Will Jiang Xuening Leave the Capital?

Xie Wei asks Jiang Xuening why she doesn’t want to stay in the capital. He believes that she can get the message when Yan Lin and Princess return. She thinks she would bring trouble if she was capricious. But he thinks she can be capricious.
He reminds her that she’s his student. He asks her about what he fears. She shakes off his hands and she yells at him. He thinks something will happen to Zhang Zhe if she leaves. But she thinks it’s not related to Zhang Zhe. She reminds him that he knows she’s a bad girl.
She wonders why he doesn’t wish her to leave. He reveals it’s different to him. He reminds her that he owes her a life. But she doesn’t want to get it. He thinks she will be locked up in the cage all her life if she has trammels. She bites him and she’s furious to run away.
Does Jiang Xuening Fear Xie Wei?
Xie Wei is sick. Lv Xian wonders what happened to Xie Wei. Jian Shu mentions what the doctor told Xie Wei not to get angry. But Xie Wei came back to be like that after he met with Jiang Xuening. Lv Xian worries about it because he’s going to go to Huang City.
He thinks Xie Wei will be dead if Xie Wei continues to be like that. He lets Dao Qin stun Xie Wei. Jiang Xuening lies in the bed. She remembers her past. It flashes back. Jiang Xuening brings the soup to Xie Wei. He praises her for buying the guard to come to his palace. She thinks she can do nothing because his red brush can decide anyone’s life. She asks him to keep her life. She takes off her clothes. She asks him to be gentle.
Xie Wei thinks Jiang Xuening used the method to flirt with Zhang Zhe when he strokes her hand. He thinks she doesn’t respect herself. She reveals she wishes to be alive. She thinks only he can help her. He writes the word on her neck with his red brush. He wonders if she doesn’t fear his red brush. He throws away his brush and he drags her into his arms. He holds her chin but he asks her to get lost.
Jiang Xuening wakes up from the nightmare. She thinks she was like Xue Shu who doesn’t have a good ending. She thinks Xie Wei won’t like her because he hated her very much. She thinks Xie Wei said so because he worried that she would leak his secret.
Jiang Xuening visits her father. She asks him to let her leave. He thinks she wishes to leave because of Xie Wei. He mentions Xie Wei stopped him when he tried to look for a husband for her. He asks her to tell it to him if Xie Wei forced her.
He swears not to let her wronged even if he sacrificed himself. She reveals she just wishes to go outside to take a look. He agrees to her plan. He volunteers to arrange some talented people to accompany her. But she rejects it. Lv Xian walks into Xie Wei’s room. He finds out that Xie Wei is in a coma.
He asks Dao Qin about what the doctor said. Dao Qin reveals the doctor told Xie Wei not to get angry. Lv Xian thinks he shouldn’t go to Huang State because he worries about Xie Wei. But Dao Qin thinks Xie Wei will get angry more if Lv Xian doesn’t go to Huang State because Huang State is related to Yan family.
Lao Tao shows up. He reveals there was a girl asking him to give the stuff to Xie Wei. Lv Xian opens the package. He sees a zither. He realizes that Jiang Xuening plans to leave. Dao Qin reveals Xie Wei was sick after he saw Jiang Xuening. Lv Xian visits Jiang Xuening with the zither. She mistakes that Xie Wei rejected her zither.

Episode 31 of Story of Kunning Palace ends with Jiang Xuening deciding to leave home. Master Jiang tells her to ask his friends’ for help if she has a hard time. She takes a look at her mother’s room. Master Jiang explains to her that her mother is sick.
