These are the Recap & Ending Explained for My Boss 2024: Episode 4. Qian Heng lets Cheng Yao live with him because he thinks she can help him sleep. But he finds out that he cannot sleep even if she cooked for him. He lets her eat up the food she just cooked.
Qian Heng Lives with Cheng Yao

Cheng Yao throws up. Qian Heng carries her out of his car. He puts her into a box. He takes her home. He asks her to get up. But she asks him to drag her because she cannot get up. He drags her and makes her be close to him. She complains to him that he only knows to unclog the sewer.
He threatens her that he will pay the price for what she said. She finds out that he’s very handsome. She reveals she wouldn’t care for him if he’s not handsome. She pinches his face. It makes him get angry. Cheng Yao wakes up. She finds out that Qian Heng is looking at her.
She thinks she did something bad when she was drunk. He points at his nose. She remembers she thought he fixed his nose. He hands over the list to her when he tells her that she made him lose some money. He asks her to take the duty.
She takes a look at the list. She thinks she cannot compensate him. He hands over the co-renting contract to her. He asks her to cook midnight snack for him. But she orders the midnight snack. But he asks her to cook for him in person.
Qian Heng Lets Cheng Yao Eat the Midnight Snack
He cannot sleep even if she cooked for him twice. She has to eat up the midnight snack. She wonders why he asked her to cook for him since he didn’t plan to eat. He mentions eating midnight snack isn’t healthy. He thinks it’s not his business if she’s healthy or not.
She asks him not to let her cook. But he tells her to compensate him. Qian Heng watches Cheng Yao when she eats in the office. Wu Jun shows up behind Qian Heng. Qian Heng wonders when Wu Jun will get Cheng Xi. Because he wishes Cheng Yao to leave.
Wu Jun thinks Cheng Yao didn’t do a good job. He comforts Qian Heng that he will teach Cheng Yao. Qian Heng denies it. Wu Jun asks Qian Heng to do something good for his love. He hears Cheng Yao lost her clothes when she worked. He compensates her.
Cheng Yao sees the two guys talking with Qian Heng. She mistakes that they’re killers. She uses the spray to hurt their eyes. But Qian Heng tells Cheng Yao that the two are his mother’s bodyguards. He returns home. Madam Qian pretends to be sick.

Episode 4 of My Boss 2024 ends with Wu Jun confessing his feelings to Cheng Xi. He promises to take revenge for her. She thanks him. He gives her a kiss. It surprised her. He falls asleep. Wu Jun wakes up. He remembers Wu Jun took him home. He wonders what happened later.
