Does Do-Ha Tell Lies to Sol-Hee?

Sol-Hee hugs Do-Ha’s head. She takes him to get into the building. The reporter thinks they’re just ordinary couple. Do-Ha asks Sol-Hee if she did it because she knew who the two guys are. She admits it. But she tells him that she thought the two are his creditors.
Do-Ha follows Sol-Hee to her house. He asks her if the two told her that they’re his creditors. She denies it and mentions the two looked for the guy who lives in Unit 502. The reporter comes. Sol-Hee pushes Do-Ha into her house. She tries to close the door.
But the reporter stops Sol-Hee. He thinks she saw the guy who lives in Unit 502 since she lives next door. But she tells him that there’s nobody living in Unit 502. She closes the door. She turns on the camera. She thinks out that the two reporters don’t leave.
Sol-Hee cleans up her house. She tries to peel the apple. But he tells her that he’s full. She reminds him that he’s a guest. She thinks she needs to do something. He smiles and takes over the apple from her. He peels the apple. He eats the apple with her.
Do-Ha picks up the paper from the floor. He reads the paper and knows Sol-Hee’s name. She grabs the paper from him. She asks him about his name. He tells his name to her. The reporter is hungry when he thinks Sol-Hee’s house is warm.
Sol-Hee searches Do-Ha’s name when he’s watching soccer game. She asks him if he didn’t tell a lie. But he points out that everyone told lies. Syaon drives to the place. She calls Do-Ha. Sol-Hee sees Syaon’s phone. She remembers Do-Ha denied it when Moo-Jin asked him if he’s seeing Syaon.
Sol-Hee wonders if Do-Ha made her ability not work. He watches Syaon’s commercial. Sol-Hee asks him if Syaon is his type. But he tells her that he didn’t think about it. The reporter tries to take photos of the person when he comes. But he finds out that the person is a deliveryman. The deliveryman breaks the reporter’s camera.
Sol-Hee asks Do-Ha about his feelings when they watch the kissing scene. She asks him if he will get together with a ghost if he can see her. But he tells her that he won’t be confident. She thinks he said so because ghosts are scary.
But Do-Ha tells Sol-Hee that he just thinks he cannot stay with the ghost all his life. She tells him to try his best. She mentions she usually gives up when someone tells her a lie. But he thinks she cannot avoid the lies because everyone does so.
The cop parts the reporter and the deliveryman when they have a fight. Gang-Min lets the cop take the reporter and the deliveryman to the police station because both did something wrong. He sees the package. He finds out that the package belongs to Sol-Hee.
Sol-Hee is surprised to see Gang-Min. He tells her that he has transferred to the police station. He asks her if she’s fine because there was a fight outside. She tells him that she’s fine. He sees a man’s shoes. He mistakes that she got married.
Sol-Hee denies it. He has to leave because the cop calls him. He tells Sol-Hee that he misses her. He takes the elevator to leave. She returns to her house with the package. Do-Ha takes over the package from her. He places the package on the floor.
Do-Ha thinks Gang-Min mistook him when he saw his shoes. He tells her to explain to it Gang-Min. He leaves her house and returns to his house. He remembers Gang-Min told Sol-Hee that he misses her. Jae-Chan tells Deuk-Chan that the one who came to him was Syaon.
Why Doesn’t Do-Ha Wish to Work with Syaon?
Deuk-Chan worries that people will treat it as a sponsored ad. But Jae-Chan points out that he didn’t give any money to Syaon. He confesses to Deuk-Chan that he gave Syaon some information. He adds that he told Syaon where Do-Ha lives.
Deuk-Chan blames Jae-Chan for using Do-Ha. But Jae-Chan thinks he should use Do-Ha because they helped him a lot. He mentions the alibi. Deuk-Chan scolds Jae-Chan. Jae-Chan leaves Deuk-Chan’s office. Deuk-Chan goes to see Do-Ha. He reports to him that the one who leaked his location was Jae-Chan.
But Do-Ha tells Deuk-Chan that he’s fine. Deuk-Chan wonders why Do-Ha didn’t ask to move to another place after the reporters found him. Do-Ha tells Deuk-Chan that the reporters failed because of the girl who lives next door. Deuk-Chan thinks the girl is Do-Ha’s guardian angel.

But Deuk-Chan realizes that the girl has known Do-Ha’s identity. But Do-Ha tells Deuk-Chan that the girl only treated the reporters his creditors. He mentions the girl didn’t remember they met before. Cassandra brings the coffee to Sol-Hee.
Sol-Hee tells Cassandra that the spirit didn’t work when the person told a lie to her. She admits that the person was a guy. Chi-Hoon realizes that the spirit didn’t work because the guy is Sol-Hee’s soulmate. Cassandra tells Sol-Hee to talk with the guy.
Deuk-Chan listens to Do-Ha’s new song. He likes the song. He thinks the song is suitable for Syaon’s next album. But Do-Ha doesn’t want to work with Syaon because he thinks she can choose another songwriter. He wants to tell it to Syaon.
But Deuk-Chan is against it. He tells Do-Ha not to tell it to Syaon because she’s working on her album. Moo-Jin dances in front of Syaon when she’s practicing. He tells her that he wishes to have dinner with her when she takes a break.
Syaon smiles at Moo-Jin. She explains to him that Deuk-Chan is watching her. He tells her that he doesn’t hit on her. She tells him to leave because she needs to train. He yells at her and thinks her debut was because of Do-Ha. He thinks she’s going to lose everything she has if she isn’t humble.
Moo-Jin bumps Syaon. He walks away. Syaon tries to drink the water. But she finds out that it’s an energy drink. She complains to her assistant that she told her to take away everything which contains calories. She’s furious to throw away the water.
Sol-Hee runs into Do-Ha and Deuk-Chan at the parking lot. Sol-Hee recognizes Deuk-Chan when she remembers the news. She thinks Do-Ha has a guest. Deuk-Chan realizes that Sol-Hee is the girl Do-Ha mentioned. He greets Sol-Hee when he smiles at her. He tells her that he’s Do-Ha’s best friend.
Sol-Hee is surprised that Do-Ha told his friend about her. Deuk-Chan tells Sol-Hee that he wants to buy her a meal when he hands over his business card to her. But he takes back his card after he found out that it’s not his business card.
But Sol-Hee tells Deuk-Chan that she knows he worked for J Entertainment. He denies it and tells her that he’s a realtor. He tells a lie to her that he doesn’t have any business card. She hands over her business card to him. She asks Do-Ha if he works in real estate as well.
But Deuk-Chan and Do-Ha give Sol-Hee different answers. Deuk-Chan explains to Sol-Hee that Do-Ha is studying music. Sol-Hee knows Deuk-Chan told her a lie. So she asks Do-Ha if what his friend said is true. He admits that he studied music before.
Sol-Hee tries to know more about Do-Ha from him. The Deuk-Chan stops her. He reveals he’s going to go somewhere with Do-Ha. He tries to take Do-Ha away. But she stops Do-Ha when she takes his arm. She releases him after she realizes that what she did wasn’t right. She apologizes to him and walks away.
Deuk-Chan thinks Sol-Hee was very weird to question them. He blames Do-Ha for telling Sol-Hee that his job is to make music. But Do-Ha blames Deuk-Chan for telling the girl that he doesn’t have a job. Deuk-Chan realizes that Do-Ha wished to give a good impression to the girl.
Do-Ha thinks he doesn’t have a reason to do that. He mentions the girl thought he’s chased by the creditors. Deuk-Chan takes a look at Sol-Hee’s business card. He thinks she could see through him because she ran a cafe. Do-Ha takes a look at the business card.
Deuk-Chan smiles when he looks at Do-Ha. Do-Ha tells Deuk-Chan not to mistake him. Sol-Hee returns home. She opens the light of her room. She’s upset when she lies on the couch. She worries that Do-Ha will move out. She decides to ask Do-Ha out. Do-Ha walks on the street. He sees the singer singing. He goes to the market. He stops when he’s in front of the fruit store. Someone slaps his back.
It flashes back. Do-Ha is beaten by the guy. The guy tells Do-Ha that he knows he’s a murderer because he saw him on TV. He asks him where he concealed the girl’s body. The market vendor stops the guy because he thinks Do-Ha isn’t the killer. He nods when the guy asks him if Do-Ha is the killer after the guy beat Do-Ha.
Does Do-Ha Hold Sol-Hee’s Hand?
Bo-Ro returns the wallet to Do-Ha. He recognizes him and apologizes to him. He hands over the snack to him. He runs away. Sol-Hee takes a look at the photos of the restaurant. She thinks the place is quiet. But she realizes that she doesn’t have his number.
Do-Ha passes by the cafe. Sol-Hee spots him. She goes to chase him and call him. But she finds out that the guy is someone else after he turned around. She apologizes to him. He walks away. She turns around and sees Do-Ha. He walks away after he saw her.
Sol-Hee runs to chase Do-Ha. She walks him and thinks he should wear a mask which can make him stand out. But he points out that he doesn’t wish people to notice him. She sees his snacks. He asks her if she wants to eat one of the snacks. She denies it but she tells him that she wishes to get one.
Sol-Hee takes out the snack from Do-Ha’s bag. He bites the snack and thanks him for giving the snack to her. She wants to buy him a meal. She asks him if he’s free. But he tells her that he doesn’t eat out. She disagrees to what he said. She mentions he drank the hangover soup.
Do-Ha explains to Sol-Hee that he did it because there were a few customers. He adds that the soup was delicious. She realizes that he’s going to accept her invitation if she can find a good restaurant where is quiet. But he tells her that he doesn’t want to eat out anymore.
Do-Ha tries to leave. But Sol-Hee stops him. She thinks he wishes to take off his mask because he took off his mask when he encountered the creditors. She hands over her phone to him. She asks him for his number. She promises him that the creditors won’t show up.
Do-Ha gives his number to Sol-Hee. He walks away. She’s happy to run away. Yeon-Mi meets with the assemblywoman at the restaurant. The assemblywoman tastes the food. She thinks it’s delicious. She tells Yeon-Mi that Chairman was very happy after she got Syaon’s tickets.
The assemblywoman wonders how did Yeon-Mi got the tickets. Yeon-Mi tells the assemblywoman that the tickets were give by her follower. She tells her to let her know if she needs tickets again. The assemblywoman tells Yeon-Mi that she will be promoted.
Yeon-Mi promises to try her best if the assemblywoman gives her the chance. But the assemblywoman brings up Yeon-Mi’s son. She worries that others will pay attention to the case. Yeon-Mi claims that her son isn’t related to the murder case. The assemblywoman worries that the police will look into the case again if the girl’s body is found. But Yeon-Mi tells the assemblywoman that the girl’s body was eaten by fish. She smiles at her.
Gang-Min helps Sol-Hee carry the stuff at the cafe. He praises her for opening a cafe. He mentions she gave tarot readings to the clients. She admits it. She tells him to leave because she’s not happy when she stays with him. He apologizes to her.
Sol-Hee blames Gang-Min for breaking up with her. She asks him if he hated her. She blames him for changing his number and moving away. He holds her hand and comforts her that he didn’t hate her. But she shakes off his hand and blames him for not calling her in the past three years.
Sol-Hee doesn’t believe that Gang-Min missed her. She thinks he ran into her by chance. But he tells her that it wasn’t a coincidence. He adds that he came to the city after he heard she’s in the city. He tells her that he wished to encounter her.
Sol-Hee points out that Gang-Min could call her if he wished to see her. But he thinks she wouldn’t see him if he did so. He tells her that he worried that she’s seeing someone. She remembers what Do-Ha told her to explain it to Gang-Min.
But Sol-Hee tells Gang-Min that she has a boyfriend. She adds that her boyfriend is nice to her. Do-Ha walks into the cafe. Sol-Hee introduces Do-Ha as her boyfriend to Gang-Min. She mentions what Do-Ha told her that he’s very busy.
Do-Ha explains to Sol-Hee that he worried about it when he saw her with a guy. He holds her hand. Gang-Min apologizes to Do-Ha. She leaves Sol-Hee’s cafe. Sol-Hee tries to let Do-Ha’s hand go. But he holds her hand tightly. He tells her that he wants to take her home.
Do-Ha holds Sol-Hee’s hand when he walks her on the street. He asks her if her ex-boyfriend tangled her. She denies it and tells him that Gang-Min is a good person. He wonders why she hurt Gang-Min. He tells her not to avoid the guy. He returns the tarot card to her. He reveals he found her tarot card from the floor. He walks away.
Do-Ha plays the piano at the bar. He drinks with Joong-Kyu outside the bar. Joong-Kyu thinks Do-Ha was late because of Sol-Hee. Do-Ha is surprised that Joong-Kyu knew it. Joong-Kyu mentions Do-Ha doesn’t wear his sunglasses. He asks him if he held Sol-Hee’s hand.
Do-Ha denies it. Joong-Kyu thinks Do-Ha didn’t have to take Sol-Hee home because she lives next to him. Do-Ha denies it again. Joong-Kyu tells Do-Ha not to tell a lie to him because he’s a jazz musician. Deuk-Chan tries to leave the parking lot. But he finds out that someone is tailing him.
He gets off his car and walks to the car. He knocks at the window and tells the driver to get off the car. Syaon opens the door and gets off the car. He tells her that he could recognize her even if she drove a different car. He asks her if she thought he’s going to go to see Do-Ha.
My Lovely Liar K-Drama: Episode 4 Ending Explained
Episode 4 of My Lovely Liar ends with Do-Ha carrying Syaon into the car. Syaon is startled when she sees Sol-Hee in the car. Sol-Hee tells Syaon that she lives next to Do-Ha. She gives the clothes to her. Syaon is surprised that Sol-Hee knows Do-Ha’s name. She asks Do-Ha about Sol-Hee. She tells him that she wished to kill herself.
Do-Ha yells at Syaon. He tells her to get out of his car. She’s startled by him. She tears up. She’s furious to get off his car. His manager comes to pick her up. He takes her to the van. Do-Ha takes a look at Syaon. He’s tired when he’s in the car.
Sol-Hee tells Do-Ha to take a break when she drives the car. She parks the car on the street. She adjusts the seat for him when he falls asleep. She puts the blanket on him. She drives to the house and she tries to wake him up. He’s in the nightmare that the cop thinks he killed the girl Eom-Ji. The cop shows the photo of the shoes with blood to him. He asks him if he remembers the shoes. The cop asks Do-Ha why he stabbed the girl. He thinks he prepared the knife. Do-Ha tells Sol-Hee that he didn’t kill the girl.
