This is first episode of Memories of the Alhambra Korean Drama Review, Jin-Woo runs into Hee-Joo at the hostel of Granada because Se-Joo asked him to meet there. He finds out the city turns into a AR game through Se-Joo’s system, and wants to sign contract with him.
Memories of the Alhambra Korean Drama Review: Episode 1

Se-Joo stands at street and calls someone through a telephone booth, asking him to read the email and says he doesn’t want to sell his message to others. He flees when seeing someone until he rushes into a train.
He gets in carriage, the foreigner asks him where he goes. Se-Joo tells him the place and wakes the foreigner that they arrived in Granada. The storm comes, Se-Joo is scared to open the door, but someone kills him with handgun and breaks the glass.
The foreigner wakes up and thinks Se-Joo got off without his bag. Hee-Joo woke up by the doorbell, and she turns off the TV to see who he is. Jin-Woo stands outside and asks her for the room. She invites him to come in. He takes his luggage and feels sorry for waking her up. She denies and guess his flight was late. He admits it. She asks him where he comes from, he reveals the place. She checks the paper and says most of her guests have reservations except him. He explains that it was an unplanned trip. She gets his point and asks him how long he will stay there. He isn’t sure and says one night then. She introduce the rooms she can provide to him, but he wants a single room which she doesn’t have. She remembers she has one but it’s at sixth floor. But he doesn’t care.
Jin-Woo looks at the stairs and guesses there isn’t elevator. Hee-Joo explains the building is old, so elevator is hard to install. She suggests him to go to a hotel, but he isn’t interested in it. So she offers the dormitory room for him, he asks her what it is.
She leads him to the room, and asks him not to disturb the students. But he dislikes the room. She leads to walk the stairs and sees his watch. She asks him if he needs help when he carries his luggage. He rejects it. She asks him what things in his suitcase, he says handguns. She is shocked and leads him to his room. But she cannot open the window and suggests him to get a hotel. He doesn’t want to move his stuff to downstair. She thinks it’s a bad idea as well.
Young-Sim asks Hee-Joo who the guest is. Hee-Joo tells Young-Sim that he wore expensive stuff but chose their shop. Young-Sim thinks the stuff are knockoff.
Jin-Woo throws the paper into the toilet, but he is late to see the hint. Meanwhile, his secretary Jung-Hoon wakes up from the hotel, but he didn’t find the boss. So he calls Jin-Woo. Jin-Woo sighs and tells him that he is unblocking the toilet, and says he is in Granada. Jung-Hoon thinks his boss is kidding. Jin-Woo reveals he tried to wake up Jung-Hoon, but he passed out because of being drunk. So he had to go to Granada alone. Jung-Hoon claims he is done with their customer, but Jin-Woo emphasizes that he is his boss and asks him to submit the letter of resignation, and hangs up. Jung-Hoon realizes that he made the mistake, Jin-Woo calls him and asks him to take the earliest flight to his place. Jung-Hoon is luck not to get fired.
Jin-Woo completes his job in the toilet, and wants to charge. But the plug isn’t suitable for his phone. So he goes to downstairs. He texts Yang-Joo and asks about the time he needs. Yang-Joo replies that he needs half an hour. Jin-Woo sees the hint that the ramen noodles are free. So he cooks it. Min-Joo steps in, he mistakes her as Hee-Joo’s daughter. She says Hee-Joo is her sister and reveals she is just 27. She asks him not to mind her since she is going to dance.
Jin-Woo eats up the noodles but forgets to clean it up. So Min-Joo reminds him. He offers to clean it tomorrow, but she rejects it. When he washes the dish, Yang-Joo texts him that it’s done. So Jin-Woo leaves.
He arrives at the fountain, something hits the house. So the stones fall down. The knight dies in front of Jin-Woo because he was shot, and the horse flees. The giant jumps off from the fountain, and attacks Jin-Woo. Jin-Woo is killed, but he is still alive. Because it was game.
Jin-Woo laughs, Yang-Joo thinks it’s best AR he has ever seen. Yang-Joo is in the room and watches what Jin-Woo does, and wants to play it as well. Jin-Woo takes off the lens from his eye, and asks Yang-Joo about it. Yang-Joo says it’s ok, and thinks Se-Joo is a genius.

Jin-Woo is waken up by Se-Joo who claims Hyung-Seok offered ten billion won to get his service, but he wants to make deal with Jin-Woo, and mentions the hostel Bonita. Jin-Woo checks the email Se-Joo sent him, and realizes it’s a good deal. So he calls A and asks him to look into what Hyung-Seok has been doing. He tells him that he is going to go to Granada.
Sun-Ho arrives at the office, Yang-Joo shows him the AR game. Jin-Woo logs in the game, the system asks him to get the weapon first before fighting. He steps into the washroom, and finds an iron sword. He waves the sword in the washroom, the drunk man thinks he is insane.
Jin-Woo takes the sword to challenge the warrior. But his sword flies away, and Jin-Woo is killed again, even if Sun-Ho suggests him to move. He challenges the warrior and is killed. Sun-Ho mocks at his boss that he learned kendo. Yang-Joo thinks he cannot level up within one year.

But Jin-Woo defeats the warrior and level up to 2 after trying it all night. He is tired to return the hostel, and runs into Hee-Joo who is intention to clean up the sixth floor. He ignores her and returns his room. But the plug doesn’t work, so he goes to downstairs.
Sang-Beom asks Jin-Woo to watch the stove because he needs to go to toilet. Jin-Woo promises him and gets a call from A. A tells him that Se-Joo is still a minor, but the fire alarm rings because the smoke comes from the stove. Jin-Woo tells Hee-Joo the issue and goes outside.
A continues the talking over the phone, but it gets interrupted again. Hee-Joo is trying to turn off the fire alarm. But he yells at her for didn’t hear the voice. She thinks it’s not her fault. He is furious to blame her for the socket, and he has to come downstairs to charge the phone. She is scared to suggest him to go to the hotel. He points his index finger to her, and asks her to take the duty if he loses his deal.
A tells Jin-Woo that Se-Joo is a minor, so Hyung-Seok cannot have him to sign the contract without a guardian’s consent, and the person is Hee-Joo. So Jin-Woo shows a smile to Hee-Joo.
