This is the recap for Netflix K-Drama Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha: Episode 3. Du-Sik brings a pack to Hye-Jin. She remembers he hugged her when she tripped on the beach. He leaves after she accepted the pack. Hye-Jin wears a red dress and takes a look at herself from the mirror.
Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha: Episode 3 Recap

Mi-Seon thinks Hye-Jin looks pretty after she wore the dress. But Hye-Jin’s not satisfied with the dress because she needs to fight with her friends at the wedding. So the dress has to be the best one. Du-Sik complains to Hye-Jin that she got him to deliver so many dresses. She tells him that the missing is ended. Because it was the last one he delivered.
Hye-Jin applies the red lipstick to her lips. Mi-Seon is stunned by Hye-Jin’s new looks. She tells her that she will be successful. Hye-Jin takes a look at her old shoe. She tells the shoe that her partner is still in the sea. She opens the door.
Hye-Jin is surprised to see Du-Sik. He tells her that he wants her to give the three old women the ride. She wants to reject it. But he forces her to accept the task. Mat-Yi shares her potato cakes with the passengers in the car. Gam-Ri’s teeth is hurt after she ate the potato cakes. Sook-Ja and Mat-Yi persuade Gam-Ri to visit Hye-Jin’s clinic for the treatment.
Hye-Jin brakes when the red car almost hits her car. The three old ladies don’t feel well. Du-Sik thinks Hye-Jin isn’t a good driver. Hye-Jin drives her car to reach the red car. She tells the driver not to drive so fast next time. But he thinks she shouldn’t blame her because he didn’t hurt her car.
Mat-Yi cannot stand. She has a fight with the driver. The three old ladies keep asking for going to the restroom when Hye-Jin is driving. She has to park her car and let them go to the restroom. She goes to the gathering after she dropped Du-Sik and the three old ladies.
Hye-Jin doesn’t have a good talk with her friends after she met up with them. Because they think she doesn’t run her business well. Hye-Jin goes out of the hotel and sees the mom crying when she is going to marry her daughter off.
Du-Sik shows up. Hye-Jin panics to take him away because she worries that her friends will spot him. Eun-Cheol looks for Du-Sik. Hwa-Jung tells Eun-Cheol that Du-Sik went to Seoul. Mi-Seon shows up when she drinks milk. She is surprised that Eun-Cheol is a cop. She mentions he was nervous when he visited her.
Du-Sik returns home. He remembers Hye-Jin adjusted the chair to make him sleep well when he was in the car with her. He smiles. He wakes up from the nightmare. He doesn’t feel well so that he takes the medicine.
Du-Sik teaches Chun-Jae how to make coffee in the right way at the cafe. Hye-Jin shows up and wants to drink a cup of coffee. Du-Sik gets Chun-Jae to make coffee for Hye-Jin because he needs leave. Yeong-Guk eats the chocolate on the table. He feels so good. Hwa-Jung and Du-Sik show up when they take the trash. The two try to hand over the trash to Yeong-Guk. Yeong-Guk stops them and promises to resolve the problem.
Mi-Seon asks Hye-Jin to pick the lipstick for her. Hye-Jin does it and finds out that her friend has feelings for Eun-Cheol when he visits the clinic. Mi-Seon does the treatment for Eun-Cheol. He wonders why she knew his intent when he didn’t say anything.
Gam-Ri runs into Du-Sik at the market. She takes him home with her scooter. Her teeth is hurt again when she eats. Hye-Jin walks Mi-Seon and asks her if she likes Eun-Cheol. She admits it and reveals the guy is younger than her. Hye-Jin realizes that Mi-Seon checked the document of patients. She reminds her that it broke the rules.
Hye-Jin runs into Bo-Ra who’s excited to see her. She takes the kid home and allows him to take a look at the hedgehog. Bo-Ra asks Hye-Jin to take care of his pet well after knowing she only let the hedgehog stay in the cage. He reveals it’s Yi-Joon’s birthday.
Hwa-Jung and Yeong-Guk take birthday for Yi-Joon. They give their son the gifts. The two parents have a fight when they talk about how to educate the kid. Yi-Joon reminds the two that they don’t have to take the birthday for him because they’re not husband and wife anymore. But the two still want to take the duty because he’s their son.
Du-Sik carries Gam-Ri to see Hye-Jin when the old lady keeps hitting his head. Hye-Jin wants to take the treatment for Gam-Ri after seeing her teeth. But Gam-Ri rejects the treatment because she thinks it’s very expensive.
