Is Song Yan Match for Xu Qin?

Master Meng points out that Mr. Dong is a good person. He asks Meng Yanchen if he doesn’t wish Xu Qin to get married. Meng Yanchen admits it. He thinks he can support Xu Qin. Master Meng thinks his son talked nonsense. He cannot understand him.
Fireworks of My Heart episode 27 reveals Meng Yanchen takes a look at his family photo. Master Meng blames Meng Yanchen for not liking Gu Xiaoman when he wipes the family photo. Meng Yanchen tells Master Meng that he’s very busy. Master Meng tells Meng Yanchen that Xu Qin is busy as well. He mentions Xu Qin told him that she’s busy when he calls her.
Meng Yanchen is surprised that Xu Qin didn’t come home last weekend in Fireworks of My Heart. Xu Qin goes to see Song Yan. She’s surprised to see Meng Yanchen. She hides behind Song Yan. Song Yan lets Xu Qin leave first. He tries to leave. Meng Yanchen stops Song Yan. He thinks Song Yan cannot get together with Xu Qin.
Meng Yanchen tells Song Yan that he and Xu Qin won’t have a result if his parents don’t agree to it. He thinks Xu Qin has avoided it because she didn’t go home. Song Yan tells Meng Yanchen not to care for his business. He thinks he can keep Xu Qin.
Fireworks of My Heart reveals Meng Yanchen asks Song Yan if he’s relieved that Xu Qin gave up everything for him. He asks him if he thinks he’s match for Xu Qin. He thinks he would be outstanding if he had a pride after he got dumped. He asks him what he owns.
Song Yan thinks Meng Yanchen knows nothing about Xu Qin. He reveals Xu Qin asked him to take her to the bar because she wanted to be freedom. Song Yan reminds Meng Yanchen that Xu Qin is a weak girl. He mentions Xu Qin treats them as her families. He asks him what they treat her.
Song Yan thinks Meng family just treats Xu Qin as a piece. Meng Yanchen promises not to use Xu Qin. But Song Yan points out that Meng Yanchen cannot protect himself. Meng Yanchen thinks his parents are not bad people. He thinks the rules overpower him and Xu Qin.
But Meng Yanchen points out that his parents treat Xu Qin as their real daughter in Fireworks of My Heart. Song Yan tells Meng Yanchen to leave. He asks him and his families not to give Xu Qin a hard time. He reveals Xu Qin needs sleeping pills to sleep because Xu Qin suffers from insomnia.
Song Yan looks at the building. He thinks Xu Qin will jump off the building if she has her previous condition. He thinks Meng families aren’t qualified to judge him. Song Yan returns home. Xu Qin asks him if he had a fight with Meng Yanchen.
Are Meng Yanchen and Xu Qin the Caterpillars?
Song Yan tells Xu Qin to go downstairs. But she closes the door and strokes his ear. Xiao Yixiao walks into the room when Meng Yanchen is drinking. He asks him what happened. Meng Yanchen denies it. But Xiao Yixiao doesn’t believe it.
Fireworks of My Heart reveals Xiao Yixiao thinks the wine isn’t used to relieve melancholy. He wonders who made Meng Yanchen to drink it. Meng Yanchen tells Xiao Yixiao that it’s not related to others. He claims that he just wants to drink. Xiao Yixiao thinks Meng Yanchen shouldn’t torture himself.
Meng Yanchen tells Xiao Yixiao that there’s two caterpillars living in the dark cave. The caterpillars cannot escape because they’re just caterpillars. But one of the caterpillars is going to be a butterfly. The rest caterpillar still stays in the cave.
Xiao Yixiao thinks the rest caterpillar will be a butterfly as well. But Meng Yanchen worries that he cannot find the previous caterpillar. Xiao Yixiao reminds Meng Yanchen that Xu Qin will face the pressure more than him. He thinks Xu Qin and Song Yan are braver than Meng Yanchen.
Xiao Yixiao tells Meng Yanchen not to stay in the dark. Meng Yanchen tears up. Xu Qin is surprised that Meng Yanchen did it. She looks at Song Yan when he hugs her. He tells her that she knows she had a hard time in the family.
Xu Qin denies it. She thinks her parents did nothing wrong. She reveals the one who watched her was Madam Meng when she was sick. She adds that Madam Meng fought it back for her when she was bullied. She thinks she and Meng Yanchen are the caterpillars who fill themselves into the cocoons.
Xu Qin thinks Meng Yanchen thought he got given up. So he wasn’t easy. Song Yan strokes Xu Qin’s hair. He tells her that he’s her safety zone from now on. She smiles when she leans on him. Ye Zi brings the hot water to Meng Yanchen. He asks her for the wine.
Why Ye Zi Takes the Drunk Meng Yanchen Home?
Ye Zi tells Meng Yanchen that the previous wine belongs to Xiao Yixiao. He orders a bottle of wine. Ye Zi tries to leave with the wine. Xiao Yixiao stops her. She tells him that she’s going to give the wine to Meng Yanchen because Meng Yanchen has paid the bill.

Xiao Yixiao asks Ye Xi if she will take the duty when Meng Yanchen is drunk. She agrees to it. He’s surprised that she’s interested in the part-time job since she went to be a celebrity. She talks back that it’s good that she works hard.
Xiao Yixiao tells Ye Zi not to think about the unrealistic things. He thinks she’s not like Xu Qin. He tells her that she’s fired. Xiao Yixiao pours Meng Yanchen some water. He tells him that it’s the best wine. But Meng Yanchen tells Xiao Yixiao that he’s not silly.
Xiao Yixiao mentions Master Meng wishes Meng Yanchen to come home. He tells Meng Yanchen that he’s going to report it to Master Meng if he sees him drinking when he comes back. Meng Yanchen throws the car key to Ye Zi. She gets in his car and tells him to tie the belt.
Meng Yanchen thinks Ye Zi doesn’t do driver job anymore. She tells him that she wants to earn more money. She learns that he’s not drunk. She thinks he’s a self-disciplined person. She closes the window because she thinks he shouldn’t get blown by the cold wind.
Meng Yanchen gets off his car. He goes to vomit. Ye Zi hands over the tissue to him. She tells him to wipe it with her tissue. He wipes his mouth. She thinks he’s sad because of something. But he denies it. She knows he told a lie to her.
Meng Yanchen tells Ye Zi that he’s just not happy. She wants to make him happy. He tells her that he won’t be happy anymore. He tears up. Meng Yanchen wakes up. He finds out that he slept in someone’s room last night. He walks out of the room when Ye Zi returns home.
Meng Yanchen wonders why he’s in Ye Zi’s house. She reminds him that he was drunk. He thinks she should drive him to his home. She asks him if he thinks she has an evil intention on him. She explains to him that he didn’t want to go home.
Meng Yanchen apologizes to Ye Zi because he forgets it. But she knows he thinks she told a lie to him. He wants to leave. But she stops him because she bought him the breakfast. She thinks he didn’t respect her. He asks her if she slept in the dormitory.
Ye Zi admits it. She hands over the toothpaste and toothbrush she bought Meng Yanchen to him. He goes to the bathroom to brush his teeth. He sees her underwear. He walks out of the bathroom. He asks her if she rented the house alone.
Ye Zi tells Meng Yanchen that she rented the house with her classmate. She adds that her classmate didn’t come back because she needed to take class. She tells Meng Yanchen that she wants to be a celebrity because she doesn’t want to be broke. Ye Zi thinks she cannot pursue the dream because she needs money.
Episode 27 of Fireworks of My Heart ends with Chen Dongdong thinking Da Peng is a nice guy. But Li Nan disagrees to it because she’s older than Da Peng. Chen Dongdong persuades Li Nan that Da Peng is sunny. But Li Nan thinks Da Peng is too childish.
Does Xu Qin Tell Her Parents that Song Yan Is Her Boyfriend?
Song Yan calls Xu Qin. He tells her that he wants to take her home. But she rejects it because she thinks she can drive home alone. She worries that Madam Meng will ask her about it if she doesn’t drive the car home. Song Yan tells Xu Qin that he misses her. She hangs up.
Zhai Miao shows up. She mentions Song Yan told Xu Qin that he misses her. He lets her come to him. He embraces her and messes up her hair. He asks her if she completes her essay. She asks him to take a look at the photos. She wants to know which photo is very beautiful.
Song Yan takes a look at Ye Zi’s photos. He thinks the photos are same. Zhai Miao thinks Xu Qin would be mad if Song Yan answered so to Xu Qin. But Song Yan tells Zhai Miao that Xu Qin didn’t ask him the question. Zhai Miao doesn’t believe it because she thinks there was no girlfriend who wouldn’t send her photos to her boyfriend.
Zhai Miao thinks Xu Qin treats Song Yan as an outsider. Song Yan tells Zhai Miao to leave his room. He asks her if her parents know what she did. She explains to him that she wants to tell it to them after she’s rich. But he thinks it’s not easy.
Song Yan asks Zhai Miao what she will do if Ye Zi gives up her. Zhai Miao doesn’t believe that Ye Zi will do so because they’re classmates. But she thinks she should sign a contract with Ye Zi. She brags to Song Yan that she can earn 10,000 a month. He intends to tell it to her mother.
Fireworks of My Heart episode 28 reveals Zhai Miao covers Song Yan’s mouth. She promises to buy Xu Qin a bag. He lets her massage him. Xu Qin returns home. Madam Meng tells Xu Qin to get married. Xu Qin tells Madam Meng that she has a boyfriend. But Madam Meng tells Xu Qin to break up with her boyfriend.
But Xu Qin tells Madam Meng that Song Yan is her boyfriend. Madam Meng tells Xu Qin that she and Master Meng won’t agree to it. Master Meng tells Xu Qin not to get together with Song Yan because something bad happened to Song Yan’s parents.
But Xu Qin thinks Song Yan’s parents’ case isn’t related to Song Yan. She thinks Song Yan is a victim as well. Master Meng worries that Song Yan fooled Xu Qin. Xu Qin denies it. But he mentions Song Yan doesn’t own the things she owns.
Episode 28 of Fireworks of My Heart ends with Xu Qin seeing Song Yan cleaning the floor. She remembers Song Yan promised her that he only cares for her. But he got hit. Xu Qin smiles at Song Yan. She thinks he didn’t tell a lie to her.
