This is the recap for Sword and Fairy: Episodes 7-8. Luo Maiming is painting Luo Zhaoyan. Luo Zhaoyan breaks into the room. Luo Maiming conceals the painting. She wonders when they’re going to go to see Bian Luohuan. She thinks they can ruin Qiyuan Sect if Bian Luohuan is the chief.
Sword and Fairy Episode 7 Recap
Note: From here on out there are specific plot spoilers for Sword and Fairy: Episodes 7-8.
Luo Maiming tells Luo Zhaoyan that he wants to wait until Bian Luohuan takes action. But Luo Zhaoyan has a curse attack. Luo Maiming finds out that she refused to untie the curse even if she knows he will absorb all of her life. Bian Luohuan sends away the butterfly from the jail.
Yue Qi eats the chicken leg in the room. Ju Shifang shows up. She reveals others went to ask Luo Zhaoyan about the result of the interrogation. She sees the crystal he’s holding. She remembers she saw the crystal before. He thinks the crystal is like Iron Wood.
She wonders if the crystal can level Dou Bao up. He plans to put the crystal into Dou Bao’s body. Yue Qi goes to see Dou Bao with Ju Shifang. She takes the chicken leg and the rabbit head before she leaves. Bian Luohuan tails Yue Qi with the butterfly. He thinks she’s a glutton like before.
Yue Qi runs into a dog. She strokes his head. She finds out that he lost hair. She feeds him the chicken leg because she thinks he lost hair because he didn’t eat. Luo Zhaoyan shows up. She tries to touch the dog. But Yue Qi stops her. She reveals the dog lost hair.
She leaves with Ju Shifang. Luo Zhaoyan plays with the dog. She thinks he’s very cute. Yue Jinzhao passes by. He watches Luo Zhaoyan. He thinks he’s like a girl. The bodyguard reports to Luo Zhaoyan that Luo Maiming asked for seeing her. Luo Zhaoyan leaves.
Xian Qing shows up. Yue Jinzhao asks Xian Qing if he saw a dog. Xian Qing is unhappy to deny it. Yue Jinzhao finds out that Xian Qing lost hair. He invites him to go to see Bian Luohuan. But Xian Qing rejects it. It makes Yue Jinzhao realizes that Xian Qing is interested in Luo family.
He mentions Xian Qing cared for Luo Zhaoyan a lot. He thinks Xian Qing wishes to know a secret of Luo family. Bian Luohuan finds Hot Sea. Luo Maiming’s bracelet glows. Bian Luohuan meets with Luo Maiming. Luo Maiming asks Bian Luohuan to explain it to him why he got into Octagonal Tower.
He mentions he intended to let Luo Zhaoyan take him get into Luo family. Bian Luohuan believes that Luo family absorbed life from somewhere. He tells Luo Maiming that he has known that he’s the guard of Hot Sea. Yue Jinzhao and Xian Qing see the grass butterfly. They think the butterfly is the same as the one at Bian Luohuan’s house.
Sword and Fairy Episode 8 Recap
Yue Qi goes to the restaurant with Ju Shifang. Xian Qing invites Luo Zhaoyan to sit with him. Bian Luohuan shows up. He picks the flower. Yue Jinzhao checks the flowers. He doesn’t find anything wrong. Ju Shifang shows the design to Yue Qi because she wished Dou Bao to breathe fire. Luo Zhaoyan has a curse attack. Xian Qing worries about her. She claims that she will be fine after she takes a break. But he tells her not to pretend to be strong.
The restaurant owner reveals he only has three rooms. Xian Qing decides to live with Luo Zhaoyan. He takes her to the second floor. Bian Luohuan claims that it’s not related to him. But Yue Jinzhao tells Ju Shifang to tail Bian Luohuan.
Bian Luohuan leaves with Ju Shifang. Yue Qi thinks Luo Zhaoyan had a curse attack because she was tired. Yue Jinzhao smells the flower Bian Luohuan left. Yue Qi tries to grab the flower. Yue Jinzhao stops her. He tells her that he can give something else to her if she likes flowers.
He visits Xian Qing. He tells him that he wants to talk about something with him. Xian Qing leaves with Yue Jinzhao. Ju Shifang follows Bian Luohuan to the room. He tells him not to play a trick. Bian Luohuan invites Ju Shifang to drink tea with him.
Ju Shifang rejects it. He stares at Bian Luohuan. Because Yue Jinzhao gave the task to him. Luo Zhaoyan contacts Luo Maiming. He feels sorry for getting her involved. He tells her to go to look for a way to untie the curse. But she tells him that she won’t change her mind.
She hangs up when Xian Qing calls her. Luo Maiming is jealous because Xian Qing called Luo Zhaoyan “Little Zhaoyan”. Luo Zhaoyan tells Xian Qing that she’s fine. But he wishes to let Ming Xiu see her. Yue Jinzhao shows the grass butterfly to Yue Qi.
He tells her that her history is related to Bian Luohuan. He offers to test Bian Luohuan. Ming Xiu treats Luo Zhaoyan. She tells her that she just needs to take a break. Xian Qing hands over the tea to Luo Zhaoyan. He leaves with Ming Xiu.
He follows her and he thinks she didn’t end the talk. She reveals she found out that Luo Zhaoyan was losing her life. She thinks it’s a curse. She mentions he gave some powers to Luo Zhaoyan. She reminds him that he almost died for Luo Zhaoyan.
Xian Qing claims that he did it because Luo Zhaoyan took away his powers. Ming Xiu wonders why the arrogant wolf monster cared for Luo Zhaoyan. She reminds Xian Qing not to let her master worry about him. He mentions he and Gu Hanjiang raised her.

He wonders why she only cared for Gu Hanjiang. Yue Qi shows up with Yue Jinzhao. Ming Xiu hands over the stuff Yue Jinzhao asked for to him. Yue Qi plays Go with Bian Luohuan. She takes out the grass fish. She asks him if he left the grass fish to Luo family. He denies it. But she thinks he told her a lie.
