Glen Garia tells Alina that she needs to join Silver Sword if he wins in I May Be A Guild Receptionist, But I’ll Solo Any Boss to Clock Out on Time Episode 3. He promises not to step in the executioner’s case forever if he loses. She won’t lose her secure employment no matter what happens.
Alina Joins Silver Sword
Alina thinks the offer is so sweet. She takes out her big hammer. Glen Garia uses his skill Time Observer. He stops the time and he catches the chance to observe her movements. He thinks she’s wild and she can defeat Demonic God. Alina tears up Glen Garia’s space. He’s surprised and he concedes. He has confirmed the real face of the executioner’s skills.
Alina wants to listen to Glen Garia’s explanation. He and his secretary begin to explain. Skills are divided into human realm, super-range realm and the advanced divine realm. The only skill which can defeat super-range realm skill is divine realm skill. It indicates that Alina used the divine realm skill. Alina isn’t shocked because she knows her skill was given by the God. She only cares for her guild receptionist job. She asks Glen Garia not to tangle her. He notes that she’s going to leave. He mentions the Chalk Tower.
The new dungeon appeared after Alina and Jade accepted the secret task. Alina doesn’t want to care the case. But she’s anxious after she heard the new dungeon. She thinks she needs to work overtime constantly. Glen Garia notes something from Alina’s words and actions. He learns that the reason supports her to fight is not working overtime.
Jade is helpless to nod. Glen Garia feels speechless. He promises Alina that he will pay her more. But she’s not interested in it. She has a principle not to touch the money except the salary. She mentions Glen Garia promised her that he won’t step in her case. She wonders if he wants to break the promise. She knows there will be a working overtime hell waiting for her. She thinks she doesn’t have strength to go to work part-time.
Glen Garia gives Alina a new offer to tempt her. He promises her that he will increase the number of her colleagues as long as she follows Silver Sword to go to raid the dungeon. She can go home on time since her work is shared by her colleagues. Alina doesn’t want to accept the offer. But the bread is so big.
She agrees to it and she moves into Silver Sword’s deluxe dormitory. She has a good sleeping and she wakes up. She wants to continue to sleep. But Jade asks her to get up from the bed outside. She needs to go to the dungeon to work first.
The four go to Chalk Tower. The healer Lululee and the mage Lowe introduce themselves to Alina. Alina is professional to hand over her business card. The people find out that Alina isn’t in good spirits. After all, she uses the noble paid leave for the day. She will fight the one who looks down on her supreme sacrifice. They reach the destination.
There’re not too many people. After all, the guild controlled the information. Only class one license holders can get into the tower. Jade gives a pendant to Alina. It’s the personal holy relic which each team member owns in their team. It will inform other teammates when the holder is going to die. Lowe tells Alina to sell it if she doesn’t want to keep it. Lululee hits the guy.
The people walk into the dungeon. Jade knows Alina didn’t have a group battle. He tells her the rules. The group battle requires the tank to draw resentment first. It’s the fighter’s turn then. The werewolf appears. Jade begins to draw resentment. He uses his defensive skill and he blocks the werewolf’s attack. It’s Alina’s turn. But she only needs one hit to kill the enemy. She turns around and she finds out that the three are sweating. What she did makes them unnecessary.
But everyone wishes to get the fierce teammate. Lululee runs to Alina. She flatters her. Alina treats the girl as kid as well. The people are moving on. They find out that there’s no boss on the first floor. They wonder why the ancestors who made the dungeon disappeared.
The people reach the second floor. They hear the scream from the front room. They arrive. But it’s too late. The people who lie on the floor don’t need healing magic anymore. They need resurrection magic. Alina looks at the bloody mess. Her psychological shadow appears. She actually doesn’t wish to see others dying in front of her.
Jade notes that Alina isn’t well. He tells her not to look at it. He walks forward and he checks the wound. It seems that it was done by the demon with super attack. But it’s not right if you look at it clearly. It was made by humans.
The people find the survivor. He’s Rufus who the members of Silver Sword know. Alina pulls up the hood after she saw the outsider. Jade asks Rufus what happened. Rufus claims that there was a humanoid devil attacking them suddenly. The devil even could use skills. The smell of the blood draws a new devil. Alina takes out her big hammer and she kills the monster. But Rufus thinks Alina is a monster. He believes that she and the humanoid devil are partners. Because they could summon weapon and use white color magic formation. The people have to go back to report.
Glen Garia feels sorry after he heard what happened to Rufus’s teammates. They’re the team that is under Silver Sword. Glen Garia minds Rufus’s information. It seems that the humanoid devil could use divine realm skills as well. It’s too dangerous. Glen Garia wants to give an order to stop the raid of the dungeon. But the seriously injured Rufus breaks into the room. He wants to replace the executioner and take the last seat of Silver Sword. So he can go to the dungeon again.
He threatens to spread the rumor that the executioner is actually a monster. Jade sees the diversity of species. Rufus is a rookie but he likes to bark. The bad guy Rufus’s goal is very simple. He does it for getting the divine realm skills.
He ran into the man in black who provoked Slay to bring trouble that night. The person told him the information. Although Jade is helpless, he has to compromise and he conceals it from Alina for saving her reputation. He just tells her that he doesn’t need her help anymore. They will go to the dungeon with Rufus. Alina suspects it. But she agrees to it after knowing she doesn’t need to fight monsters and the guild master will keep the promise.
Alina decides to leave the deluxe dormitory. Jade praises her clothes. She’s shy to ask him to leave. She worries about it when he’s going to leave. She wonders if he can defeat the humanoid devil without her help. He knows it will be very dangerous. But he needs to go to the dungeon since his superior asked him to do that. It’s Silver Sword.
He turns around and he promises her that they will return safely. But she worries about it more when he’s serious. The death shouldn’t be mentioned before the battle. But Jade just smiles. He tells Alina that she can continue to use the room before her home is fixed. The way he turns his back makes her mistake him for the faraway person.
I believe that there will be many people who are curious why Alina insists on being the guild receptionist since she owns the divine realm skills. The truth is revealed slowly at this time. The little Alina was close to an adventurer uncle Shroud. She made a decision to be an invincible adventurer in the future because she worshiped him. Shroud suggested she doesn’t do the dangerous job. He thought she will be a pretty girl. The stable job guild receptionist is suitable for her. But she was firm to claim that she doesn’t need it. She insisted on being the strongest adventurer for protecting him. They promised to go to the dungeon after she grows up. But he broke the promise in the end. He left a cold dead body and a deep shadow to her. Her life was changed since then.
Alina wakes up from the familiar nightmare. She feels uneasy. She has to hold the pendant she doesn’t return. She wishes her partners to come back safely. Jade is tired before he fights the enemy. He has to use detection skill for avoiding to be set up.
