This is the recap for The Judge from Hell: Episode 4. We return to four days early. Bit-Na returns home. Da-On brings two cans of cola to her. They go to the playground. They sit on the swings. Da-On reveals Ja-Young will be questioned because the police plan to reinvestigate the case.
Da-On tells Bit-Na that he won’t bother her. He adds that he believes she’s a demon. She gives an empty cola can to him. She asks him to recycle it. He leaves the playground. Bit-Na, A-Rong and Man-Do have dinner at a restaurant. Bit-Na keeps drinking cola.
A-Rong plans to break the cop’s ribs because he’s tangled her hero. But Bit-Na reveals the guy promised not to bother her. A-Rong thinks it’s a good news. But she notes Bit-Na looks down. Man-Do reveals their boss got some heart palpitations. He believes that Bit-Na is in love.
Bit-Na remembers her heart pounded when she saw Da-On’s tears. She scolds Man-Do and she asks him if he wishes to be killed. A-Rong thinks it won’t happen to Bit-Na. She reveals the demon who falls for a human will be killed. Because the demon is a traitor. We see Bael telling the demons that he will kill them if they love a human. Man-Do worries that he will be killed by Bael because he thinks he has a chance to fall for a human. Bit-Na stops him. She tells him to focus on the trial.
Bit-Na is in her office. She writes down Ja-Young’s name on the demon mirror. She notes that Ja-Young smiled after Sun-Hui drove her and the police out of the house. Ji-Ho walks on the street. He runs into the old lady who carries the heavy stuff.
He volunteers to help her. She asks him to carry the luggage to the bus stop. They reach the bus stop. The old lady gives Ji-Ho a bottle of red ginseng soup. She tells him to let his grandma drink it when she claims that the red ginseng is good for old people’s health.
The kid leaves. Ja-Young drives by. She gives the cash to the old lady after she knew the old lady gave the red ginseng soup to Ji-Ho. She takes a look at the sleep aid in her car. It seems that she dropped the sleep aid into the red ginseng soup.
Ji-Ho is with Sun-Hui at home. She’s very happy when he massages her leg. He opens the bottle of the red ginseng soup. He lets her drink it. Someone rings the doorbell. Ji-Ho goes to open the door. He sees Ja-Young and he tries to flee to the house. But she threatens to kill his grandma. Sun-Hui passes out on the floor after she drank the red ginseng soup.
We go to the police station. So-Young asks Da-On to take care of Ji-Ho. He gets a call from the kid who’s crying. The kid reports to him that his mother took him back to Seoul. So-Young takes over the note from Da-On. She finds out that the kid called through a pay phone. She asks Eun-Seop to look into the pay phone. She asks Dong-Hoon to check the kid’s grandma then.
Da-On is on the way to Ja-Young’s house. He drives his car. He gets a call from Dong-Hoon. The cop reports to him that the kid’s grandma is in the emergency room. Da-On learns that the old lady took some sleep pills. He visits Ja-Young and he knocks at the door. He worries about Ji-Ho. We see the water bubbling in the tub. Is the kid dead?
Eun-Seop has looked into the pay phone. He reports it to Da-On. Da-On goes to the pay phone. He finds the cried Ji-Ho. He takes off his clothes and he puts the clothes on the kid. The kid reports to him that his mother tried to drown him from the bathtub.
It flashes back. Ja-Young tries to drown her son. But she gets a call from someone. The person knows Ja-Young drowned her husband. She threatens to give evidence to police. Ja-Young is furious to yell at the person when she wants to know who she is. The person asks Ja-Young to come to the place where she killed her husband. We find out that the person is Man-Do. Ja-Young is in the bathroom. She asks Ji-Ho not to go to see his grandma. But the kid leaves home after he took some coins. He calls Da-On because Da-On gave his business card to him.
We return to the present. Da-On hugs Ji-Ho. He comforts him. The music starts. Bit-Na is going to go out. She wears her earrings. She’s in a good mood. Ja-Young arrives at the appointed place. She forgets to take her phone. She tries to go back to take her phone. But she sees a car rushing to her from the sea. She’s startled.
Bit-Na gets off her car. She walks to Ja-Young. Ja-Young recognizes Bit-Na. Man-Do shows up. Bit-Na tells her follower to call the guys. Ja-Young realizes that Man-Do was the one who called her. He admits it and he asks her if she was surprised. He runs away.
Bit-Na takes out her demon knife. She asks Ja-Young if she regrets for killing her husband Hyeon-Su. Ja-Young yells at Bit-Na because she doesn’t regret. Bit-Na slaps the evil woman. She asks her about the stuff she put on the seat belt. Ja-Young is stubborn and she pretends to know nothing. She get slapped again and she’s blown away this time.
Bit-Na walks to Ja-Young. She grabs her collar and she lifts her. Ja-Young confesses that she used a water soluble adhesive. Bit-Na throws Ja-Young away. Ja-Young wakes up. She finds out that she’s trapped in the car. She’s startled and she tries to untie the seat belt.
She sees Bit-Na who’s watching her when she sits on the roof of the car. She yells at her and she asks her not to mess around. Bit-Na denies it. She uses the remote to close the sunroof. Ja-Young screams. The car sinks into the sea.
Ja-Young unties the seat belt. She tries to flee from the car. But the doors are locked. She sees Hyeon-Su and she’s unconscious. Ja-Young wakes up on the ground. Bit-Na asks Ja-Young about the water taste when she drives cola.
Ja-Young hugs Bit-Na’s legs. She asks her for her mercy. She admits that she killed Hyeon-Su. But she thinks it was an accident when Bit-Na asks her if she killed her ex-husband as well. Bit-Na pushes Ja-Young to the vending machine. She promises to let her leave if she tells her the truth. Ja-Young reveals she married her ex-husband for the apartment.
It flashes back. Ja-Young drugs her ex-husband. She makes him lose his sight for 120 million won. She takes him to the mountain. She pushes him off the cliff. The police believe that she didn’t push her ex-husband because she’s a teacher.
We return to the present. Bit-Na asks Ja-Young why she took away Ji-Ho from his grandmother. Ja-Young claims that she did it because she felt sorry for her husband. Bit-Na beats the liar. She mentions she choked the kid with a pillow and she tried to drown the kid.
Ja-Young confesses it to Bit-Na that she tried to kill the kid for the money. Bit-Na punches the bad mother. She mentions she never hurt any kid even if she’s a demon. She decides to send Ja-Young to hell since she doesn’t regret for what she did.
Ja-Young is sent to Bit-Na’s world. Bit-Na welcomes her. Ja-Young screams when Bit-Na ties her with a scarf on the cliff. She will fall if Bit-Na lets the scarf go. She reminds her that she’s a judge. But Bit-Na is heartless to let the scarf go. Ja-Young falls from the cliff. She wakes up and she finds out that she’s in the bed.
Bit-Na shows up with a kid clothes. It seems that she’s acting Ji-Ho. She asks Ja-Young to play a fun game with her. Ja-Young cries because she knows the game isn’t fun at all. Bit-Na uses a pillow to choke Ja-Young. She asks her if it’s fun. Ja-Young asks Bit-Na to stop it. But Bit-Na tells her that it’s just the beginning. She chokes her again.
Ja-Young is tied up. Bit-Na drops the medicine into the drink. Ja-Young asks Bit-Na what she put into the drink. Bit-Na forces Ja-Young to drink the drink when she tells her that she gave it to her ex-husband. She finds out that she doesn’t lose her sight. So she gives her a shot.
Ja-Young returns to the reality. Bit-Na stabs Ja-Young with her demon knife. She brands her forehead. The hell gate appears from the vending machine. Ja-Young’s soul is sent to hell. The demon cleaners Dong-Joo and Jae-Hyun clean the mess for Bit-Na. Bit-Na praises the two cleaners. She throws the cola can to Man-Do. She asks him to recycle it. Jae-Hyun removes the bloodstains from Bit-Na’s body. Bit-Na asks Dong-Joo to change the throwing place.
Someone passes by the police station. He checks the suitcase and he’s startled by the dead body. Bit-Na sees the news on the rooftop. She’s happy to sit on a swing bench. She asks Man-Do to push the swing bench. She reveals the judges Dae-Yong and Hwa-Sun told her to do so when Man-Do wonders why she let the cleaners throw the dead body in front of the police station.
Bit-Na ran into the two judges in the cafeteria. She asked them how to make his men come back around. Hwa-Sun realized that the man is the one who took the megaphone. She laughed. Dae-Yong persuaded Bit-Na to call the man. She rejected it because of her pride. Hwa-Sun told Bit-Na to make the man call her.
Bit-Na believes that the man will come to her once he suspects her. But Man-Do worries that the man will sniffs Bit-Na out. Bit-Na claims that she doesn’t have any smell. She goes to the mall. Bit-Na is in the clothing store. She tries on a new dress. A-Rong tells her boss that she’s pretty. Bit-Na is happy to buy all of the dresses from the store. She tries to write down Da-On’s name on the mirror because she wants to know what he’s doing. She realizes that she shouldn’t do so soon. She wipes her fingers.
The police come to check Ja-Young’s dead body. Eun-Seop wants to flee after he saw the scary scene. So-Young stops him. She applies the cream on under his nose. She tells him to hang in there if he wants to be a good cop. Da-On finds a wound from Ja-Young’s belly. He remembers Bit-Na stabbed his belly. Dong-Hoon finds the brand on the dead’s forehead. So-Young treats it as a serial murder case because she thinks the case is related to Jeong-Jun’s case.
Bit-Na stares at her phone in her office. She’s waiting for Da-On’s call. The secretary Won-Gyeong breaks into Bit-Na’s office. She reports to Bit-Na that the chief is summoning her. She adds that someone very high up came. Bit-Na gets angry. But she still wears her new dress to see the chief.
Bit-Na walks into the chief’s office when the chief is drinking with Jae-Gul. She claims that she’s very busy. The chief thinks she’s rude to Jae-Gul. Jae-Gul laughs. He invites Bit-Na to have dinner with him. He promises to reveal what she used to be.
Bit-Na drives her car to Jae-Gul’s house. She eats when Jae-Gui is praying. She demands to pack the delicious food. He laughs and he asks the maid to do the job. He finds out that Bit-Na is changed because she felt uncomfortable when she ate with him before.
She asks him about her parents. He reveals her parents immigrated to Argentina. He mentions she lives in Hwangcheon Villa. He wants to look for a better place for her. But she rejects it because she prefers the place. She thinks the only problem is the landlady. She doesn’t know why the landlady went against the redevelopment. Sun-Ho doesn’t show up during the dinner. Tae-Kyu explains that his brother is sleeping.
Bit-Na leaves Jae-Gul’s house with the food. She doesn’t know Sun-Ho is watching her from his room. She goes to the convenience store when A-Rong is dozing off. She shows her the food. Bit-Na wonders A-Rong worked several jobs when Gremory is eating.
Gremory reveals the girl ended her life after she was fooled by her friend. She possessed her and she helped her get her money back then. Gremory asks Bit-Na how did Man-Do die. Bit-Na reveals the guy passed away because of overwork. Valak possessed the guy then. Bit-Na asks Gremory to look for a serial killer who killed fifteen people. Because she wants to return to hell.
Bit-Na is working in her office. She gets a call from someone. She’s told that there was a cop coming to see her. She’s happy to run out of her office. But she sees Dong-Hoon the ugly cop at the station. He takes her to the station. She asks him about Da-On. He reveals the cop is waiting for her in the Interrogation Room.
Da-On questions Bit-Na in the Interrogation Room. He suspects that she was the one who killed Ja-Young because the woman was the plaintiff in her courtroom. But she points out that he should be suspected because he went to the dead’s house. She believes that he’s happy that the bad woman was killed. He denies it and he thinks they cannot find the truth since the woman died in such a way. He asks her if she killed Ja-Young. She denies it because there’s no evidence.
Da-On walks out of the police station. He gets in his car. Bit-Na joins him in the car. She asks him to escort her home. She knows he was interested in her. So she tells him about her information. But he’s not interested in it anymore. She’s not happy because she endured the boring meeting to get the information for him.
He asks her to show him the knife she stabbed him. She reminds him that the two will come back to life like him if she stabbed them. He believes her words. She’s happy to ask him to look at her eyes. She breaks the camera. He doesn’t get angry this time. He accepts the fact that demon can joke. It makes her angry.
Da-On takes Bit-Na home. She asks him to be interested in her because she thinks it will be fun. But the old lady Mi-Ja asks Da-On to leave when she shows up. She tells him that he will die if he stays with Bit-Na. She gets into the building. But she turns around. She looks at him with worry.
Da-On is in his RV. He minds the old lady’s words. So-Young takes her family to visit him with the drinks. So-Young’s daughter Da-Hee heard from her mother that Da-On has a girlfriend. She asks Da-On to arrange a meeting for her and the lady.
But he reveals the lady is a demon. So-Young’s husband Hyung-Suk mistakes that Bit-Na is a bad lady. He tells Da-On that there’re many good women in the world. He thinks his wife is a good woman. He has fun with his daughter like a kid.
So-Young complains to Da-On that she raised three children in the family. He notes the scar on her hand. He mentions she cared for the kid Ji-Ho. She reveals she thought Ji-Ho is like him when he was a boy. She persuades him to walk out of the past.
A-Rong reports to Bit-Na that there was a serial killer “J” who killed twelve people before. She’s excited to tell her boss that she only needs to kill five sinners if she kills J. But Man-Do points out that the task won’t be easy. She punishes him and she lets him get his head on the ground. She reveals there was a kid witnessing the killer. Bit-Na asks A-Rong to go to look for the killer.
The police don’t find any evidence. Da-On visits Sun-Hui. But the old lady asks him not to arrest the killer because she thinks the bad woman deserves the death. He goes to the crime scene. He finds the cola can. He knows the cola can belongs to Bit-Na.
Bit-Na doesn’t know Da-On has found the evidence. She receives a drawing from Ji-Ho. She accepts the present even if she looks ugly in the drawing. She asks Man-Do if he knows any demon in the heaven. It makes him nervous. The mailman visits Ji-Ho. He hands over the letter to the kid. He tells him that it was given by his parents.
Ji-Ho reads the letter. He cries after knowing his parents missed him. He asks the mailman to tell his parents not to worry about him. The mailman disappears. Bit-Na is reading demon book at home. The landlady visits her when she rings the doorbell.

Bit-Na pretends to fall asleep because she worries that the landlady will take her to the church. But the landlady tempts her with the rice cakes. Bit-Na opens the door. The landlady gives the rice cakes to Bit-Na. She knocks at the neighbor’s door. She leaves.

Da-On walks out of the house. Bit-Na is happy after she saw him. She mentions he claimed that he won’t see her. He reveals he’s interested in her. Her heart pounds. She passes out in his arms. He tries to wake her up.
