This is the Recap & Ending for Reborn Rich K-Drama: Episode 9. Hyung-Joon watches the TV. He sees the Y2K ruining the city. He’s scared to go to the supermarket carrying food. Hae-In asks Hyung-Joon if he intends to live in the air-raid shelter for one year.
How Does Min-Young Know Hwa-Young Embezzled?

Hyung-Joon tells Hae-In to report to Yang-Cheol that Soonyang is going to be ruined. She mentions Do-Joon didn’t worry about it like him. But he points out that Do-Joon knows everything. She doesn’t believe what he said. Hyang-Jae hands over the papers of Y2K to Yang-Cheol. He reports to him that there will be many things being affected by Y2K.
Joo-Ryun reports same thing to Young-Ki as well. But Young-Ki points out that the commercial came from Yang-Cheol’s office. Do-Joon visits Yang-Cheol. He tells him that he wants to compensate for Y2K. But he asks him a favor if Y2K doesn’t hurt any person.

Hyung-Joon hides in his house to wait to be killed. But he finds out that he’s fine. Yang-Cheol gets a call from someone. He tells Do-Joon that he just saved his money. But Do-Joon points out that he just helped Yang-Cheol make money. He smiles to return the papers to him.
Do-Joon tries to leave. But Yang-Cheol stops Do-Joon. He asks him what he wants him to do for him. Do-Joon says happy new year to Yang-Cheol. He leaves his study. Hwa-Young is happy to walk into her office. Ms. Im changes shoes for Hwa-Young. She persuades her to stop investing in New Data Technology. Hwa-Young rejects it because she believes that the stock will reach 300 dollars. She intends to take back her shares once she gets rich enough.
But the expert brings a bad news to Hwa-Young. Se-Hyun watches the news of New Data Technology. He believes that the stock will continue to rise. But Do-Joon tells Se-Hyun to sell all of their stocks. Hwa-Young is told that the stocks of New Data Technology fell to 5.50 dollars after the president has been arrested.
Min-Young gets interviewed by the reporter. She introduces herself as the new prosecutor. She walks into the office and asks her colleagues about the investigation records. But she only finds a suit of armor from the cabinet. The colleague tells Min-Young that the armor was prepared by the magazine company.
Min-Young visits Chief Prosecutor. She reminds him that he didn’t give her a proper case. It makes him get angry. She asks him for teaching her something. But he tells her that she’s the glory of their department. He reminds her that she has an interview. He tells her to show the friendly side of prosecutors to the reporters.
Min-Young is furious to take off the poster. She gets a call from Do-Joon. She goes to the restaurant to see him. He tells her that he has kept her number. He thought she had waited to his call. It makes her smile. Hwa-Young is drunk to lie on the couch. She gets up to grab the wine.
Ms. Im stops Hwa-Young. She reminds her that she will lose her department store if she gives up herself. Hwa-Young ignores Ms. Im. She drinks the wine. Ms. Im tells Hwa-Young that the prosecutor will come. She persuades her to prepare for it with her.
Min-Young learns that Do-Joon wishes her to look into Hwa-Young. She intends to buy the meal because she doesn’t want to be bought by him. But she finds out that there’s no price in the menu. She asks him if he wants to take part in the battle of heirs through using her.
Do-Joon points out that Min-Young will get benefits from it as well. He thinks she’s just not confident. He tries to leave. She stops him and asks him about the money Hwa-Young embezzled. She tells him that she wants to use him one time.
The colleague reports to Min-Young that Hwa-Young used a paper to embezzle Soonyang’s money. Min-Young asks Mr. Song to prepare the warrant. Hwa-Young arrives at her company. She finds out that the prosecutors are moving her stuff out of her office. She asks Ms. Im what happened. Ms. Im leaks that someone reported her.
Hwa-Young is furious to ask Gye-Ok if he knows who she is. He introduces himself as the prosecutor. He hands over the papers to her. She lets Ms. Im take over the papers. Chang-Je is told that his wife embezzled. He tells Hwa-Young to put back the money she embezzled.
Hwa-Young throws a fit to Chang-Je. She tells him that she doesn’t have the money. He realizes that she invested her department store’s money into the stocks of New Data Technology. He tells her to go to ask Yang-Cheol a favor. She yells at him that it will be the ending of her if Yang-Cheol knows the truth.
Hwa-Young asks Chang-Je to help her because he’s a mayor. But he throws a fit to her because he thinks what she did will ruin his career. He tells her to leave his office. Hwa-Young goes to see Se-Hyun. He promises to help her. But he asks for the 25 percent of her shares. He tells her to take a look at the contract she signed.
Hwa-Young is furious to crush the contract after she realizes what Se-Hyun wants to get is her department store. She throws the contract to him. She tries to leave but she sees Do-Joon. She cries to ask him to fire Se-Hyun. She begs him to save her department store because they’re families.
But Do-Joon points out that Hwa-Young wouldn’t visit Se-Hyun if she treated him as the president of Miracle Investment. He tells her to sell her rest shares. Min-Young hands over the papers to Chief Prosecutor. She tells him that she’s going to interrogate Hwa-Young. He praises her.
Hwa-Young returns to her office. She’s tired to lie on the couch. Dong-Ki tells Hwa-Young that he heard that she’s going to see her shares with low price. She remembers what Se-Hyun told her that she has to give all of her shares to him if the stock price falls to 15 dollars.
Hwa-Young is furious to throw away her pillow after she realized that she had fooled by Do-Joon. Dong-Ki comforts Hae-Young that he will help her. But he tells her to give her shares to him. She’s furious to step on his foot. She leaves the office.
Hwa-Young gets on knees to Yang-Cheol. She reports to him that Do-Joon fooled her. But he points out that she doesn’t have any evidence to prove what she said. He yells at her for losing the 140 million dollars. She hugs his leg and asks him to help her.
Who Tells Hwa-Young About Do-Joon and Min-Young’s Relationship?
Hwa-Young reminds Yang-Cheol that she will be sent to prison if he refuses to help her. But he tells her to use her husband because they help him be the prosecutor. Hwa-Young walks out of Yang-Cheol’s study. She cries to tell Pil-Ok that her father refused to help her.
Jung-Rae helps Hwa-Young take a break on the couch. She tells her that Yang-Cheol is heartless. She mentions Yang-Cheol gave the warehouse to her son. Pil-Ok thinks Hae-Young’s two older brothers are reliable. Hae-Young tries to tell her mother about what Dong-Ki did to her. Jung-Rae stops Hwa-Young when Hyun-Min shows up. Hyun-Min tells Hwa-Young to drink her tea.
Yang-Cheol tells Hyang-Jae that he has to give up her daughter if he wants to save Soonyang. Hwa-Young tries to get in her car. Hyun-Min stops Hwa-Young. She tells her that the prosecutor she’s going to meet is Do-Joon’s classmate. Min-Young asks Hwa-Young to confess that she used the paper company to embezzle. But Hwa-Young denies the charge. She tells Min-Young to go to look into Do-Joon.
Hwa-Young praises Hyun-Min for giving the idea to her. She thinks she studied law. Hyun-Min denies it. She tells Hwa-Young that she knows Do-Joon very much. She tells her that Do-Joon is an outstanding man in her mind. It makes Hwa-Young believes that Hyun-Min has feelings for Do-Joon.
Hyun-Min admits it. She thinks she shouldn’t let Do-Joon stay in Soonyang. Hwa-Young smiles to agree to what Hyun-Min said. Se-Hyun wonders why Hwa-Young doesn’t come to beg them. The prosecutor reports to Min-Young that Do-Joon got shares from Hwa-Young through Miracle Investment.
Min-Young walks Do-Joon. She feels sorry for not arresting Hwa-Young. She asks him why he chose her. He tells her that he knew she’s a good prosecutor who will make the rich tremble. But she doesn’t believe what he said. Do-Joon goes to the department store. He sees the protesters.
Hwa-Young returns to her office. Do-Joon is waiting for her. He tells her to give all of her shares to him. But she tells him that she won’t be tricked by him again. She intends to sell all of her properties with in two months. But he points out that the poor people cannot wait that long.
Reborn Rich K-Drama: Episode 9 Ending – Does Ms. Im Come to the Board Meeting?
Episode 9 of Reborn Rich K-Drama ends with Hwa-Young reporting to Hyang-Jae that Do-Joon used the unreal tip to steal her shares. Do-Joon denies it. He tells Hyang-Jae that he has the witness Ms. Im who can prove that Hwa-Young embezzled. Se-Hyun is going to go to meet with Ms. Im. But he finds out that she’s missing. He reports it to Do-Joon. Hwa-Young tells the shareholders that Do-Joon wronged her. She leaks that the prosecutor will come. Min-Young shows up. She tells Hwa-Young that she can prove that the tip is unreal.
