This is the recap for You Are My Secret Episode 1. The girl goes to the blind date building. The reception welcomes her when she asks her about her name. The girl reveals her name is Tu Xiaoning. She gets the number bear. She can get the big bear if she encounters the man she likes.
Tu Xiaoning walks into a large meeting room. There’re many couples going on blind dates in the room. Tu Xiaoning reveals the demands of the blind date people aren’t match. The girl shows Tu Xiaoning way after knowing her number. Tu Xiaoning has a seat. She meets some guys. But she doesn’t like them.
The guy arrives at the house. He’s told that he can get the big bear if he runs into the girl he likes. Tu Xiaoning leaves when the guy shows up. He takes the little bear she left. They have blind dates again at the cafe in the evening.
The guy tells the girl that he studied abroad before. She reveals she’s working in a national company. Tu Xiaoning thinks the two are match. The girl learns that the guy studied business management like her. Tu Xiaoning believes that the two will get together.
But the guy tells the girl that he needs to think about it. Tu Xiaoning leaves because she doesn’t want to waste time there. She sits on the bench outside the cafe. The guy shows up with a big bear. The lights are on. We see a heart shape light behind the guy.
The guy calls Tu Xiaoning. She learns that his name is Ji Yuheng. He smiles at her. They have a meeting outside the cafe. Tu Xiaoning is surprised that he works in Dairui Bank like her. She asks him for his mercy. But she’s told that he will be strict to her.
Ji Yuheng adds Tu Xiaoning’s WeChat. But he gets the money from her. She explains it to him that it’s the rule of blind date. She promises to buy him a meal. He learns that he failed the blind date. She denies it because he got the big bear.
Tu Xiaoning’s friend Wei Yi calls Tu Xiaoning. She asks her about the blind date. She learns that she didn’t catch the life saver. She regrets for not accompanying her. Tu Xiaoning reveals there was a life saver and he was very special.
Tu Xiaoning is in Ji Yuheng’s car. She texts Wei Yi and she complains it to her that she agreed to it when Ji Yuheng volunteered to give her and her scooter a ride. Ji Yuheng and Tu Xiaoning took a look at Tu Xiaoning’s scooter. He offered to take her home because the scooter is broken. But she worried that someone will steal her scooter.
Tu Xiaoning asks Ji Yuheng to drop her and the scooter. The car shakes. Her phone drops. Wei Yi persuades Tu Xiaoning to show her real skill after knowing the life saver was Tu Xiaoning’s classmate. Ji Yuheng learns that Tu Xiaoning wants to catch him.
Tu Xiaoning is at home. She talks with Wei Yi over the phone. Wei Yi mentions Tu Xiaoning’s scooter was hit. Tu Xiaoning claims that the ones who were hit were her heart and her pride. But Wei Yi thinks the guy will fall for Ji Xiaoning if she shows the real herself to him.
Tu Xiaoning thinks she and Ji Xuheng are in different worlds. Wei Yi reminds Tu Xiaoning that her ex-boyfriend is going to come back. She mentions she swore to took revenge but she’s a loser now. Tu Xiaoning claims that she will be a full-time employee when his father breaks into her room.
Tu Xiaoning and her parents are in the living room. Her parents are playing game. Tu Xiaoning grabs the phones. She asks her parents to introduce some boyfriends for her. Madam Tu mentions Teacher Wu has a nephew. She reveals the guy is outstanding. She thinks she completed her KPI this month.
Tu Xiaoning gets the guy’s WeChat. She tells her mother that she needs to introduce a boyfriend for her if the guy isn’t good. She finds out that the guy Madam Tu introduced is Ji Yuheng. She tries to talk with Madam Tu. But Madam Tu fled. Tu Xiaoning tells her mother that she cannot deal with the guy.
Tu Xiaoning goes to her company. Ji Yuheng runs into her. He helps her open the gate. Tu Xiaoning is confident that she will be a full-time employee. She works hard. Ji Yuheng walks into the meeting. Manager Qi shows the non-performing loans.
Ji Yuheng asks Manager Qi about the reasons of the non-performing loans. Manager Qi claims that the loans were unpredictable. Ji Yuheng asks him for the information about the borrowers. Manager Qi reveals he didn’t prepare it. Ji Yuheng takes out the papers. He reveals the clients were Manager Qi’s friends and his relatives.
The girl goes to the changing room with Tu Xiaoning. She thinks she worked too hard. Tu Xiaoning mentions she needs to wait for three years if she cannot be the full-time employee this year. Tu Xiaoning and the girl are in the meeting room. The girl reveals she saw Tu Xiaoning’s name from the full-time employee list.
The director shows up. He announces the list of full-time employee. Tu Xiaoning isn’t on the list. She’s sent to 1st Expanding Department. She walks into the director’s office. She asks him why she wasn’t on the list. She mentions Tang Yuhui became full-time employee since the girl just joined the bank for half year.
Tu Xiaoning tears up in the changing room. She remembers the director told her that connection is more important than working hard. He thought human is a kind of resource. She takes off her name tag. She places the name tag on the bench. She leaves.
Tu Xiaoning is in her room after she took a bath. She mentions she’s a loser. She thinks she was just anxiety. She goes to a new department. The colleague Zhou Kai welcomes her. He reveals the one who’s in charge is the good person President Jiang.
But he tells her that the person who makes the decision is Sister Jing. He introduces the lady as the Mountain Queen. Sister Jing is cool to show up. She asks Zhou Kai if she’s heartless in his mind. He makes an excuse that someone spread the rumor. He tries to go to look into it.
But she asks him about the medical loan. She tells him that she needs the result. He leaves. Tu Xiaoning answers Sister Jing’s question perfectly. Sister Jing asks Tu Xiaoning to follow her. But Tu Xiaoning reveals she came to resign. Sister Jing lets her come in since she wants to resign.
Tu Xiaoning doesn’t resign. She works in the office. Zhou Kai wonders how did Sister Jing convinced the little girl not to resign. Sister Jing denies it and she mentions the little girl is a free labor. It makes him think she has no conscience.
But she points out that she gave Tu Xiaoning a lesson before she resigns. Tu Xiaoning completes the work. She asks Sister Jing to accept her resignation. But Sister Jing reveals Tu Xiaoning doesn’t need it because she’s an outsider.
Sister Jing asks Tu Xiaoning if she thinks everyone in Dairui bullied. Tu Xiaoning claims that she just needs equity. Sister Jing mentions Tu Xiaoning didn’t do a good job. Tu Xiaoning goes to fix the papers. Ji Yuheng is working in his office. He receives the wedding invitation from Fang Xiao.
Ji Yuheng promises to attend Fang Xiao’s wedding. But he doesn’t want to attend the party before the wedding. But Fang Xiao asks Ji Xuheng to come because he didn’t attend any college reunion. Tu Xiaoning and Wei Yi go to the clothing store.
Wei Yi mentions 1st Expanding Department is a Hell Tower of Dairui Bank. Tu Xiaoning reveals she learned a lot from the person. Wei Yi thinks it’s good because she and Tu Xiaoning can stay in same mansion. She wonders if she’s going to go to the party before the wedding.
Tu Xiaoning admits it because the bride is her friend. She decides to welcome her life. Wei Yi supports Tu Xiaoning’s decision. But she mentions Lu Sijing didn’t forget Tu Xiaoning. She asks Tu Xiaoning if she still has feelings for the guy.
It flashes back. Tu Xiaoning is waiting for Lu Sijing at her birthday party. Wei Yi takes the cake to show up with Tu Xiaoning’s friends. But Lu Sijing tells Tu Xiaoning that he wants to intern abroad for one year. She makes a wish and she thinks he missed their future.
Tu Xiaoning is in her room. She thinks she made a right decision to end the love relationship. She turns off the light and she sleeps in the bed. She hugs the big bear. Ji Yuheng goes to the party. Fang Xiao calls him. Ji Yuheng walks to Fang Xiao and the bride Zhou Wei. He wishes them a happy wedding.
Fang Xiao introduces Lu Sijing as a doctor to Ji Yuheng. Ji Yuheng reveals he saw Lu Sijing before. He shakes hands with him. Fang Xiao asks the classmates to buy him meals. Ji Yuheng thinks of the classmate. Tu Xiaoning shows up with a white dress.
Fang Xiao introduces Tu Xiaoning as the second female lead. Lu Sijing asks Fang Xiao to help him get Tu Xiaoning. Fang Xiao comforts Lu Sijing that the girl will agree to it. Tu Xiaoning is surprised that Ji Yuheng is at the party.
Lu Sijing walks to her with the flowers. He tells her that he came to apologize to her. She mentions he broke his promise one year ago. It made her embarrassed. She asks him if he wants to make her embarrassed more. He mentions he fled when she wanted to marry him.
He reveals he thought the marriage isn’t the best choice. But he understands he loves her. He asks her to forgive him. The people persuade Tu Xiaoning to forgive Lu Sijing. But the girl thinks Tu Xiaoning shouldn’t forgive Lu Sijing.
Tu Xiaoning lets Lu Sijing take back his flowers. He wants to make up her. But she thinks he doesn’t have to do that because he doesn’t owe her anything. He tells her that he cannot lose her. But she knows he can live well without her.
She announces that their love relationship is over. She claims that she won’t accept his flowers. Ji Yuheng takes a white rose. Fang Xiao tries to stop Ji Yuheng because Lu Sijing is confessing. Ji Yuheng ignores Fang Xiao. He walks to Tu Xiaoning.
He stops Fang Xiao when Fang Xiao wonders if Tu Xiaoning doesn’t like him. The girl thinks Ji Yuheng has feelings for Tu Xiaoning. But another girl thinks the guy wants to help Tu Xiaoning. Ji Yuheng tries to hand over the white rose to Tu Xiaoning. He mentions she likes the flower.
Tu Xiaoning accepts the white rose. Lu Sijing claims that it’s the case of him and Tu Xiaoning. But Ji Yuheng persuades the guy not to bring trouble because it’s Fang Xiao’s party. Tu Xiaoning cannot accept Lu Sijing’s flower because she has flower in her hand.
She tells Lu Sijing that she rejected him because she wants to get better life. She reminds him that it’s old classmates party. He leaves with his red roses. Ji Yuheng gives Tu Xiaoning a ride. She thanks him for helping her. It makes her think the last love relationship hurt her deeply.
She denies it. She reveals she cared for herself who was given up. He learns that she went on a blind date for walking out of the relationship. She denies it again. She reveals she wanted to find a man who’s better than her ex-boyfriend. But she understood that she wants to get a happy family. He asks her about her next plan. She decides to continue to go on blind dates. He parks his car and he asks her to marry him.
We return to the school. Ji Yuheng runs into Tu Xiaoning when she’s drinking water. Her friend calls her. She smiles at him and she leaves. Ji Yuheng goes to the blind date cafe. He chooses number 35 and he walks into the meeting room. He tries to join Tu Xiaoning. But she leaves after she got a call from someone. He sits on her seat. We find out that Tu Xiaoning’s number is 36.
