He survived but he lost his body. He hid in a cave and he killed a human from the carriage. He got his body. He began his evil plan for forging the Rings of Power. He ran into Galadriel on the sea after he was almost killed by a sea monster. He won her trust.

Rings of Power Season 2 Episode 7 Release Date
We did some study and we found out that Episode 7 will be released on Thursday, September 26, at 12am PT/3am ET.
