Bai Xiaosheng thinks he will be upset that the black power doesn’t belong to him. Fu Yin thinks Yan Hui gave Bai Xiaosheng the courage to sneer at him. Bai Xiaosheng tells Fu Yin that he just worried about him. Fu Yin attacks Bai Xiaosheng. He thinks Yan Hui isn’t his opponent.
Bai Xiaosheng teases Fu Yin that he owns the mind the sea that he cannot leave. Fu Yin uses the puppet art on Bai Xiaosheng. Bai Xiaosheng realizes that Fu Yin intends to use his body to leave the jail. Fu Yin mentions what he told Bai Xiaosheng that he’s his shadow. He tells him to go to use Su Ying.
Bai Xiaosheng visits Su Ying. He asks her if she watches her heart since she watched Ling Fei. She’s furious to cast the sword to him. She blames him for hurting her family. He tells her that he prepared a present for her in Blue Hill. She sees Lu Musheng.
But Su Ying thinks Fu Yin has a plan for telling the case to her. But Fu Yin knows Su Ying will go to look into it. Zhu Li shows up with Huan Xiaoyan. He tells Lu Musheng that they came to see his older sister. Zhu Li brings the pastries to Yun Xi. He tells her to eat them.
Huan Xiaoyan introduces herself to Yun Xi. She reveals Zhi Li mentioned their childhood things many times. Zhu Li holds Huan Xiaoyan’s hand. He tells Yun Xi that Huan Xiaoyan is the woman he loves. He reads the new novel for her. Chen Yi joins Lu Musheng. He thinks Lu Musheng took care of Yun Xi well.
Chen Yi asks Lu Musheng if he gets used to the place. Lu Musheng mentions Yun Xi wished to plant grasses and flowers in Blue Hill. He thinks he can take care of it for her. He tells Chen Yi that he doesn’t want to leave the place when he thinks about Yun Xi laughing at the place.
Lu Musheng tells Chen Yi that he wishes to be buried with Yun Xi after he dies. Su Ying shows up. She tells Lu Musheng to leave with her. Su Ying reminds Chen Yi that he will be dead if he uses his power because his mind sea was ruined.
Lu Musheng plans to leave with Su Ying. But Chen Yi stops Lu Musheng. He doesn’t wish him to step in the danger because he loves Yun Xi. Zhu Li volunteers to join Chen Yi. But Chen Yi thinks Blue Hill needs Zhu Li. He sends Zhu Li and Lu Musheng away.
Su Ying hurts Chen Yi. She tells him not to blame her for killing him if he stops her. He sees Xue Lin telling him to protect their child. He pulls the bow. Su Ying reminds Chen Yi that he won’t hurt her even if he runs out his soul.
Chen Yi mentions Su Ying ruined everything for previous lover. He shoots her. She avoids the arrow. He passes away. Zhu Li grabs Lu Musheng’s collar. He yells at him. Lu Musheng promises to deal with Su Ying with his life. Huan Xiaoyan tells the two to hide in her ring. But she’s caught by Su Ying.
Su Ying recognizes Huan Xiaoyan. She thinks heaven helped her encounter Huan Xiaoyan. Zhu Li is furious to rush to Su Ying. But he’s stunned by her. Lu Musheng tells Su Ying to kill him instead of Zhu Li. She tells him not to hurt her with the method to hurt himself. She takes him and Huan Xiaoyan away.
Yan Buhuo cries to take the people to pay their respect to Chen Yi. Xuan Ge tears up. Feng Qianshuo comforts Xuan Ge. Tian Yao reads the newspapers. He finds out that Su Ying caught Lu Musheng and Huan Xiaoyan. He wonders why Su Ying caught Huan Xiaoyan. Yan Hui thinks she has to ask Su Ying about it.
Su Ying tells Lu Musheng that he cannot leave her even if he dies. Because she plans to use Huan Xiaoyan to refine his memories. Lu Musheng tells Su Ying that he doesn’t need her to save him. She thinks he’s not heartless. She mentions she wouldn’t wake up if he didn’t leave the life bracelet. She reminds him that he saved her.
Zhu Li is on the way to see Su Ying. But Tian Yao and Yan Hui block Zhu Li’s way. Zhu Li tells the two that he wants to die with Su Ying because Su Ying killed his father and kidnapped Huan Xiaoyan. Yan Hui stops Zhu Li. She reminds him that it’s very important to save Huan Xiaoyan. Tian Yao tells Zhu Li that he will deal with Su Ying for him.
Tian Yao thinks Zhu Li can save Huan Xiaoyan if they make Su Ying leave Chill Sect. Zhu Li tells Tian Yao and Yan Hui to be careful because Su Ying is a crazy woman. Tian Yao and Yan Hui attack Chill Sect. Su Ying gets Lu Musheng’s memory ball. She thinks she will own Lu Musheng forever.
Tian Yao and Yan Hui defeat the immortals. Tian Yao senses the smell of dragon heart. He sees Su Ying. She opens the formation. He sees the formation again after twenty years. Yan Hui realizes that it’s the formation that Su Ying sealed Tian Yao. Tian Yao tells Yan Hui that he doesn’t fear the formation.
Zhu Li tries to carry Huan Xiaoyan away. Lu Musheng stops Zhu Li. He asks him if Huan Xiaoyan is fine. Zhu Li tells Lu Musheng that Huan Xiaoyan just lost her power. He asks him to leave with him. But Lu Musheng walks away and picks up the sword.
Tian Yao finds out that the dragon heart is under Su Ying’s feet. Yan Hui tells Tian Yao to summon dragon tooth. Yan Hui fights with Su Ying. Su Ying mentions the sins of Yan Hui. She thinks she should be killed. Yan Hui tells Su Ying that she shouldn’t judge her death.
Tian Yao tries to cut Su Ying. But he’s blocked by her sword. She tells him that he cannot kill her like twenty years ago. Lu Musheng stabs Su Ying from her back. He picks up the memory bead. Su Ying asks Lu Musheng if he hates her so much.
Lu Musheng thinks Su Ying cannot manipulate him if he crushes the bead. She tears up and asks him if he forgets that he promised to protect her. He tells her that the previous person is dead. He crushes the memory bead. He wishes not to encounter her.
Su Ying spits blood. She’s surprised that Lu Musheng remembers her. Lu Musheng asks Tian Yao to burn him. Tian Yao does it. Su Ying cries when Lu Musheng disappears in front of her. She tells him that she doesn’t wish him to give up her since she has looked for her for many years.
Su Ying wonders why Lu Musheng did it to her. Yan Hui tells Su Ying that Lu Musheng just doesn’t love her anymore. She asks Tian Yao if he’s going to take revenge. He thinks living is the biggest punishment to Su Ying. Su Ying promises to give dragon heart to Tian Yao because dragon heart is useless to her.
Su Ying gives dragon heart to Tian Yao. Tian Yao tells Yan Hui to leave. Su Ying laughs to tell Tian Yao that he will hurt Yan Hui because he’s a holy dragon. She tells him that she wishes him not to get together with his lover like her.
Episode 37 of Back From the Brink Chinese Drama ends with Su Ying thinking fate won’t be nice to Tian Yao. Tian Yao passes out. Su Ying wishes not to encounter Lu Musheng all her life. She collapses to the snow. She tears up and closes her eyes. She passes away. Fu Yin laughs because he thinks Su Ying got rid of her fate.
Fu Yin mentions what he told Su Ying that she will be his follower. He thinks the world will be the looks he wishes. Tian Yao wakes up. He calls Yan Hui. He tells Zhu Li and Feng Qianshuo that he recovered. Feng Qianshuo thinks Tian Yao finds the complete himself after he got dragon heart.
Tian Yao leaks that Yan Hui disappeared after Su Ying gave dragon heart to him. Feng Qianshuo wonders why Yan Hui turned into black power and disappeared. Tian Yao thinks he was the one who hurt Yan Hui. He believes that the black power will send Yan Hui to a powerful place. He thinks the place is the mind sea of Fu Yin. Yan Hui falls into the sea. She’s in a coma.
