Wen Xiaoliu tells Xiang Liu that she knew Xuan’s identity. She tells him that she knew he was looking for Xuan. She thinks Tushan Jing let her hide in the mountain because he knew Xiang Liu has fought with Xiyan for centuries. She thinks Xuan wouldn’t find him if he didn’t agree to it.
Wen Xiaoliu thinks Xiang Liu intended to use her to kill Xuan. He thinks he didn’t do anything wrong. She agrees to what he said because she knows Xuan wants to take her life. She thinks Xiyan King will take revenge for her if she killed his grandson.

Xiang Liu thought Wen Xiaoliu had some guts. She learns that she let him down. She tells him that she doesn’t want to fight with Xiyan King. She adds that she cannot accept the wrath of emperor. He wonders how did she know the identity of Xuan.
Wen Xiaoliu reveals she heard the follower called Xuan prince. Xiang Liu grabs Wen Xiaoliu’s neck. She tells him to kill her if he wishes to do that. He bites her neck. Cang Xuan wakes up. He gets up from the bed to drink water. He thinks Wen Xiaoliu is mad to do such a thing with someone.
Xiang Liu tries to touch Wen Xiaoliu. She stops him and reminds him that she’s a man. He wonders how did she make Fei Fei come out if she’s a man. She claims that she can change her looks and her voice. But he tells her that he prefers to trust the hunch of the beast.
Xiang Liu wonders what illusion Wen Xiaoliu used. He thinks everything is real. She tells him not to suspect that she’s a woman after he touches her. But he tells her that he’s not interested in her fake body. She agrees to what he said. She regrets for not bringing a female monster to him for his taste. He leaves the pool and he heals himself. She tells him that she didn’t intend to say that.
Tushan Jing looks Wen Xiaoliu in the woods. Xiang Liu and Wen Xiaoliu are still in the cave. Wen Xiaoliu falls asleep in the pool. Xiang Liu tries to heal her. But it hurts her. He leaves the cave. Tushan Jing finds Wen Xiaoliu. He gets into the pool and he takes her away.
Wen Xiaoliu is in Tushan Jing’s house. Tushan Jing feeds her the herb soup. He uses his spiritual power to heal her. The maid persuades Tushan Jing not to waste his spiritual power. He points out that his spiritual power can ease Wen Xiaoliu’s pain.
The maid volunteers to heal Wen Xiaoliu because she thinks Tushan Jing has many big cases to do. Tushan Jing claims that Wen Xiaoliu’s safety is the most biggest thing. He lets the maid leave. Wen Xiaoliu grabs Tushan Jing’s hand. She calls him Xiang Liu.
Tushan Jing takes away his hand. But he grabs Wen Xiaoliu’s hand. He persuades her not to make a move because he worries that she will get a gaping wound. He’s surprised that she misses Xiang Liu since the one who hurt her was Xiang Liu. He promises her everything as long as she recovers.
Wen Xiaoliu wakes up. She realizes that she used a lot of medicine. She walks out of her house and she sees Tushan Jing taking care of the flower in the yard. She smiles at him. He sees her and he smiles at her as well. They’re in the room.
Tushan Jing strokes Wen Xiaoliu’s face. He hugs her. The maid shows up. She mistakes that Wen Xiaoliu’s illness gets worse. She intends to help her. She thanks her for saving her. Wen Xiaoliu thanks Tushan Jing for saving her. She leaves his room. He tries to chase her. The maid stops him. She thinks she disturbed Tushan Jing and Wen Xiaoliu when they had a good talk. Tushan Jing points out that the one who had a good talk with Wen Xiaoliu was Ye Shiqi.
Wen Xiaoliu is seeing the patient in the clinic. She tells her that she will have a kid if she takes the medicine on time. The patient leaves. Sang Tianer brings the water to Wen Xiaoliu when Wen Xiaoliu coughs. The patient’s wife calls Wen Xiangliu when she shows up with the patient.
She reveals her husband was hit when he fixed the rooftop. Wen Xiaoliu lets Chuan Zi to dress the patient’s wound. But he pretends to have a stomach ache. He runs to the restroom. Sang Tianer volunteers to dress the wound for the patient. Wen Xiaoliu agrees to it.
Sang Tianer dresses the patient’s wound. She lets him be careful of his food. He leaves with his wife. Sang Tianer tells Wen Xiaoliu that she just fooled some people after she watched her teaching Chuan Zi. But Wen Xiaoliu thinks Sang Tianer can learn medicine.
She mentions Chuan Zi and Ma Zi has followed her for twenty years. But she thinks the two cannot be doctors. She tells Sang Tianer to learn medicine from her. She thinks she and Chuan Zi won’t be hungry no matter where they go. She tells Sang Tianer that she can be lazy when she can work.
Sang Tianer gets on knees to Wen Xiaoliu. She cries to thank her for letting her rely on the medical skill. Wen Xiaoliu helps Sang Tianer get up. She asks her to be filial to Lao Mu with Chuan Zi. Sang Tianer wipes off her tears. She realizes that Wen Xiaoliu is going to leave Water Clean Town.
Sang Tianer comforts Wen Xiaoliu that she’s going to take care of Chun Zi and Lao Mu. Cang Xuan thinks Wen Xiaoliu is entrusting Sang Tianer when he walks into the clinic. He thinks Wen Xiaoliu doesn’t welcome him. She smiles to welcome him.
She takes him to her room. He asks him why she saved him. She explains it to him that she didn’t wish her poisonous insect to die. She promises to remove the poisonous insect for him when he leaves Clean Water Town. She comforts him that he won’t get pain if he doesn’t hurt her. He asks her to visit him for drink before he leaves.
The doctor sees Cang Xuan. He tells him that he’s fine. But Cang Xuan thinks Wen Xiaoliu has another plan because she refused to remove the poisonous insect for him. The doctor mentions the person who had poisonous insect passed away after the person who planted poisonous insect died. He worries that Wen Xiaoliu will use the trick to control Cang Xuan. Cang Xuan claims that he doesn’t fear the threat.
Sang Tianer brings the bacon to Wen Xiaoliu. Wen Xiaoliu tastes it. She congratulates Sang Tianer for improving her medical skills. But Sang Tianer gives Wen Xiaoliu a toast. She thanks her for teaching her. Xiang Liu shows up in the yard. He watches Wen Xiaoliu eating. She learns that she recovered.
Wen Xiaoliu looks at the yard. Xiang Liu disappears. She only sees the snow. Xiang Liu remembers Wen Xiaoliu told him that she fears lonely. He leaves. A Nian drinks with Cang Xuan at home. She’s drunk to fall asleep. Cang Xuan lets Hai Tang take A Nian away. Lao Sang mentions A Nian challenged Cang Xuan when she knew she’s not a good drinker. He believes that the elder princess is a great drinker because she stole wine to drink when she was a kid. Cang Xuan looks at the falling peach flowers in the yard.
Wen Xiaoliu drinks with Lao Mu at home. She remembers Cang Xuan told her to visit him for drinking. She visits him but she gives up. He opens the door and he wonders why she didn’t come in. She explains it to him that she thought there’s nobody in the house.
Wen Xiaoliu drinks with Cang Xuan in the room. She sees the plum tree and she thinks it bloomed well. He reveals he planted the plum tree because A Nian wanted to see plum flowers. She learns that he was nice to his sister. She asks him about A Nian. He reveals A Nian is drunk to have dream in her room.
Wen Xiaoliu tastes the mulberry wine. She finds out that it’s different from the wine she drank somewhere. Cang Xuan reveals he took out the wine because A Nian wanted to drink it. She mentions Cang Xuan and A Nian are the children of noble clans. She wonders why they came to Water Clean Town to suffer. He reveals he did it for his sister. He wonders why she saved A Nian. But she falls asleep.

Episode 10 of Lost You Forever ends with Cang Xuan trying to kill Wen Xiaoliu when she’s drunk to fall asleep. He gives up the mind because he thinks she doesn’t fear her death. Tushan Jin walks into Wen Xiaoliu’s room when she’s on the swing. She wonders why he came to see her. He claims that he’s the Ye Shiqi in Spring Clinic. He takes out the snacks and he volunteers to help her remove the poisonous insect. She takes him to take away the snacks. She reminds him that his home is in Blue Hill. He leaves the meat and the wine. He reveals it was made by him. He leaves her room.
