Se-Ok tries to bury the dead body in the woods in Hyper Knife Episode 3. But Deok-Hee appears suddenly. She doesn’t care for it at all. She drags the body into the pit. We are surprised that he doesn’t blame her. He persuades her to dig the pit more deeper.
Episodes 3-4
Deok-Hee worries that Se-Ok will be arrested because of murder. He wishes her to go to Boston for beginning a new life. But she believes that he won’t call the police. Mrs. Ra calls Deok-Hee nearby. Se-Ok is right. Deok-Hee tells a lie to Mrs. Ra that he went the wrong way. He saw Se-Ok burying the dead dog.
The police come to the restaurant because Sin-Gyu went missing. They don’t detect anomalies. They ask Se-Ok to avoid Sin-Gyu instead. She’s like an innocent girl to smile after the police left. Sin-Gyu’s sister don’t have to sell her restaurant since Sin-Gyu is dead. She can continue to visit the place. It’s a perfect ending.
Young-Sin finds Se-Ok. She reports to her that the pharmacy was seized. Hyeon-Ho’s clinic was asked to close down as well. Se-Ok contacts Hyeon-Ho. He persuades her to stop the underground operation. She knows it very well that the mastermind was Deok-Hee.
She yells at Deok-Hee over the phone. She asks him to resolve the problem. But he’s still calm. He asks her to come to Busan. Young-Joo sees Se-Ok getting angry. He tells her to think about the happiest moment. She remembers Deok-Hee taught her in the operating room.
She comes to a hotel in Busan for resolving the problem. There’s an awards ceremony coming up. Deok-Hee is about to get an award. He won the award for the ninth year in a row. He will be a legend in the medical world if he continues to get the award.
She eavesdrops on the conversation of the employees. She’s told that the organizer Nanae Ichida’s son is sick. But the surgery is almost impossible. So there was no doctor daring to operate. Se-Ok tells Young-Joo that she doesn’t plan to go to see Deok-Hee. She intends to frustrate Deok-Hee.
Young-Joo falls asleep. Se-Ok visits Nanae Ichida in the hotel. She plays the footage that she saved the boy from the operating. She wishes Nanae Ichida to leave her son’s surgery to her. She promises to complete it within four hours. She asks Nanae Ichida to withdraw Deok-Hee’s nomination. But Nanae Ichida asks Se-Ok to leave her room.
Se-Ok visits the lady again. She claims that her proposal only works before the presentation. But Ichida still rejects it. She thinks Se-Ok is ruining the awards. She refuses to give her son’s life to her. Deok-Hee attends a party before the presentation. He hears Se-Ok calling him professor and she walks to him. But the person isn’t Se-Ok. He’s lost.
Ichida asks Deok-Hee about Se-Ok. He looks at the quacks. He claims that Se-Ok is better than them. Because the girl never hesitated once she entered the operating room. She never went through failures. Se-Ok is perfect in Deok-Hee’s heart. Ichida changes her mind after she heard the review.
She visits Se-Ok. She promises to let her take care of her son’s surgery. Se-Ok is very happy. She takes Ichida’s personal plane to go to Japan. She calls her partner Hyeon-Ho. The accident happens when Se-Ok operates. The patient’s vitals aren’t stable. The rest doctors are flustered. They yell when they ask to send the patient to ICU.
But Se-Ok is focused and determined. She ignores the doctors. The operation was a miraculous success because of her determination. Ichida keeps the promise. The one who gets the award is another doctor. Se-Ok is happy to look down on her teacher.
She doesn’t know Ichida has told her plan to Deok-Hee. She claimed that she’s not sure if she can trust Se-Ok’s medical skills. He knew Se-Ok wants to take revenge on him. But he still vouched for her. He wished the lady to give Se-Ok a chance.
Se-Ok runs into a man Ki-Young after the presentation. She replaced Deok-Hee to operate on Ki-Young’s father many years ago. Ki-Young tells Se-Ok that his father told him after the surgery. His father Myeong-Jin said that he wants to live alone. His father went missing after the phone call. He worries that something bad happened to his father.
The meeting up reminds Se-Ok the past many years ago. Myeong-Jin came to the hospital after he got a brain cancer. He wanted his old friend to operate on him. Se-Ok witnessed his teacher talking with Myeong-Jin lively. She found out that Deok-Hee is nervous.
Deok-Hee didn’t let Se-Ok be his assistant about Myeong-Jin’s surgery. She intended to ask Deok-Hee’s assistant to leave before the surgery. She replaced the guy and she entered the operating room to help her teacher. She hurt his palm when she handed over the scalpel to him. She operated because his hand was hurt.
Se-Ok completed the surgery perfectly. She showed Deok-Hee’s true thoughts. She thought he doesn’t treat Myeong-Jin as his friend. He hates the person instead. He was nervous because he planned to make mistake during the surgery. So he can catch the chance to kill the person. Se-Ok made the judgement because she believed that Deok-Hee and she are same kind of people. They’re evil.
Se-Ok visits Deok-Hee. She mentions Myeong-Jin’s missing. She suspects that he killed his friend. She’s known that he didn’t send her to Boston because she saved his enemy. He denies it and he scolds her for being pathetic. He drives away when she wants to ask him some questions.
Deok-Hee and the cop go to the temple in the mountain. The cop contacted him and he claimed that he’s found the place where the surgery was done. He invited him to go to the place with him. He wished him to help him look for the evidence.
The police find the nurse’s dead body in the woods behind the temple. Deok-Hee notes the mark on the nurse’s neck. He’s shocked. He knows it very well that it was done by Se-Ok. It’s not the fast time that he finds out that Se-Ok killed a person.
One day, Deok-Hee was told that Se-Ok didn’t come to work. He visited her because he worried about her. He saw the wound on her face. She told a lie to him that she tripped when she came home. He took a look at the medical book. He claimed that they’re similar. So he knows her crazy thoughts. He found a man’s body in the room. She confessed it to him that there was a man trying to sleep with her when she returned home. She stabbed him for protecting herself. Deok-Hee was told that Se-Ok planned to bury the man in the woods. He asked her if she can handle it on her own. She nodded but she realized what he meant. She chased his car with smiling. She promised not to be late tomorrow. She knew he has the madness like her.
The nurse’s body is found out. Se-Ok doesn’t fear it at all as a murderer. She’s excited to return to the crime scene. She finds out that her teacher is there. She meets with him. She suspects that he appeared there because he didn’t get the award.
Deok-Hee persuades Se-Ok to stop it. But she doesn’t know to restrain. She mentions Myeong-Jin instead. She still believes that the person was killed by her teacher. She claims that she has a lot of time. She will find Myeong-Jin’s body.
Se-Ok keeps her promise. She meets with Ki-Young the next day. She wants to help him look for his father. He found the clue. Someone saw his father in a a psychiatric hospital. The psychiatric hospital has closed down. Se-Ok and Ki-Young go to the hospital. The maintenance worker Yong-Seok helps them to look for the person for the money.
Yong-Seok confesses that there was a patient who looks like Myeong-Jin. But the patient went missing. He mentions there was a surgery scar on the back of the patient’s head. Se-Ok takes a look at the drawing of the scar. She confirms that the person is Myeong-Jin.
Ki-Young goes to the restroom. Se-Ok asks Yong-Seok if there was anyone visiting Myeong-Jin. He reveals there was a man pushing the wheelchair. He took Myeong-Jin to walk around. Se-Ok shows Yong-Seok the photo of her teacher. But he doesn’t remember the looks of the person.
Ki-Young gets angry after he got nothing from Yong-Seok. He suspects that he tricked him for money. Yong-Seok contacts the colleague. He asks him to send the group photo of him and the patient to him. But the person doesn’t send the photo.
Yong-Seok claims that he will go to his colleague’s house to take the photo tomorrow. But Ki-Young refuses to let the guy leave. Yong-Seok’s hand is hurt by a sharp object when he fights Ki-Young. Se-Ok does an emergency treatment for the man. But she takes off his glove and she finds out that he wears a ring. She remembers it very well that the ring belongs to Myeong-Jin.
It’s obvious that the ring was stolen by Yong-Seok. Ki-Young is angry after he saw the ring. He asks the man to speak out his father’s whereabouts. The two have a fight in the rainstorm. Se-Ok tries to stop them. But they rolls down the hill. Yong-Seok is dead. Ki-Young is in a coma after he was sent to the hospital.
Se-Ok takes off the ring which was stolen by Yong-Seok. She’s angry to break into Deok-Hee’s office. She throws the ring to Deok-Hee. She still suspects that he killed Myeong-Jin. She claims that she would kill the person for him if he told her the truth. So his hands wouldn’t get blood.
She doesn’t know her teacher was saving her when she looked for Myeong-Jin for taking revenge on him. Deok-Hee met with Inspector Yang at a restaurant. He took a look at the photo. He paid attention to the animal’s hair on the nurse’s body. He was told that the animal is the dog Se-Ok raises.

Deok-Hee looked at the lively painting at the gallery. He remembered Se-Ok replaced other doctors to enter operating room because she was obsessed with surgery. She didn’t care for her health. Eating and sleeping are boring to her. She pointed at the human brain which was in formalin. She wondered what it’s at the end of the human brain pathway. Deok-Hee answered her that it’s human nature. He took away her medicine she used it for lifting her spirits. He ordered her to eat and sleep well.

Deok-Hee is asked by his student if he killed a person. He returns home and he asks the housekeeper to be off duty. He goes to the secret house in the woods. It’s hidden Myeong-Jin’s car Rolls-Royce. He drives the car in the evening. He gives the cop who’s in charge of the nurse’s case a ride. The cop Wan-Il uses the wipe Deok-Hee hands over. He mentions the results. He thinks the dog hair comes from the murderer. The murderer was the doctor who did surgery. Deok-Hee nods. But the cop passes out. We find out that Deok-Hee is like his crazy student at this moment.
