My Boss 2024 Episode 25 begins with Bao Rui mistaking that Qian Heng will increase his salary. He reveals he helped Yu Fei yesterday. Qian Heng reads a book about how to date in office. He thinks the book told him a lie. He throws away the book.
Cheng Yao meets with the client at a cafe. She asks her what happened. The client reveals she and her husband A Ming loved each other deeply. But she ran into Lu Jian. She was drunk. He took her to the hotel. He slept with her. The client reveals she and her husband failed to have a baby.
But she found out that she was pregnant after the school reunion. Cheng Yao wonders how did the client’s husband knew the child doesn’t belong to him. The client reveals her husband went to do a paternity test after he found out that his son’s blood type wasn’t match for his blood type.
He hasn’t return home since then. She received a divorce contract. The client reveals she agreed to get a divorce because she felt guilty. But her parents cut tie with her because of anger. The client tells Cheng Yao that her child was tested to have heart disease. She cannot pay the hospital bill.
Cheng Yao wonders if the client contacted Lu Jian. The client admits it. She reveals Lu Jian didn’t pick up her phone. She has to sue him. She plans to kill herself with the child. Cheng Yao calms the client down. She reminds her that she needs to spend one year to do the lawsuit. She thinks her child cannot wait for it.
Cheng Yao tells the client that the negotiation is the best choice. She asks her for Lu Jian’s number. Qian Heng lights incense in his office according to what the dating book told him to do. Yu Fei hears the weird sound. He thinks the sound can hypnotize him.
Bao Rui smells the incense smell. He turns around and sees Qian Heng. He thinks he’s going to be an immortal. Yu Fei plans to go to care for Qian Heng. But Bao Rui stops him. He thinks it’s a hobby of Qian Heng. But Yu Fei thinks Qian Heng is going to be a monk.
Bao Rui believes that he needs to take over Jun Heng if Qian Heng becomes a monk. He’s not ready for it. The two walk into Qian Heng’s office. Yu Fei asks Qian Heng if he’s fine. Qian Heng tells Yu Fei that he’s fine. He invites the two to listen to the sound of wooden fish with him.
Lu Jian comes to the cafe. He sees the client. He mentions Cheng Yao didn’t say the woman was there when she called her. He reveals he doesn’t wish his fiancee to know that he came to see the woman because he’s going to get married.
He blames the woman Lin Fengjuan for tangling him. He threatens to call police. He tries to leave. But Cheng Yao stops him. She reminds him that she will send a lawyer letter to his company if he isn’t cooperating with her. He agrees to it. But he claims that he only has ten minutes.
Lin Fengjuan is furious to blame Lu Jian. She mentions his son Han Han is lying in the hospital. But he asks her to prove that Han Han is his son. She yells at him that the child belongs to him since Han Han isn’t her ex-husband’s son.
He admits that he slept with her. But he thinks she slept with others. He tells Cheng Yao that Lin Fengjuan did it because she knows he’s very rich. Lin Fengjuan tells Lu Jian to go to the hospital to do the paternity test with her.
He doesn’t dare to do the paternity test because he worries that the rumor will make the child be his son. He throws the cash to her. He leaves the cafe. Cheng Yao picks up the cash. She tells Lin Fengjuan to accept the cash because her son needs the cash to save his life.
Lin Fengjuan asks Cheng Yao if what Lu Jian said is true that the court cannot force him to do paternity test. Cheng Yao points out that Lu Jian has confessed that he slept with Lin Fengjuan. She thinks the judge can know the relationship of Lu Jian and Han Han even if Lu Jian refuses to do paternity test.
Cheng Yao gives the cash to Lin Fengjuan. She tells her to take care of her child well. Lin Fengjuan is moved. Cheng Yao returns to the office. Bao Rui asks her about where she went. She reveals she went to see the client. She thinks the case was harder than what she expected.
But she has come up with an idea. Bao Rui tells Cheng Yao that he has faith in her. But she thinks she’s not better than him. It makes him happy. Qian Heng summons Cheng Yao. Yu Fei mentions Qian Heng summoned Cheng Yao when she just came back. Bao Rui worries that Qian Heng will invite Cheng Yao to be monk with him.
Cheng Yao walks into Qian Heng’s office. She thinks he worries that she cannot complete the task. He denies it. She tells him that she knows he cares for her. But she asks him to let her do the case. He claims that he’s not interested in the small case. It makes her laugh.
He reveals he’s going to attend a family gathering. She realizes that he’s reporting to her about what he will do. He denies it and he explains it to her that he just told her not to wait for his phone. She leaves his office when he wishes her to say something to him.
Qian Heng returns home. He puts the book on the bookshelf. He leaves. Cheng Yao returns home. She texts Qian Heng. She tells him that she wishes to take some books from his bookshelf. He agrees to it. She walks into his room to take the books. She finds the office romance book.
Qian Heng returns home when Cheng Yao is cooking. He asks her what she’s cooking when he hugs her from her back. She finds out that he drank. He returns to his room. He finds out that his book is missing. He looks for his book. She shows up and asks him what he’s looking for when she smiles.
He reveals he’s just looking for a book. He rejects it when she plans to help him. She asks him to taste the cookies she made. But he rejects it again. He notes that she’s not happy. He comforts her that it’s just a case book.
He thinks she concealed his book because she sent a message to him that she wished to read some books. She blames him for not trusting her. He plans to go to call Ms. Zhu. He intends to let everybody come to look for his book. Cheng Yao stops Qian Heng.
She takes out the book which helps people how to date in office. He tries to grab his book back. But she tells him that she has changed the name of the book into how to mock her cute boyfriend. Wu Jun texts Cheng Xi. He tells her that he wishes to invite her to eat hotpot.
But she doesn’t reply to him. He checks her social media. He finds out that she went to suburb. He thinks she went to see Deng Ming. He calls Driver Wang. He asks him to come to pick him up. Wu Jun arrives in the suburb. He tells Driver Wang to call police if he doesn’t come back after one hour.

He goes to look for Cheng Xi. He holds a stick to run into the house after he heard her crying. He points the stick at the woman. But Cheng Xi tells him not to startle her client. She reveals she came to help the client Ms. Zhang. He’s surprised that she didn’t get kidnapped by Deng Ming. Episode 25 of My Boss 2024 ends with Qian Heng telling Cheng Yao that she can tell it to him if she wishes to sleep with him. It makes her laugh. He tells her that he actually cares for her.
Lin Fengjuan’s Case Explained
Lin Fengjuan and her husband loved each other. But Lin Fengjuan’s classmate Lu Jian slept with her when she was drunk. She was pregnant because of it. Her husband got a divorce with her. She found out that her son has a heart disease. She needs the money to save her son. She thinks of Lu Jian because he’s rich. But Lu Jian doesn’t accept the son because he’s going to get married. Lin Fengjuan asks Cheng Yao to help her.
How Does Cheng Yao Find Qian Heng’s Dating Book?
Qian Heng doesn’t work when Cheng Yao goes to meet with her client. He reads the office romance book in his office. The book tells him to light the incense in his book. He doesn’t wish the employees to see his book. So he takes the book home. But Cheng Yao finds the office romance book from his room.
Does Deng Ming Kidnap Cheng Xi?
Wu Jun texts Cheng Xi. He invites her to eat hotpot with him. But she doesn’t reply to him. He finds out that she went to the suburb. He mistakes that she was kidnapped by Deng Ming. He finds out that she went to the suburb to see her client Ms. Zhang.
