Hee-Sik arrives at the hospital. The guard doesn’t allow him to see Geum-Ju. Joong-Gan is at the hospital as well after she beat her husband. Nam-Soon learns that Si-O gave the job to her because he wished her to kill people for him. But she still promises to do it. It makes him smile.
Joong-Gan calls Geum-Ju. But she doesn’t pick up her phone. She leaves a message to her that she beat her father. Her husband cries when he lies in the bed. The doctor tells Joong-Gan that her husband needs to get surgery. He reveals Geum-Ju is hospitalized.
Joong-Gan breaks into Geum-Ju’s ward. She cries after she saw her daughter lying in the bed. She gets a call from Geum-Ju who’s fine when she stays in the hotel. Nam-Soon is in the restroom. She remembers what her mother told her to trust her.
She gets a message from her mother who tells her that she’s fine. She’s furious to ruin the tap after she remembered what Si-O did to her mother. Ms. Baek opens the tap. But the tap sprays her face. Nam-Soon asks Ms. Baek about the item.
Ms. Baek reveals only Manager Heo knows it. Nam-Soon walks into the warehouse. She sees Manager Heo. He complains to her that he made him eat the 100 raw eggs. She sees the item and asks him about it. But he tells her to leave. Hee-Sik returns to the police station. Suk-Ho reveals Jeong-Ho was killed by the drug.
Joong-Gan goes to the hospital to see Geum-Ju. Geum-Ju reveals there was a person wishing to kill her. It flashes back. The truck is tailing Geum-Ju. She calls Hee-Sik and she tells it to her. He wants to help her. But she rejects it because she has her own plan.
Geum-Ju is surprised that Joong-Gan didn’t lost her power after she beat her husband. Joong-Gan crushes the can. She thinks what she did was right. Tae-Ri returns to the office. Marie Kim tells Tae-Ri to target the rich people. Bong-Go takes care of Nam-In when Nam-In is sick.
Geum-Dong asks Na-Young to take him to the hospital after knowing his mother beat his father. But she rejects it. Nam-Soon walks into Si-O’s office. She finds out that he’s drinking the water. He asks her to have dinner with him. She agrees to it.
He takes her to a Mongolia restaurant. He asks her about the secret of her power. She reveals her strength came from her family. Dong-Suk tries to kill himself from the sea. Some people save him. Si-O is going to take Nam-Soon home. She’s startled.
Hee-Sik texts Nam-Soon. He tells her to take Si-O to his house. She wishes Si-O to be the light when they’re in the car. He takes her to her friend’s house. He leaves. He remembers what she told him to be a light. He remembers he killed a person.
Geum-Ju and Geum-Dong take care of their father after he got a surgery. Their father finds out that they’re aged. He reveals he left home for looking for Nam-Soon. He cries when he thinks about that he failed to find Nam-Soon. But he’s told that Nam-Soon has returned home.

Episode 10 of Strong Girl Nam-Soon ends with Nam-Soon running into the truck. The driver closes the door of the truck. He drives the truck away. Hee-Sik runs out of the police station with Young-Tak. They get in the car. They leave the police station. They tail the truck.

Hee-Sik dresses up to be a woman. He stops the truck. He asks the driver to go to fix his car. Young-Tak catches the chance to open the door of the truck. Nam-Soon throws a coat to him. Hee-Sik and Young-Tak return to the police station. They find the feather from the coat. They drop the feather into the water. They find the drug. Hee-Sik calls Dong-Suk when Dong-Suk passes out at home. Hee-Sik is told that the weight loss pill Nam-In took was drug. He tells it to Geum-Ju. She’s shocked. Nam-Soon walks into Si-O’s office. Si-O asks her out.
