be happy.
Yao Zizhu meets with Zhou Ruji at the cafe. She asks him what he liked to do. He reveals he liked to run if he didn’t go to the library. She tells him that she will never feel bored if she can stay with him. She drinks the milk. She wishes him to wipe off the milk off her lips with his hand.
But Zhou Ruji just hands over the tissue to her. She wipes the milk off on her own. She wonders why he didn’t wipe off the milk for her like the Chinese drama. Min Hui remembers Xin Qi told her that he wishes to take Quan Quan to his house.
Min Hui asks Cao Mu if she agrees to face the person she doesn’t like each day. Cao Mu denies it. She thinks she’s crazy if she does so. She tells Min Hui that she will think about it if there’s a handsome guy. Min Hui tells Cao Mu that there’s no handsome guy.
Min Hui asks Cao Mu if she will agree to it if the man is nice to her and he asks her to leave the company. Cao Mu realizes that the guy plans to dig Min Hui. Min Hui denies it. Cao Mu follows Min Hui. She thinks she’s weird. She asks her what happened.
Min Hui explains to Cao Mu that she didn’t know how to answer it when her friend kept asking her some weird questions. Cao Mu asks Min Hui about her friend. Min Hui sees Xin Qi playing with Quan Quan. She thinks Xin Qi doesn’t have to accompany Quan Quan if he’s busy.
Xin Qi tells Min Hui that he can arrange his time because he’s the president. She asks him how long he will live in her house. He tells her that it depends on his mood. She’s against it. She thinks he feels uncomfortable to live in her house.
Xin Qi asks Quan Quan if he wishes him to leave. Quan Quan tells Min Hui not to kick Xin Qi out. He thinks Xin Qi is pathetic. Xin Qi’s laptop is broken when he’s having meeting. Min Hui tells Xin Qi that she’s going to fix the laptop for him.
Min Hui fixes the laptop. She asks Xin Qi why he have to live in her house. He tells her that he came to her house for his son. He asks her if she thought he did it for her. She denies it and claims that she won’t let him take Quan Quan away.
Xin Qi tells Min Hui that he knows the kid cannot lose his mother. He reminds her that he grew up from the orphanage. He confesses to her that he got angry after he knew Quan Quan is his son. He blames her for giving birth to Quan Quan because she knew he has a heart disease.
Xin Qi mentions Min Hui let Quan Quan suffer. He thinks it was painful to a kid. She tells him that she couldn’t do it when a baby in her belly. He thanks her for not giving up Quan Quan. He adds that she made him not alone. She tears up.
Xin Qi tells Min Hui that he just wishes to accompany Quan Quan. He complains to her that he doesn’t want to live in her house. She thinks he’s wronged. Min Hui thinks Cao Mu is in love when Cao Mu giggles. Cao Mu reveals it was just a little brother.
Min Hui asks Cao Mu about the age of the little brother. Cao Mu tells Min Hui not to ask her about it. She asks her if someone dug her. Min Hui denies it. She reveals she resolved the case. She tells Cao Mu that she just thought about it too much.
Min Hui teaches the rookie to use the coffee machine. Cao Mu shakes her head after she saw the rookie leaving. She leaks that the girl is the new assistant of Ding Yifeng. Xin Qi beats Ding Yifeng when Ding Yifeng tells the people that Min Hui doesn’t dare to tell them about her child’s father.
Min Hui chases Xin Qi. She thanks him for helping her. But he blames her for letting people think Quan Quan doesn’t have a father. She apologizes to him for not caring for Quan Quan’s feelings. She thinks Ding Yifeng can do nothing after he found out that he was beaten by Xin Qi.
Min Hui thinks it’s not bad that Quan Quan has an outstanding father. Cao Mu calls Min Hui when she looks for her. Min Hui takes Xin Qi to hide because she doesn’t wish Cao Mu to know their relationship. Cao Mu calls Min Hui when she hugs Xin Qi. Cao Mu walks away after Min Hui didn’t pick up her phone.

Episode 7 of The Love You Give Me Chinese Drama ends with Xin Qi asking Hardy to go to Min Hui’s company to pick her up because he worries that he cannot take the cab. Ding Yifeng volunteers to give Min Hui a ride. He reminds her that her clothes will be wet if it rains.
