Xu Xiang leaks that they’re studying the origin of Outsider. He tells Zhang Chulan that he’s an Outsider as well. But Zhang Chulan thinks he’s different from Xu Xiang. Xu Xiang tells Zhang Chulan that they judge an Outsider according to the power he used.
Zhang Chulan wonders if Xu Xiang found the answer of the origin of Qi. Xu Xiang asks Zhang Chulan if he heard dark matter. He tells him that dark matter is Qi. Zhang Chulan is surprised that Xu Xiang told so many secrets to him since he doesn’t know him. He asks him if he worries that he told the secrets to others.

Zhang Chulan is scared when he realizes that Xu Xiang intends to lock him up in the place all his life. Xu Xiang invites Zhang Chulan to join his company. Zhang Chulan tries to flee. But Xu Xiang stops him. He tells him that he knows his grandpa. He cooks noodles for him.
It flashes back. Zhang Chulan’s grandpa cooks noodles for Zhang Chulan. The village chief visits him. He persuades him to send Zhang Chulan to the boarding school. But Zhang Chulan’s grandpa rejects it. The village chief worries that there’s nobody taking care of Zhang Chulan if Zhang Chulan’s grandpa passes away. Zhang Chulan’s grandpa shows his arm to the village chief. He thinks the village chief cannot defeat him. He promises Zhang Chulan that he will come back if he eats up the three elbows. But Zhang Chulan only sees his grandpa’s dead body. He cries.
Zhang Chulan asks Xu Xiang how was his grandpa killed. Xu Xiang cannot give the answer to Zhang Chulan. But he can leak how did Zhang Chulan’s grandpa get the talent. Zhang Lingyu practices in Heavenly Master Mansion. The student reports to Zhang Lingyu that Heavenly Master summoned him.
Zhang Lingyu walks into the heavenly master Zhang Zhiwei’s room when Zhang Zhiwei is pruning the branches. Zhang Zhiwei asks Zhang Lingyu to invite the elders. But Zhang Lingyu mentions there was an elder Zhang Huayi’s name was deleted from the list. Zhang Zhiwei tells Zhang Lingyu not to care for it. Wang Ye visits Hong Ye in the cave. He reveals he saw the boy with blood on the train in Jiashen year. Hong Ye is nervous when he tells Wang Ye that the chaos of Jiashen is going to come. He drives Wang Ye out of his cave.
Xu Si Interrogates Liu Yanyan
Xu Si interrogates Liu Yanyan in the Interrogation Room. He blames her for joining Full Nature. Liu Yanyan threatens to complain about Xu Si if she leaves the place. He tells her that he will let her leave if she confesses about Full Nature’s goal. She thinks he can do nothing to her even if she doesn’t confess. Xu Xiang takes Zhang Chulan to walk into the Interrogation Room.
Xu Si mentions Liu Yanyan is the descendant of Liu family. She thinks puppet art should disappear. She cries when she mentions she didn’t have any friend except puppet. She adds that those people didn’t allow her to use puppet art after she mastered it. She thinks she’s a puppet. Liu Yanyan tells Xu Si that she wishes to get freedom.
Xu Si asks Liu Yanyan if she’s ready for the result of giving up rules. He thinks it’s the rule of alien to shoulder the duty. But she thinks the rule was formulated by them. She thinks they’re bad guys. He points out that he can do anything to her because Full Nature doesn’t follow the rules. He knocks over the table in front of her.
Zhang Chulan stops Xu Si. He mentions Liu Yanyan left home because she didn’t wish to be managed by her parents. He reveals he has no family for ten years. But he doesn’t think he was miserable to talk with wall alone. He mentions he wanted to live as an ordinary person. But she messed it.
He asks Liu Yanyan why Full Nature wanted to get his grandfather’s dead body. She reveals those people wished to get the memories of Zhang Xilin. She adds that there was an alien expert killing many aliens of Full Nature. She leaks that the the alien expert was Zhang Xilin.
Zhang Chulan Finds His Grandfather’s Dead Body
The officer reports to Xu Xiang that they found the coffin of Zhang Xilin. Zhang Chulan and Xu Xiang go to the warehouse. Zhang Chulan lets the workers open the coffin. He finds a tablet from the coffin. The guy in the video asks Zhang Chulan if his grandfather belongs to dry trash or wet trash.
Zhang Chulan runs to the trash can when the workers carry out his grandfather’s dead body. He tears up. He remembers his grandfather told him to endure. He buries Zhang Xilin with his friends. He hits his hand with the rubber band. Feng Baobao stops Zhang Chulan. She thinks it hurt. She persuades him to beat those people who hurt him. He takes a look at his grandfather’s grave. He agrees to join Xu Xiang’s hub.
Zhang Zhiwei receives a message about Zhang Xilin from someone when he plays game with Zhang Lingyu. He asks Zhang Lingyu to let him stay alone. Feng Baobao takes Zhang Chulan to the warehouse. She tells him that he just needs to press the button. He’s surprised that they invited him for letting him do so. He reveals he wants to gain without pay. She slaps him. She tells him that working hard is the right path.
He wonders if they work there since they’re agents of alien world. She thinks the company should raise him if he doesn’t have work. He wonders how to distinguish aliens and ordinary people. She reveals they used the gesture. Xu Si takes Zhang Chulan and Feng Baobao to the office. Zhang Chulan learns that he has his ID. San Er uses Xu Si’s ID to get into the system. Zhang Chulan finds out that Xu Si has many female friends.
