Losing Her Husband
Qin Ji loves her husband Qin Yi deeply. She goes to look for the medicine after knowing her husband is sick. But he passes away when she comes back. She wishes to see him one last time. But she’s stopped by his new wife Ms. Jiang. Qin Ji has to play the zither in front of the temple.
The people of Chen City feel the sadness of Qin Ji after they heard her music. They begin to be lethargy. Yun Tianhe and Han Lingsha arrive in the city. They begin to be lethargy like other people. Liu Mengli saves them. Murong Ziying intends to kill Qin Ji because he thinks she’s a demon.
Liu Mengli stops Murong Ziying because she didn’t feel demon power from Qin Ji’s body. She transfers him to the fairyland of her. It makes him not hurt Qin Ji. She promises to help Qin Ji. She takes her to get into the temple. They see Ms. Jiang
Qin Ji Is Dead
Ms. Jiang disallows Qin Ji to be close her husband Qin Yi. Because she thinks she gave up Qin Yi. She reveals she’s just a concubine of Qin Yi. Qin Ji explains to Ms. Jiang that she went to look for the medicine for Qin Yi. But Ms. Jiang doesn’t accept Qin Ji’s explanation.
Liu Mengli finds out that Qin Ji has been dead. She tells her that she’s just a spirit. Qin Ji remembers she passed away after she received the letter about her husband’s dead. Ms. Jiang realizes that Qin Ji wouldn’t be dead if she didn’t send the letter to Qin Ji. She feels guilty. She lets Qin Ji see her husband. Qin Ji sees Qin Yi. She plays a song for the people. She disappears. But some of the people are still lethargy even if Qin Ji left.
