Sword and Fairy introduces Yue Qi as the girl who lost her memories in episode 1. Who is Yue Qi? Here is what we know.
Losing Her Memories
Yue Qi loses her memories. She cannot remember anymore except her master. But she cannot remember her master’s face. She and Yue Jinzhao begins the journey to recover their memories. Yue Jinzhao sees a girl who wears red clothes with his eyes. He thinks the girl is the key to help them recover their memories.
He draws the girl and shows it to Yue Qi. Yue Qi runs into the girl Luo Zhaoyan when Luo Zhaoyan’s horse startled the little girl. Luo Zhaoyan hands over the silver to Yue Qi because she just saved the little girl. But Yue Qi gives the silver to the person of Qiyuan Sect Meng Cheng. Because Meng Cheng promises her that he can help her know past.
Meng Cheng takes Yue Qi and Yue Jinzhao to Qiyuan Sect. But he locks them up because the chief Sheng Xuan asked him to do so. He reports to his leader Gao Xiao that he has caught Yue Qi and Yue Jinzhao. But Yue Qi and Yue Jinzhao show up with Luo Zhaoyan. Meng Cheng realizes that he’s fooled by Yue Qi.
Absorbing Soul Fish
The soul fish come out from Qiyuan beads when Yue Qi fights with Gao Xiao. Yue Qi absorbs the soul fish. It makes Gao Xiao realizes that Yue Qi is their God. He worships her. But Luo Zhaoyan wants to keep Yue Qi because she thinks Yue Qi is Lord of Oceans who killed many lives.
Yue Jinzhao stops Luo Zhaoyan. He wakes Yue Qi up when she thinks he’s going to give up her. Luo Zhaoyan decides to take Yue Qi to Luo family. She still suspects that Yue Qi is Lord of Oceans. She plans to let her brother Luo Maiming take a look at Yue Qi. Yue Jinzhao worries about Yue Qi. He asks Luo Zhaoyan to let a doctor to take a look at Yue Qi. The doctor tells Yue Jinzhao that Yue Qi is fine.
Hot Sea Reacts to Yue Qi
Yue Maiming senses that Hot Sea reacted to Yue Qi when Yue Qi arrives at Luo family. He believes that she can help him leave Luo family even if she’s not Lord of Oceans. He asks her to stay in Luo family so that he can know if she’s related to Hot Sea.
He visits her after Yue Jinzhao left. He lights the incense and lets her tell the secret she knows to him. But Luo Jinzhao comes back because he senses that Yue Qi is in danger. He has a fight with Luo Zhaoyan. Because he thinks she let her sister hurt Yue Qi. Luo Zhaoyan claims that Luo Maiming just helped Yue Qi recovered her memories.

Yue Jinzhao is furious to take Yue Qi to leave Luo family. He takes her to Sunset Village because he knows Qiyuan Sect is hurting people in the village. But they run into Gao Xiao again. They have a fight with him. Luo Zhaoyan joins the fight. Yue Jinzhao fights out that Yue Qi is powerful after she absorbed the soul fish.
