In the 3-4th episodes of Let Me Introduce Her Korean Drama, Hyun Seo lost her memory after surgery. It brings some troubles to Kang Woo, everyone persuades him to stay away from her. But he wants to know who she really is, when she suspects herself.

Soo Han wants to report to police about her sister’s missing, but his mother Sook Hyun stops him, and takes out the note Hyun Seo left. Thug Kim gets it after making the note drop, and asks Detective Kang to do him a favor.
Hyun Seo is scared after seeing her looks, and asks what Kang Woo did to her. Hee Young tells Kang Woo that he cannot get in touch with her guardian Tae Soo, and searches her backpack. A admission card with “Room 423” drops on the floor, nobody notices it. Kang Woo asks Hyun Seo to open her phone with her finger, but she fails. She finds out a business card with her name from her backpack, Kang Woo calls the number, but the woman says that she is Hyun Seo.
Hee Young wants to report Hyun Seo to police, but Kang Woo asks him to wait until tomorrow. Tae Soo calls Hyun Seo shen is hopeless, she asks him to tell her who she is. But Tae Soo hangs up when Kang Woo picks up the phone. Kang Woo scolds Hyun Seo after knowing she couldn’t remember the number on the screen, and asks her why she faked her identify. She tears up, and says she is innocent.
She comes to him at the rooftop, and tells him that she will write down the number, if that guy calls her again. But he thinks she needs to get her memory back first. She sighs, and asks him why she had to fake her identity to get the surgery. He tells her what they happened before, she is shocked as she forced him to do the surgery. He says that she reminded him his mother who passed away from a heart attack, and tells her he is going to report her to police tomorrow, but she asks him to do it after she got her memory back.
Chae Young tells Ja Young that he will accept her offer if she can open a shop in Kang Woo’s shop. Ja Young asks Chae Young if Kang Woo is the guy she proposed. Chae Young is very shy, and asks Ja Young not to tell him about it. Just then Chan Ki returns home, Ja Young asks him to quit his job, and goes back. Chae Young disagrees, and says the he is the hottest anchor. He asks Ms. Jung why it takes so long to look for his wife after returning his room, she smiles, and claims she tries to locate her. But Ms. Jung’s face falls while in the hallway, and calls Chief Kim to blame his incapable. He asks her to give him a week to process, and spits with anger.
Hyun Seo lies in bed, and dreams that she fights with a guy in a dark space. She finds out a guy is going to approach her after waking up. The guy flees, when she is going to catch something. Kang Woo runs into Hyun Seo when she is trying to catch the thief, and finds out her face is bleeding. She says that she is ok, and returns her room to take the bag the thief left. She finds cashes inside the bag.
Let Me Introduce Her Korean Drama Recap: Episode 4
Ja Young shows up at broadcast station, and asks Reporter Lee to summon Chan Ki, but Reporter Lee says that it’s too late as the TV is broadcast the bad news of Fine Cosmetics. The director thinks Ja Young gets backstabbed by her son, Ja Young is out of temper, and wants to scold her son. But Ms. Jung stops her, and tells her that word will spread if they argue.
Hyun Seo calls Kang Woo when he steps in her room, he thinks she got her memory back. But she denies, and thinks she has to remember his name before getting discharged. He claims they just stimulate her brain to find her memory.
Chief Kim and other thugs take Hyun Seo’s photos, and ask people if they saw her at street. The guy recognizes her, and shows the video Hyun Seo saved a person to Chief Kim. Chief Kim asks his followers to find Kang Woo after arriving at the shooting place of the video.
Hyun Seo recognizes Chan Ki through the TV in the hall, Hee Young is curious why she can remember Chan Ki’s name, not yours. Hyun Seo claims Chan Ki is the ideal husband of all Korean women.
Ja Young takes Ms. Jung showing up at Kang Woo’s hospital, and pass through Hyun Seo to come in Kang Woo’s office. Hyun Seo covers her head with coat when Ms. Jung is staring at her. Ja Young tells Kang Woo that she is going to open a beauty salon in his office, he thinks it’s a great deal, but he still wants to think about it. She thinks he hesitates because of news, and claims she will release new product soon. Ja Young tells Hyun Seo that a new world will open for her before leaves, but Hyun Seo grumbles that she doesn’t want new world, but to remember her name.
Kang Woo tells Hee Young that Ja Young wanted to open a beauty salon at his office. Hee Young thinks it looks weird, and is excited. Hyun Seo persuades Kang Woo to accept that offer, and goes out with him. They run into agency outside, the woman tells him that the landlord asks to raise $20,000 for the key money. He asks to take monthly rent instead of key money. But the lady claims that he needs a lump sum.
Hyun Seo tells Kang Woo that he can call her as Hyun Seo until she finds her real name, when they’re at the place she saved him. Chief Kim shows up, and asks Kang Woo, “Did you see the woman before?” while holding Hyun Seo’s photo. Kang Woo recognizes Chief Kim, and helps Hyun Seo to flee. He tells her that she should avoid Chief Kim when she thinks he might know who she is.
Hyun Seo is stunned by the nightscape of Kang Woo’s house, and asks him to build an extra room outside for her with $20,000. She yells in the morning, and asks him to take off her bandages after living together over 2 months. He tells her she reminds him of her mother, after taking off the bandages.
Kang Woo is excited to tell Hee Young that he takes the bandages for Hyun Seo, but Hee Young thinks the woman is leeching off Kang Woo. Young Cheol asks Hyun Seo to move out after knowing she lives together with his son, and rejects her drink. He runs into Kang Woo outside, and tells him to kick her out. But Kang Woo ignores him, and tells her she is a good person when she is going to leave. He hugs her when she is tearing up. Hyun Seo gets a call from someone who calls her name when they’re going to go to police station.
