Does Hae-E Get Kicked Out of the All Care Program?

Yeong-Joo thinks Haeng-Seon shouldn’t drink too much last night. Haeng-Seon agrees to what Yeong-Joo said. Yeong-Joo asks Haeng-Seon if she remembered what happened last night. She mentions she ran to Chi-Yeol and lifted him up. Haeng-Seon stops Yeong-Joo. She tells her that she’s embarrassed to see the star teacher.
Haeng-Seon avoids Chi-Yeol when he shows up at the restaurant. Chi-Yeol asks Yeong-Joo if Haeng-Seon isn’t at the restaurant. She admits it. Haeng-Seon has to appear when she gets a call from someone. Chi-Yeol asks Haeng-Seon if she’s fine. She admits it and pretends not to know what happened.

Chi-Yeol laughs to walk out of Haeng-Seon’s restaurant. Because he thinks she was very funny. He gets a call from Dong-Hui who tells him that the director wishes to meet with him. The teacher throws a fit to the director because the director asks the teacher to replace Chi-Yeol.
Su-Hui gathers the mothers. She tells them that she does it for their children’s sake. Haeng-Seon takes out the side dishes. She asks the mother’s if they want to eat them when they drink wine. The mothers like the side dishes very much.
Su-Hui mentions Seo-Jin is late. Someone rings the doorbell. Haeng-Seon goes to open the door. The mother thinks Haeng-Seon is an easy woman. But Su-Hui tells the mother that Haeng-Seon does it for her business. Seo-Jin shows up.
Su-Hui mentions Seo-Jin is late. She asks her to make a choice between wine and beer. Seo-Jin chooses beer. She pours herself a beer. She drinks up the beer. Dan-Ji breaks into the classroom. She’s happy to tell Hae-E that the teacher accepted the two answers.
Su-A is against it. She goes to see the teacher. She asks her not to let the students who picked get score. But the teacher tells Su-A that they accepted both answers. Seo-Jin provokes Su-Hui. Su-Hui is furious to walk to Seo-Jin. But she slaps Haeng-Seon by mistake.
Haeng-Seon smiles to stop Seo-Jin. She asks her if she doesn’t want to see Su-Hui again. Seo-Jin admits it. She walks away. Haeng-Seon goes back to see Su-Hui. She tells her not to get angry. She reminds her that she’s the leader of the gathering. But Su-Hui tells Haeng-Seon to leave because she needs to go to pick her her kid.
Haeng-Seon complains to Yeong-Joo that the mothers have a fight in the gathering. Hae-E is happy to tell Haeng-Seon that she got level 1 for the math final. Haeng-Seon gives Hae-E a hug. She tells her that it’s nothing when Hae-E notes that Haeng-Seon’s face was hurt.
Hae-E tells Haeng-Seon to thank Chi-Yeol when she eats the kiwi. She thinks she will be the top student. Haeng-Seon laughs. She tells Hae-E not to be greedy. But Hae-E insists on doing so. She tells Haeng-Seon that she wants to show up in TV to take revenge for her mother who gave up her.
Su-Hui comforts Su-A. She tells her not to be upset for not getting level 1. Su-A is furious to get up from the bed. She reveals she didn’t get level 1 because of Hae-E. She tells Su-Hui that she wants to kill herself. Su-Hui hugs Su-A. She tells her not to have the intention. Dae-Geun brings the water to Su-A. But he pushes the water away. Su-Hui gets a call from Young-Min’s mother.
Young-Min’s mother meets with Su-Hui. She reveals Jun-Sang told her that Su-Hui is an important role to make Young-Min get into All Care Program. She asks Su-Hui to help Young-Min. Su-Hui doesn’t want the change the students of their group. But she mentions there’s a student who’s not at the same level as their children.
Haeng-Seon texts Chi-Yeol. She tells him that she prepared a special meal for him because he helped Hae-E get level 1. She asks him to come to her restaurant. Dong-Hui brings the coffee to Chi-Yeol. Chi-Yeol rejects it. He tells Dong-Hui that he wants to be his stomach to be empty.
Su-Hui runs into Seo-Jin at the parking lot. She tells her that she wishes her to agree to replace Hae-E with Young-Min. She adds that she does it for her daughter. But Seo-Jin rejects it because she thinks the idea wasn’t accepted by the academy. But she sees Hae-E getting together with Sun-Jae. She changes her mind. Su-Hui smiles even if she doesn’t know why Seo-Jin agreed to her plan.
Chi-Yeol shows his kick in the class. It makes Hae-E want to ask him questions in the All Care Program. She tells Sun-Jae that she’s a fan of Chi-Yeol. Chi-Yeol thinks about Haeng-Seon’s special meal when he’s driving. He arrives at her restaurant.
Chi-Yeol sees Haeng-Seon running out of her restaurant. He greets her. But she ignores him. He grabs her hand and asks her about her special meal. But she shakes off his hand. She runs away. He gets a call from Dong-Hui who tells him the changing of the All Care Program.
Haeng-Seon throws a fit to Ms. Jung. She blames her for kicking Hae-E out of the All Care Program. Hae-E sees Haeng-Seon. She returns home with her. She tells her that she doesn’t need the All Care Program. She hugs her and returns to her room. She tears up.
Chi-Yeol visits Jun-Sang. He asks him when they had the rule. Jung-Sang claims that he’s a businessman. He tells Chi-Yeol to turn a blind eye to it. Chi-Yeol understands what Jung-Sang did as a businessman. But he tells him that he’s going to quit the All Care Program. Chi-Yeol tells Dong-Hui that he tried to make Jun-Sang change his mind. Dong-Hui smiles. He thinks Chi-Yeol cares for the students.

Episode 4 of Crash Course in Romance K-Drama ends with Chi-Yeol telling Young-Min to respect him. Young-Min is furious to leave the classroom. Dong-Hui walks Chi-Yeol. He mentions other teaches don’t like Young-Min as well. Chi-Yeol thinks Hae-E will study hard if she’s in the All Care Program.
