This is the recap for The Judge from Hell: Episode 9. Bit-Na and Da-On go to the morgue. They plan to check So-Young’s past. But Da-On leaves because of his sadness. Da-On checks So-Young’s past. She sees the killer. But she doesn’t tell it to Da-On.
Episode 9
Bit-Na and A-Rong attend So-Young’s funeral. A-Rong is excited after knowing Bit-Na planned to use the cop to find the killer. Da-On swears to kill the killer at the funeral. Da-On returns home. He remembers Bit-Na told him that he needs to give up many things if he plans to work with her.
Bit-Na is at home. She remembers she cried after Da-On told her to send him to hell. She thinks it’s not a big deal. Man-Do goes to church to pray because he doesn’t want to go to hell. Myung-Sook joins him. She teaches him how to pray.
Man-Do leaves the church. He walks alone on the street in the evening. He sings a song because he fears. A-Rong follows him to sing the same song. She smiles when she looks at him. He’s startled. She threatens to report to Bit-Na that he went to the church.
He promises to listen to her from now on. She reveals she’s Venato who gets ride of demons who become humanized. He learns that she’s not Satan. Bit-Na goes to the hospital to get her eyes checked. But the doctor tells Bit-Na that her eyes are fine.
She goes to see a psychiatrist. The psychiatrist thinks Bit-Na felt compassion or love for the man after Bit-Na told her about what happened to her and the neighbor. Bit-Na laughs because she thinks demons cannot feel compassion and love. The psychiatrist thinks Bit-Na became a humanized demon.
She asks Bit-Na how she will feel if the man disappears from the world. Bit-Na’s heart pounds at that time. She leaves the psychiatrist’s office. She remembers the psychiatrist told her that the warm iced tea exists. Eun-Seop is in the restroom. He applies the toothpaste on under his nose. He remembers So-Young’s words. He tears up.
Eun-Seop returns to office when Da-On and Detective Yoo are missing So-Young. Detective Yoo shows up. He tells the three cops that he’s the team leader. The new cop Mun-Jae arrives. He tries to give the drink to Da-On. But Da-On rejects it. Detective Yoo talks out the serial murder cases with the team. Dong-Hoon reveals he suspects Bit-Na. He wants to look into the judge. But Da-On takes Bit-Na’s side. He has a fight with Dong-Hoon.
Bit-Na returns to the office. Won-Gyeong invites Bit-Na to have lunch with her. But Bit-Na rejects it. Won-Gyeong persuades Bit-Na that she has to eat to feel better. She leaves the office with Man-Do. Bit-Na takes Da-On to the restaurant. She feeds him the meat.
The guy mentions So-Young’s arm was cut. He badmouths So-Young. Da-On is furious to grab the guy’s collar. The guy’s friend tries to film Da-On with his phone. But Bit-Na grabs his phone. She throws the phone to the floor. She steps on the phone. She tells him to sue her. She takes Da-On out of the restaurant.
Bit-Na is furious to walk Da-On outside. She finds out that she’s grabbing his hand. She releases him and she apologizes to him. He thinks she did so for making him not get sued. He thanks her. He thinks they’re on same team. But she claims that she’s going to kill him. He follows her. A-Rong watches on them from the bench. She thinks it’s a date.
Bit-Na visits the demon cleaners. She gives them So-Young’s photo. She asks them to look into So-Young and Da-On’s family from hell. But she didn’t get permission from hell. She mentions they burned the thugs without her permission.
Dong-Joo and Jae-Hyun get on knees to Bit-Na. Dong-Joo refuses to accept the order because he thinks it’s too dangerous. But Bit-Na mentions Jae-Hyun donated to the hospital. She thinks it’s more dangerous than the case. She leaves the demon cleaning agency.
Detective Yoo has a meeting with the cops. He thinks they cannot interrogate Bit-Na because there’s no new evidence. He arranges Dong-Hoon to work with Da-On. But Dong-Hoon refuses to work with Da-On. Mun-Jae volunteers to work with Da-On.
Bit-Na and Da-On work together at home. They try to find new information from J’s cases. Bit-Na tears up when Da-On mentions his parents’ miserable condition. She notes that Man-Do is looking at her. She scolds him so that he leaves the room.
Man-Do reports to A-Rong that Bit-Na cried. She’s furious to grab his collar after he thought Bit-Na and Da-On had a rom-com. Mi-Ja scolds A-Rong after she mistook that A-Rong is robbing Man-Do. A-Rong takes out her life after Man-Do and Mi-Ja left.
Bit-Na is sleeping in her room. Mi-Ja kicks Bit-Na. It wakes Bit-Na up. Bit-Na chases Mi-Ja outside. Mi-Ja flees to the rooftop. She shows her angel wings to Bit-Na. She confesses it to her that she’s Gabriel. She reveals she woke her up for Da-On. She adds that she cannot Da-On because the guy wanted to commit murder.
Myung-Sook entertains Min-Joon a meal at home. She thinks the kid shouldn’t only eat meat so she goes outside to get vegetables. She comes back when he’s trying to open the door of the room. She stops him. Did she hide something in the room?
Jung-Im returns home. Myung-Sook invites Jung-Im to her house. The TV is playing J’s news. They learn that J came back. They’re shocked. We go to the court. Bit-Na eats lobster with Dae-Yong and Hwa-Sun in the cafeteria. Hwa-Sun brings up that Jae-Gul’s son Sun-Ho was arrested after he took drug.

Bit-Na sees Sun-Ho’s face. She returns to her office and she writes down the guy’s name on the demon mirror. She sees him in the jail. The secretary informs Bit-Na that the chief asked for a meeting up in the evening. Bit-Na goes to the restaurant. The chief and Jae-Gul are waiting for her.
