This is the recap for My Sweet Mobster: Episode 1. Ji-Hwan is a man who was born from a mobster family. He took down gangs one by one after his father passed away. But he disbanded his gang. He’s in a temple to pray. His followers go to the warehouse to look for Yoon-Taek. But they don’t find the guy.
Il-Young calls Ji-Hwan. Ji-Hwan knows what happened in the warehouse. He lets Il-Young clean the floor. He leaves the temple. Eun-Ha runs on the street with a police outfit. She finds the club after she had a talk with her friend over the phone.
His friend Mi-Ho is in the club. She walks out of the hall and she sees Eun-Ha. She wonders how did she get in with the police clothes. We see the guard letting Eun-Ha pass after she wore the cape. Ji-Hwan is in the club. He remembers Il-Young told him that Yoon-Taek wasn’t in the warehouse.
Eun-Ha walks in the club after she went to a restroom. She’s bumped by a waiter. She trips. Ji-Hwan catches her before she falls. He picks up the stuff and he returns it to her. She runs away. Gang-Gil is told that Ji-Hwan is in his club.
He finds him. Ji-Hwan brings up Yoon-Taek. Gang-Gil pretends not to know the person. Ji-Hwan takes over the wine from the waiter. He thinks Gang-Gil put something into the wine. He saw the waiter putting drug into the wine. Gang-Gil breaks the bottle. He beats the waiter. Ji-Hwan stops him.
Eun-Ha sees Ji-Hwan. She recognizes him. Mi-Ho tries to take Eun-Ha away. But Eun-Ha’s cape is off. The people see her police clothes. Eun-Ha is pushed to Ji-Hwan. She tries to arrest him. But he knows she’s not a police because she cannot provide her ID to him. Mi-Ho helps Eun-Ha run out of the club. Eun-Ha tells Mi-Ho that she doesn’t like Ji-Hwan. She sees Ji-Hwan arrested.
Eun-Ha’s boss Young-Ho watches the video that Eun-Ha plays a police to protect the world. He reminds Eun-Ha that she didn’t promote the play set. She explains it to him that she thought the play set is too expensive to kids. He’s furious to drive her out of his office.
Ji-Hwan leaves the police station. He returns home. His followers prepare a tofu for him. Il-Young shows the photo of the new drug to Ji-Hwan. The drug is like a children candy. Ji-Hwan remembers he saw the drug after he helped Eun-Ha.
Eun-Ha walks out of the store with the bottle costume. She gets a call from Mi-Ho. Mi-Ho persuades Eun-Ha not to do the job. Eun-Ha sees the dumplings store. She walks to the store. She sees Ji-Hwan walking out of the store. She avoids him.
She sees him asking the kid for the cash. She cannot stand and she wears the bottle costume. She beats him and she flees. The store owner returns. She finds out that Ji-Hwan is eating in her store. He persuades her to close the door before she leaves so that the kid won’t steal money from her store. She intends to introduce a divorced woman to him. But he’s not interested in it.
The drunkard tangles Eun-Ha when she’s working. He removes her cap when Ji-Hwan shows up. Ji-Hwan recognizes Eun-Ha. He chases her. She mistakes that she got rid of him. But he blocks her way. She bumps him and she falls to the ground.
He arrests her and he asks her about the drugs. She promises to take him to see the drug. The store owner fires Eun-Ha and she refuses to pay her. She throws her bag out of the store. Eun-Ha takes out the candies from her bag. She puts it into her mouth.
Ji-Hwan forces Eun-Ha to spit it out. But the candy is stuck into her throat. He gets the water from the store owner. Eun-Ha spits the candy into Ji-Hwan’s throat. Yang-Hee is very happy after knowing what happened to Ji-Hwan. He wishes to see the footage. But Gang-Gil removes it. Yang-Hee gets angry. He tells Gang-Gil to give Ji-Hwan a threat if Ji-Hwan continues to look into them.
Ji-Hwan and Eun-Ha leave the doctor’s office. Eun-Ha mentions what she told Ji-Hwan that it’s not drug. She explains it to him that she acted a policewoman because he beat the guy. He threatens to beat her and he asks her to keep a 50m distance from him. He yells at her and she’s scared to run away.
Mi-Ho meets with Eun-Ha. She learns that Eun-Ha ran into a thug at the Hyun-Woo’s store. She thinks nothing good comes out when Eun-Ha is involved with Hyun-Woo. But Eun-Ha still wants to look for Hyun-Woo. Hyun-Woo arrives at the prosecution building. He’s a prosecutor now.
He meets with Ho-Taek in the interrogation room. Ho-Taek is the former leader of the Obong Gang. He was arrested because he beat the believers who didn’t pay him the tithe. Hyun-Woo tells Ho-Taek that he doesn’t believe that criminals change.
Ji-Hwan has a meeting with his followers. He tells them that he trusts Yoon-Taek. Hyun-Woo is working in his office. He remembers Ho-Taek told him that he changed because of Ji-Hwan. Ho-Taek revealed Ji-Hwan and Yang-Hee are enemies to each other.
Young-Ho is giving tasks to the girls in a meeting. Eun-Ha volunteers to go the the kids food festival. Jae-Soo blames Ji-Hwan for giving Yoon-Taek a chance after the meeting. He mentions he cleaned the mess for Yoon-Taek in the warehouse. Man-Ho brings the new product to Ji-Hwan. Il-Young thinks the product won’t have a good future. He persuades Ji-Hwan to check the customers’ response with a sample.
Eun-Ha promotes the milk at the kids food festival. Jae-Soo and Man-Ho promote the sausage at the festival as well. Jae-Soo tries to let the kid taste the sausage. But the kid is stopped by his father. The man worries that Jae-Soo put something strange into the sausage because he knows they were cons.
Jae-Soo eats the sausage. He asks the man to taste the sausage. But the man knocks over the food. Ji-Hwan and Il-Young are waiting for the result at the cafe. The girl walks to Il-Young. She asks him out. He claims that he’s working. So she leaves after she gave her business card to him.
Ji-Hwan asks Il-Young for his secret. Il-Young reveals it’s his face. The director of the department store shows up. He tells Ji-Hwan that he cannot accept their product because he thinks there’s a problem that they made the product.
Jae-Soo is furious to have a fight with the man. Eun-Ha tries to stop them. Jae-Soo is beaten by the man. Ji-Hwan and Il-Young show up. Ji-Hwan scolds Jae-Soo. Eun-Ha teaches the kids to cook in a cooking class. Ji-Hwan walks around the festival. He sees Eun-Ha playing flour with the kids. He falls for her when he sees her smiling.

Eun-Ha walks into the building to use restroom. She walks out of the restroom and she cleans the stairs because there’s a lot of flour. Ji-Hwan walks out of the restroom. He arrives at the stairs. Eun-Ha hits him by mistake. Jae-Soo sees it. Eun-Ha grabs Ji-Hwan when he’s going to fall. She remembers he asked her to keep a distance from him. She releases him. He rolls down the stairs. He passes out. His followers come to him. They don’t know what to do.
