What Happens In Destined Episodes 1?

Chen Xu worries that Teacher Zhou is going to report him because he and Gu Jiusi skipped the class. Gu Jiusi blames Teacher Zhou for mentioning Ye Shian. He thinks nobody likes Ye Shian except Ye Shian’s parents. Yang Wenchang disagrees to what Gu Jiusi said. He thinks every woman wishes to marry Ye Shian.
Liu Yuru is painting. The maid thinks Liu Yuru’s painting is very beautiful. But Liu Yuru thinks Ye Shian’s painting is better than her painting. The maid hands over the warmer to Liu Yuru. She tells her to warm her hands. Liu Yuru mentions the snow doesn’t stop.
The maid worries that Ye Shian won’t come back. Liu Yuru believes that Ye Shian will come back once the snow stops. She decides to continue to wait for Ye Shian since she has waited for him for six years. Another maid brings the bad news to Liu Yuru that elder madam is sick.
The maid explains to Liu Yuru that Elder Madam’s medicine is run out. Liu Yuru tells the maid to buy the medicine. But the maid tells Liu Yuru that Elder Madam cannot afford to buy the medicine. Liu Yuru tells Yin Hong to take out her money.
But Yin Hong points out that Liu Yuru doesn’t have enough money as well. Liu Yuru decides to pawn the white fox fur which Aunt Yue borrowed. But the maid cries to tell Liu Yuru that Aunt Yue sold the fox fur to Gu Jiusi. Liu Yuru thinks she shouldn’t stop her mother’s medicine. She tells Yin Rong to go to look for Gu Jiusi.
Liu Yuru takes care of her mother. Madam Liu coughs. Yin Rong reports to Liu Yuru that Gu Jiusi went to Lanxiao Club. She reminds her that her reputation will be ruined if she went to the place. Liu Yuru thinks she doesn’t have other ways. She decides to disguise herself.
Liu Yuru and Yin Rong arrive at Lanxiao Club. The guard blocks them. Gu Jiusi walks out of the club with his friends. Yin Rong recognizes Gu Jiusi. She runs to him and tells him that her master wishes to see him. Yang Wenchang recognizes Yin Rong because she went to Ye family many times.
Yin Rong tells Gu Jiusi that his fox fur belongs to her master. Gu Jiusi wonders why Yin Rong’s master didn’t get into the club to talk about the case with him since it’s cold outside. Yin Rong explains to Gu Jiusi that her master is inconvenient to come to the place.
Does Gu Jiusi Return the Fox Fur to Liu Yuru?
Gu Jiusi mistakes Liu Yuru as Ye Shian. He’s furious to walk. Liu Yuru stops Gu Jiusi. He lifts her veil and sees her face. He explains to her that he didn’t know she’s a girl. She asks him to return the fox fur to her because the fox fur is very important to her.
Liu Yuru tells Gu Jiusi that she can sign the contract even if she cannot take out the money. He wonders why the fox fur belongs to her since the fox fur is men’s style. He realizes that she made it for Ye Shian. He points out that Liu Yuru has feelings for Ye Shian.
Liu Yuru tells Gu Jiusi not to talk nonsense when the people walk to her. Gu Jiusi points out that Liu Yuru wouldn’t be nervous if he talked nonsense. She blames him for bullying her. He explains to her that he wishes to know why she has feelings for Ye Shian.
Gu Jiusi tells Liu Yuru that he will give ten fox furs to her if she answers his question. She asks him to forgive her. He tells her that he gave her fox fur to someone else. He tries to hand over the gold bar to her. He tells her to buy a fox fur with the gold bar.
Liu Yuru learns that Gu Jiusi wishes to know why Ye Shian is better than him. She tells Gu Jiusi that he’s a bad guy. She tells him that nobody is going to marry his daughter to him because he’s a bad lucky star. She’s furious to leave with Yin Rong.
Gu Jiusi complains to Yang Wenchang that he became a bad lucky star since he gave the gold bar to Liu Yuru. Yang Wenchang tells Gu Jiusi to let it go because Liu Yuru lives worse than a concubine’s daughter because Liu Yuru’s father favors the concubine.
Gu Jiusi saw the beggar feeling cold on the street. He put the fox fur on his body. He gave the gold bar to him. Gu Jiusi tells Yang Wenchang to return the fox fur to Liu Yuru. Yang Wenchang is surprised that Gu Jiusi plans to help Liu Yuru since she bullied Gu Jiusi.
Gu Jiusi mentions what Yang Wenchang told him that Liu Yuru isn’t easy. Yin Rong asks Liu Yuru about Madam Liu’s medicine since the fox fur is lost. Liu Yuru decides to borrow some money from Ye Yun. Liu Yuru tells Madam Liu to take the medicine.
What Birthday Present Liu Yuru Gives to Old Madam Ye?
But Madam Liu rejects it. She tells Liu Yuru not to attend the birthday tea party of Old Madam Ye. She tells her that she wishes her to have a good future. She mentions she has seen what she did for Ye Shian. But she points out that there’re many rich girls wishing to marry Ye Shian.
Su Wan thinks Old Madam Ye has the candidate of her granddaughter-in-law. She tells Liu Yuru that it will be useless to go to the birthday party. She tells her that she worries that she will suffer. But Liu Yuru asks Su Wan to let her go to the party because she thinks it will be her last time to go to Ye family.
Liu Yuru goes to see her aunt Zhang Yueer. Zhang Yueer tells Liu Yuru not to go to the tea party of Ye family. Because she worries that there’s nobody to take care of her younger brother. Liu Xuan shows up. He wonders why Liu Yuru doesn’t leave.
Zhang Yueer tells Liu Xuan that she thinks Liu Yuru is suitable for watching home. But Liu Yuru points out that Ye family invited her. But Liu Xuan tells Liu Yuru to listen to her aunt. Liu Yuru volunteers to help her two younger sisters.
Liu Xuan agrees to what Liu Yuru said. He tells her to go to Ye family with her two younger sisters. Gu Jiusi is in the carriage with his two friends. He learns that they’re on the way to Ye family. He rejects it because he doesn’t like Ye Shian at all. Yang Wenchang tells Gu Jiusi that there’s a good thing. He smiles at him.
The maid reports to Old Madam Ye that Liu Yuru gave a painting to her as the birthday present. Old Madam Ye takes a look at the painting. Liu Yuru tells Old Madam Ye what she painted is her. She mentions she heard her coming from a general’s family. So she painted it.
Liu Yuru tells Old Madam Ye that she painted the painting because she was envy of her. Because she took credit for the nation. Old Madam Ye reveals she hasn’t touch swords since she got married. She cries to tell Liu Yuru that she gave the painting to her. She thinks she’s a good girl.
Episodes 1 of Destined ends with Liu Yuru buying rouge. Gu Jiusi walks into the rouge shop. Liu Yuru tells the shop owner to drive Gu Jiusi out. But Gu Jiusi tells the shop owner that he won’t delay her business. He tells her that he’s going to buy all of rouge in her shop.
Why Jiang Rou Proposes A Marriage to Liu Family?
Chen Xu tells Liu Yuru to let Gu Jiusi buy her the rouge she likes. Yin Rong reminds Chen Xu that Liu Yuru is an innocent girl. Liu Yuru thinks her followers offended Gu Jiusi. She tells Gu Jiusi to not to give her a hard time. But he confesses his feelings to her.
Liu Yuru tells Gu Jiusi not to be kidding. But he denies it and tells her that he wishes to marry her. She apologizes to him for the case of Ye family. She asks him to forgive her. Yang Wenchang mentions what Liu Yuru told Gu Jiusi that she will jump into the river to kill herself if Gu Jiusi falls for her. He tells her to jump into the river.
Liu Yuru cries to ask Gu Jiusi if he can only forgive her when she jumps into the river. He tells her to speak out that he’s better than Ye Shian. She has to tell the people the lie. Gu Jiusi hands over the rouge to Liu Yuru. He thinks she has feelings for him if she doesn’t accept the rouge.
Gu Jiusi tells Liu Yuru to give Ye Shian a lesson if she gets a chance to marry Ye Shian. He leaves the rouge shop. Gu Langhua complains to Jiang Rou that their son will travel the world if they force him to marry the girl he doesn’t like.
Jiang Rou agrees to what Gu Jiusi said that he should marry a girl he likes. She thinks they made a mistake to arrange the marriage for Gu Jiusi. Gu Langhua asks Jiang Rou if she plans to let Gu Jiusi be the son-in-law of the king. He thinks it will be a terrible thing.
Jiang Rou worries about it since the envoy of King Liang is going to come. The bodyguard is happy to report to Jiang Rou that Gu Jiusi has feelings for a girl. He mentions what Gu Jiusi said that he only wishes to marry the girl.
Gu Langhua tells the bodyguard to go to look into the girl. He learns that the girl is the elder daughter of Liu family. He thinks Liu Ruyu is lowly. Jiang Rou points out that Gu Jiusi likes the girl. He decides to go to propose a marriage.

Jiang Rou meets with Zhang Yueer. She tells her that she has heard the rumor. Zhang Yueer thinks Liu Yuru offended Jiang Rou’s son. She apologizes to her. But Jiang Rou asks Zhang Yueer to marry Liu Yuru to Gu Jiusi. She gives the wedding gift list to her.
Episodes 2 of Destined ends with Yin Hong telling Liu Yuru that Gu Jiusi thought she’s crazy. Liu Yuru cries to tell Yin Hong that she decides to take the path even if Gu family is a hell. She promises not to make her mother feel shame when she leaves Liu family.
