Everyone Loves Me Episode 7 begins with Yue Qianling telling Gu Xun that she has liked him. She asks him if she has a chance. He receives a message from Xiao Mahua. He learns that she’s going to confess. Yue Qianling is close to him. She thinks they can be friends first.
Everyone Loves Me Episode 7 Recap: Gu Xun Wishes to Apologize

Gu Xun tells Yue Qianling that he doesn’t like her. He leaves. She walks out of the building. It’s raining outside. He notes it and he asks Jiang Junnan to give the umbrella to Yue Qianling. Jiang Junnan runs to Yue Qianling. He tries to hand over the umbrella to her when he tells her that it was given by Gu Xun.
She takes a look at Gu Xun. She rejects it and she runs in the rain. She returns to her dormitory. She takes a look at his drawing. She cries after she remembered that he told her that she’s not his type. Xiao Mahua cries after Jiang Junnan threw a grenade for her.
Xiao Cao asks Xiao Mahua what happened. She’s furious to tell him that she fell out of love. He learns that she actually went to confess. Jiang Junnan thinks Xiao Mahua shouldn’t fail because she’s the school beauty. Xiao Cao is very happy.
He comforts Xiao Mahua. He tells the team members that he’s going to buy them meal. Xiao Mahua blames Xiao Cao. She thinks he’s not a human. Luo Tuo wonders who was the one who bullied Xiao Mahua. He plans to go to beat the guy. Xiao Mahua tells the team members to go to Dongning University to kill Gu Xun.
Jiang Junnan receives the order. He’s surprised that the guy was Gu Xun. Xiao Cao asks Xiao Mahua if she played game with Gun God in the morning. She reveals she gave her Game ID to her younger sister. She mentions she was rejected by Gu Xun in front of the teachers and the students.
The team members think the romance is deadly. Gu Xun is shot. Xiao Mahua wonders why he looks that he’s redemption. He reveals he feels hurt because he was shot. But she wishes Gu Xun not to have tissue when he goes to bathroom. Xiao Cao is shot again.
He explains it to Xiao Mahua that there was a misunderstanding. But she wants to break Gu Xun’s suitcase. Xiao Cao dies in the game. Gu Xun lies on the floor. He tells his roommates that he plans to go to confess it to Yue Qianling.
Jiang Junnan confesses it to Xiao Mai with the name of Gu Xun. But Xiao Mai punches Jiang Junnan. Jiang Junnan reminds Gu Xun that it’s the result. But Gu Xun doesn’t want to tell a lie to Yue Qianling. Jiang Junan persuades Gu Xun to be close to Yue Qianling with the identity of Xiao Cao.
Yue Qianling drinks with Yin Xue at the restaurant. She mentions she was close to Gu Xun when he didn’t like her. Yin Xue comforts Yue Qianling that she moved her. She hands over the tissue to her. She tells her not to cry. Yue Qianling thinks she wasn’t gentle enough.
But Yin Xue doesn’t think so. She tells Yue Qianling to be herself. The guy wishes to add Yue Qianling’s WeChat. But she tells him not to date her. She reminds him that his career won’t give up him. She adds his WeChat and she asks him about the first step of Success Studies. He thinks it’s real. She agrees to what he said. She drinks with him and she grabs his hair when she thinks Gu Xun isn’t real. But she finds out that the guy wears a wig.
Yue Qianling sees the roommate off. The roommate tells Yue Qianling not to think about the bad guy. Yue Qianling thinks it was a judgment of her because she told a lie to the girl. Yin Xue asks Yue Qianling to tell it to them if she needs their help.
Yue Qianling claims that she’s not weak. She tells her roommates to come to her house after she rents a house. She gives them a hug. Yin Xue leaves with the roommate. Huang Jie arrives at the company. She finds out that Yue Qianling doesn’t wear any makeup.
Yue Qianling claims that she’s very busy. But Huang Jie points out that there’s not a lot of work in their department. Yue Qianling asks Huang Jie to fix the article. Huang Jie agrees to it. But she realizes that Yue Qianling isn’t her boss.
Yue Qianling asks Huang Jie to be the presidents with her within three years. But Huang Jie prefers to have some loves if she has the time. She tries to show her online boyfriend to Yue Qianling. But Yue Qianling refuses to see Huang Jie’s new boyfriend.
Gu Xun and Jiang Junnan are in the elevator. Jiang Junnan thinks their meeting will be tough. Yue Qianling gets in the elevator. She’s cold to Gu Xun. She gets off the elevator. He goes to chase her. She walks into the finance office.
She asks the treasurer to stamp her paper. But the treasurer doesn’t want to do that. She’s happy when she sees Gu Xun. He reveals he came to take his purchase order. She tries to give the purchase order to him. But Yue Qianling reminds the treasurer that she came first.
The treasurer has to stamp Yue Qianling’s paper. Yue Qianling leaves the finance office. Gu Xun stops her. He wishes to talk to her about yesterday. She claims that they can only talk about work because he has rejected her. She tells him to use Ding Ding to contact her.
Gu Xun gets a call from Jiang Junnan. Jiang Junan reminds Gu Xun that he has a meeting. He adds that Stella is waiting for him. Jiang Yishi tells Stella about his plan in the meeting. She praises him and she wishes to know the plan of Hero Path.
Gu Xun promises to make the demo of Hero Path within one year. Stella leaves after she got a call from someone. Jiang Yishi complains to Gu Xun that he used his money to make Hero Path. But Gu Xun points out that Jiang Yishi created Love Manager because the profit of the previous game was ordinary. He thinks he cannot reach their result forever.
Jiang Yishi scolds the employees in the meeting room. Huang Jie wonders why Jiang Yishi made everyone nervous. The main art designer walks out of the meeting room. He tells his team to focus on the new project Love Manager. But he needs someone to stick to the previous project.
Yue Qianling volunteers to do the project. Yin Jun thanks her but he asks her to catch the chance. Huang Jie tells Yue Qianling to make an excuse to reject the task. But Yue Qianling is confident. Gu Xun waits for Yue Qianling in the cafeteria.
He walks to her when she’s eating with Huang Jie. He reveals he didn’t get any dish. Huang Jie invites him to have a seat because they have many dishes. Yue Qianling tries to leave. But Huang Jie stops her. She thinks it will be embarrassed if Yue Qianling leaves.
Huang Jie interviews Gu Xun. She asks him if he has a girlfriend. He denies it and he reveals he was very busy. It makes her believe that there were many girls confess their feelings to him. He admits it when he looks at Yue Qianling.
She gets angry because she thinks she doesn’t deserve to confess her feelings to him. He tastes the spicy food. He coughs. She notes that he cannot eat spicy food. She intends to ask him to eat the spicy blood. He eats the spicy blood. He coughs more.
He asks Huang Jie to help him get some water. She goes to take pickled plum soup. Gu Xun tries to explain about yesterday to Yue Qianling. But Su Zheng shows up. Yue Qianling tells Gu Xun to leave because she needs to talk about the project with Su Zheng.
Gu Xun walks out of the cafeteria. He saw the real side of Yue Qianling in the end. Yue Qianling gets a call from the dormitory manager. The lady asks Yue Qianling to move out. Yue Qianling returns to her office. She complains to her online friends that Gu Xun just ate her dish.
Yue Qianling goes to see the house. The landlady tells Yue Qianling that the man will accept her confession if she rents her house. But Yue Qianling tells the landlady that she has cured her illness. Gu Xun sneezes. Yue Qianling gets in the elevator with the landlady. Gu Xun comes out to throw trash.
Wang Hai drinks with his friends at the bar. He brags the stuff of the 9th Business Department to his friends. Marple provokes Wang Hai to show the design to him. He catches the chance to take the photo. Yue Qianling and Huang Jie wait for Huang Jie’s online friend Tony.
They find out that Tony used a fake photo to trick Huang Jie. Yue Qianling blames Tony for concealing it. She tells the guy to get lost. Gu Xun hears what Yue Qianling said. Yue Qianling and Huang Jie return to company. But Huang Jie forgot to take her bag. So she leaves.
Episode 7 of Everyone Loves Me ends with Gu Xun and Yue Qianling getting in the elevator. Yue Qianling tells Gu Xun that she knows he wants to apologize. She tells him that he doesn’t have to apologize to her. But he confesses to her that he’s Xiao Cao.
