Solo Leveling Episode 3 reveals Sung Jin-Woo chooses to be a player when the system tells him that he will kill him if he rejects it. He disappears from the double dungeon. He wakes up and thinks it was a dream. But the pain was so real.
He looks at outside. He wonders where he is. The two men in black get into the room without being invited. One of the men in black hands over his business card to Sung Jin-Woo. Sung Jin-Woo learns that the guy came from Surveillance Department.
The man in black reveals Mr. Song lost a arm and Joo-Hee got a psychic trauma. He tries to tell Sung Jin-Woo about other hunters. But Sung Jin-Woo stops the man in black. Because he’s disappointed in those hunters who gave up him for their lives.
The people of Surveillance Department and White Tiger Guild arrived at the double dungeon after they received the report from the victim. They find out that everything disappears. They saw Sung Jin-Woo passing out when he lies on the altar. They didn’t believe the truth if they didn’t find Sung Jin-Woo. They suspected that Sung Jin-Woo completed the second awakening.
The man in black takes out the magic ball. He asks Sung Jin-Woo to put his hand on the magic ball. But he finds out that his magic is only 10. The men in black leave after they found out that Sung Jin-Woo is just a ordinary person. Sung Jin-Woo mistakes that he’s awakened superpower.
He finds out that his leg is fine. He receives the tasks from the system. The system tells him that he will punish him if he cannot complete the tasks. Sung Jin-Woo claims that he cannot do that because he’s a patient. He goes to sleep.
The system carries Sung Jin-Woo to the punishment area because Sung Jin-Woo didn’t complete the tasks. Sung Jin-Woo finds out that he’s in a desert. The centipede stares at him because he wishes to eat him. The system gives Sung Jin-Woo a punishment task. Sung Jin-Woo needs to be alive within four hours.
The time is up before the centipede eats Sung Jin-Woo. Sung Jin-Woo is sent back to his room. He goes to do task because he knows it’s the way only to survive. He gets rewards after he completes the task. It helps him level up. He gets a key from the box. The key can help him get into dungeon.
Sung Jin-Woo arrives at the metro entrance. He opens the dungeon with the key. The system tells Sung Jin-Woo that he can only leave after he defeats the boss. Sung Jin-Woo is scared because he couldn’t kill a little monster as an E-Rank Hunter.
But he doesn’t have other ways. He decides to give it a try. He runs into the monster soon. The monster opens his mouth and he attacks Sung Jin-Woo. Sung Jin-Woo avoids it. He’s not sure if he can defeat the monster. But he survived from the God. He cheers himself up.
The wolf rushes to Sung Jin-Woo. Sung Jin-Woo rolls to avoid the wolf. He’s surprised that he got lighter. He actually got stronger. He punches the wolf. But the wolf isn’t hurt because the ordinary attack cannot hurt a magic beast.

Sung Jin-Woo remembers that he has a weapon. He uses the weapon to hit the wolf. He kills the wolf. He’s confident after he got the weapon. He doesn’t fear the wolf anymore even if there’re two wolves coming. He lifts his sword and he kills one of the wolves.
