In the 13-14th episodes of Story of Yanxi Palace Chinese Drama 2018 Recap, Wei Yingluo goes to the rockery. Fu Heng catches her. He asks her why she told a lie to Hai Lancha.
Episode 13

Fu Heng thinks Wei Yingluo has an evil plan. He asks her about what she wants to do. She pretends not to understand what he says. He mentions there was a black spot on the dog skin she sent to him. He remembers the dog Xue Qiu was all white.
He believes that she did something. He asks her if she did it for wrong Hai Lancha. She denies it. But he doesn’t trust her. He tries to take her to see Emperor Qianlong when he drags her. Xue Qiu shows up when he barks. Wei Yingluo asks him not to make a voice.
Fu Heng is surprised when he sees the dog. Wei Yingluo reveals she swapped Xue Qiu for protecting him. He lets her go. She apologizes to Xue Qiu when she has fun with him. Fu Heng asks Wei Yingluo to give Xue Qiu to him. He reminds her that she cheated Emperor Qianlong if the dog is found out.
But she disagrees to kill Xue Qiu. Fu Heng denies it. He promises to take Xue Qiu out of the palace. She asks him to find a master who cares for Xue Qiu. He agrees to it. She thinks he’s a good person. She’s excited to tell Xue Qiu that Fu Heng is going to take him out of the palace.
She finds out that her wrist was hurt by Fu Heng when he grabbed her. She blames Fu Heng. He apologizes to her. He reveals he believes that she didn’t intend to do that. She asks him to blow her hand so that her hand doesn’t hurt. But he rejects it because she’s close to him.
Wei Yingluo makes a pair of knee pads. She puts the knee pads on the madam’s knees. She mentions she saw the eunuchs wearing it. But she didn’t find good leather material. She promises to change it for the madam once she gets the good one.
The madam wonders why Wei Yingluo chose a flawed skin since Xue Qiu is all white. Wei Yingluo reveals she did it because Luo Lun and Fu Heng are good friends. She adds that Fu Heng would find out that she saved Xue Qiu because the bodyguard is very smart.
The madam wonders why Wei Yingluo let Fu Heng find it out. Wei Yingluo reveals she did it for making Fu Heng think that she’s kind so that he wouldn’t suspect her. She mentions she’s a bad girl. She thinks she will do many bad things for taking revenge for her older sister.
She asks the madam not to persuade her because she won’t change. But the madam mentions Wei Yingluo went to save Lady Yu. She asks Wei Yingluo why she saved her food for Xue Qiu if she’s a bad girl. Wei Yingluo reveals she felt guilty after she used a dog. The madam persuades Wei Yingluo to be bad totally. She reminds her that she will cause a big disaster if she has mercy.
We go to Chuxiu Palace. Consort Gao throws a fit to the maid after she drank the tea. The maid reveals the tea is Longjing Tea which was sent by Household Department. Consort Gao claims that she likes to drink Yunwu Tea. She blames the Tea House.
The maid explains that the tea roots were damaged by the heavy rain. She thinks the Tea House doesn’t have Yunwu Tea. But Consort Gao doesn’t believe it. She asks the maid to go to go to look for Tea House Head. The lady shows up. Consort Gao blames the lady for getting her involved.
The lady gets on knees to Consort Gao. She apologizes to her for making the mistake. She thinks she underestimated the girl. She asks her for her mercy. The maid comes back. Consort Gao gets angry because the maid didn’t go to the Tea House. She wonders if she cannot order her.
The maid explains it to Consort Gao that she ran into the eunuch of Prince Yi when she was going to go out. She walks to her and she whispers in her ear. Consort Gao smiles. She asks the maid to go to tell Prince Yi to do it according to the law. The maid leaves. Consort Gao tells the lady that she can forgive her. She mentions she doesn’t like the flea in Changchun Palace. The maid promises to make up her sin as long as Consort Gao forgives her one time.
We go to Consort Xian’s room. Consort Xian worries Chang Shou who’s sick in the prison. The maid mentions they have sent the silver to the prince. She believes that the madam will try her best to help the doctor get into the prison.
Consort Xuan admits that Chang Shou was a bad guy. But she points out that he’s her younger brother. She mentions he had protected her and respected her. She adds that he cried after knowing she was going to marry Prince Bao. He wanted to follow her. But he was beaten by their father.
She tears up. She thinks Chang Shou would blame her for not asking for mercy for him. The maid comforts Consort Xian that Chang Shou wouldn’t blame her because he knows her heart. Consort Xian wishes Chang Shou to recover soon. But Emperor Qianlong asks Consort Xian if she wishes her brother to ruin his nation when he shows up.
She greets him. But he ignores her. She asks him for his mercy for not welcoming him. But he asks her to answer his question. She thinks Chang Shou made the mistake because he’s too young. But she knows the law so that she won’t ask for mercy for Chang Shou. She just worries that Chang Shou will suffer in the prison. She thinks Emperor Qianlong shouldn’t scold her.
He points out that her father wasn’t stupid. But she thinks her father just didn’t teach his son well. He reveals Prince Yi reported to him that her father Naerbu gave silver to him. She doesn’t believe it. She thinks her father wouldn’t give silver to Prince Yi.
He reveals he asked Prince Yi to take part in the trial. He adds that Naerbu asked Prince Yi to give Chang Shou a light punishment. She doesn’t believe that her father had the money to bribe because her father was integrity. Emperor Qianlong tells Consort Xian that the money Naerbu sent was the silver Empress Fucha gave her at the litchi banquet.
She doesn’t believe it because she sent the money for inviting a doctor for Chang Shou. She claims that she trusts her father. She persuades Emperor Qianlong to suspect Prince Yi. She mentions Prince Yi was close to Consort Gao’s father. She thinks someone told Prince Yi to wrong her father.
Emperor Qianlong scolds Consort Xian. She gets on knees to him. She tells him that she believes that her father won’t bribe. She wants to guarantee it with her life. He thinks she was blinded by the leaf when the truth is placed in front of her. He agrees to let her go to the prison for asking her good father about it. He leaves her room. She thinks he will regret for wronging the good minister.
Consort Xian and the maid go to the prison. The maid asks the guard for letting them see Chang Shou. But she’s told that they can only see Naerbu. Consort Xian walks into the cell with her maid. Naerbu gets on knees to Consort Xian after he saw her.
She helps him up and she claims that she’s always his daughter no matter what happens. She reveals Emperor Qianlong let her come to see him. He thinks he has no face to see the emperor. But she thinks it wasn’t his mistake. She mentions Prince Yi has worked with Gao family. She thinks Consort Gao wronged her father because she didn’t bow her head to the consort.
She thinks she got her father involved. She comforts Naerbu that she will try her best to clear his name for him. She plans to go to ask Emperor Qianlong to return a justice to her father. But Naerbu stops Consort Xian. He cries to tell her that he committed the big crime.

She wonders why he went to bribe because she knows he has looked down on the dirty officers. He reveals he didn’t want to do that. But her mother forced him to do that. He think they were lucky that Chang Shou was saved. He reminds her that Chang Shou is his only son. She learns that he sent money to Prince Yi for saving Chang Shou. She mentions what he told her to have a conscience.
Episode 14
Wei Yingluo’s hand shakes while handwriting, so she ties up her hand with rope. Maids misunderstand her to commit suicide, and persuade her. They are relief after knowing the truth. Ming Yu thinks she wanted to win empress’s favor, and invites Er Qing to deal with Wei Yingluo. But Er Qing refuses her.
Fu Heng notices Hong Xiao and Qin Xi are closed, and guesses they have evil plan. Qin Xi asks Wei Yingluo to meet up with her sister’s death at garden in the evening. But she asks someone else to beat up him when she catches his intention. But he tells others that she seduced him. Hong Xiao shows up, and arrests her.
She knows she was framed by them, and claims she went to pick up tuberose running into Qin Xi. But Hong Xiao thinks the evidence is obvious since Qin Xi’s face is injured. Just then Fu Heng shows up, and tells them emperor arrives.
Emperor doesn’t expect his good mood is interrupted by those servants, but he has to deal with the case. Hong Xiao takes out the letter that Wei Yingluo wrote for Qin Xi as evidence, emperor believes it since he knew she is a evil maid. But she claims the paper is so expensive who she cannot be affordable, and takes out her handwriting as evidence. Qin Xi flustered, and tells emperor that Hong Xiao asked him to frame Wei Yingluo.
Emperor doesn’t expect Hong Xiao would do such dirty thing as a prince, and is disappointed with him. Wei Yingluo guesses he is instigated by someone else to frame empress. But emperor just scolds Hong Xiao, but doesn’t punish him. He thinks empress tried her hard to teach Wei Yingluo after seeing her handwriting, and asks her to return to continue her handwriting. But she sees emperor is on Hong Xiao’s side, and is intention to say that he will deal with the case impartially.
Emperor gives Hong Xiao a kick and forgives him, Fu Heng catches the chance to tell emperor that Hong Xiao met up with Imperial Concubine Jia’s maid ever. Emperor is furious that Imperial Concubine Jia framed empress, and deprives her power to raise the 4th prince, giving her son to Imperial Concubine Xian. Wei Yingluo knows emperor did it for empress, but didn’t consider her feelings otherwise he would punish Hong Xiao. Emperor says that Hong Xiao is a prince, so he cannot punish him. She knows it, but still feels wronged.

The sacrifice ceremony is upcoming, emperor usually shares the meats with ministers. The meats are terrible, but nobody dares to reject it. Wei Yingluo gives salt to Fu Heng, and asks him to eat it with the meats as it will taste better. He knows he will be punished for doing it, but accepts it since she cares him.
