This is the recap for Eternal Love of Dream: Episode 21. The prince fights with Song Xuanren in the hidden room. Xiao Jiu guards Song Xuanren. The prince stabs Xiao Jiu with the blade. Song Xuanren kicks the prince away. Xiao Jiu reveals the blade the prince holds is demon blade.
Xiao Jiu Feels Sad for Qing Ti
The prince asks the bodyguards to kill Xiao Jiu and Song Xuanren. Qing Ti arrives at the Imperial Tomb. He fights with the guard. The guard is hurt. He flees. The prince tries to grab the gem in the room. Qing Ti hurts his hand. Qing Ti defeats the prince. But his leg is hurt.
He guards Xiao Jiu and Song Xuanren to flee. But the prince stabs him from his back when he protects Xiao Jiu. Qing Ti pushes Xiao Jiu out of the room. He closes the gate. Xiao Jiu cries when he’s killed in front of her. Song Xuanren takes her away.
He carries her out of the Imperial Tomb. The Imperial Tomb collapses. Xiao Jiu passes out in Song Xuanren’s arms. The bodyguard reports to the Devil King that Dong Hua is the king of Chengyu Kingdom. Devil King returns to Chongan Kingdom with the bodyguard.
Song Xuanren takes Xiao Jiu to his palace. The doctor sees Xiao Jiu. He reports to Song Xuanren that Xiao Jiu’s injury cannot recover. He’s not sure when Xiao Jiu is going to wake up. Song Xuanren lets the doctor leave. Song Xuanren wishes him and Xiao Jiu to forget it.
He goes to see his mother and he lets the maids leave. He comforts Empress Dowager that he will bury his older brother. But she rejects it. Because she thinks the prince Song Xuanying doesn’t deserve it. She cries to ask Song Xuanren to hang in there for the nation.
She persuades him not to hate Qing Ti because Qing Ti paid it with his life. She decides not to care for it even if he lets Xiao Jiu be empress. She tells him to endure it. Xiao Jiu goes to the cloud to look for Ye Qingti. But he disappears.
Xiao Jiu wakes up from her dream. She wonders where Qing Ti went. She sees the bracelet she wears. She remembers Qing Ti gave her the bracelet. She cries when she thinks about Qing Ti losing his life for her obsession. She decides to mourn him for three years.
The maid walks into the room. She finds out that Xiao Jiu woke up. She lets other two maids go to report it to the king. But she sees the white cloth Xiao Jiu wears. Xiao Jiu decides to go out to take a walk. The maid Mu Yun puts the clothes on her. She volunteers to accompany her.
But Xiao Jiu wishes to stay alone. She leaves her room and she walks in the hallway. She goes to the pavilion. Cheng Yu shows up. She puts her hand on Xiao Jiu’s shoulder for comforting her. Xiao Jiu cries to reveal that Ye Qingti is dead. She doesn’t expect that Ye Qingti would die for her.
But Cheng Yu thinks it was Ye Qingti’s fate to die for Xiao Jiu. Xiao Jiu wonders how she will repay Qing Ti. Cheng Yu believes that Xiao Jiu will see Qing Ti again. She tells her to take care of herself well. She gives the medicine to her. She reveals the medicine can heal the injury of the demon blade.
Cheng Yu leaves. Song Xuanren comes to the pavilion. He lets the eunuch not follow him. He persuades Xiao Jiu to leave with him. She rejects it because she wishes to enjoy moon there. He accompanies her and he asks her to be his empress. He promises to let her do anything she wants to do.

Mu Yun reports to Song Xuanren that Xiao Jiu is missing. Xiao Jiu rides the horse in the woods. The general reports to Song Xuanren that Xiao Jiu went to the west. Song Xuanren lets the general prepare the horse. Xiao Jiu is on the mountain top. She feels guilty. Song Xuanren finds her. He asks her to come to him. She mentions he wished to know who she loves.
