The car arrives before the chief lets his followers cut the rope. Sol-Hee gets off her car. She asks the thugs who’s her client. The chief thug realizes that she’s the liar hunter. She hands over her business card to him. He calls Chairman Min and asks him if the girl is the liar hunter.

The thug pokes Sol-Hee’s forehead because he thinks she glares at him. The chief thug stops him before he beats Sol-Hee. The chief thug Doo-Mok apologizes to Sol-Hee for what his follower did to her. He shows the traitors to her.

Sol-Hee asks the traitors one by one. She tells Doo-Mok that those thugs didn’t betray him. The thug mocks Sol-Hee. It makes her realize that he’s the one who betrayed Doo-Mok. The thug mentions his leg got broken when he protected Doo-Mok.

But Sol-Hee thinks the thug’s leg wasn’t broken. Doo-Mok walks to the thug. He kicks away his crutch. The thug goes to pick up his crutch. Doo-Mok lets the thugs beat the traitor. Sol-Hee worries that the guy will be killed. Doo-Mok denies it. But she knows he told a lie to her. He gives the fee to her.

Sol-Hee runs to her car. She drivers her car away. She sees the soccer fan. She feels happy. The soccer fan walks on the street. He holds the clothes with blood. Sol-Hee returns home to watch the soccer game. She goes to her bed to sleep.

Sol-Hee walks out of the hotel. The thug is waiting for her with a knife. He swears to kill her. She’s scared to run away. The thug drives his car to chase her. She flees to the bus station. She buys the bus ticket. She gets on the bus and finds out that the thug is looking for her.

The guy beats Do-Ha because he thinks he cheated on his younger sister. Sol-Hee stops the guy. She worries that the bus cannot be driven because of him. But he mistakes her as Do-He’s new girlfriend. She admits it and pushes him out of the bus.

Do-Ha looks at Sol-Hee. She tells him that he doesn’t have to thank her because she needs to go to Seoul fast. She thinks he should fight it back because it would make him be a real cheater. She goes to see Ji-Woon. She asks him if he enjoyed to sleep with Ji-Hye.

Ji-Woon admits it. He wonders if Ji-Hye and Sol-Hee are cousins because he noted that the two don’t look alike. Sol-Hee points out that Ji-Woon and Ji-Hye don’t look alike as well. She thinks they do it because they don’t love each other.

Sol-Hee thinks Ji-Woon gets together with Ji-Hye for her money. Ji-Woon doesn’t want to answer Sol-Hee’s question. Ji-Hye explains to Ji-Woon that Sol-Hee said so because she cared for her. Ji-Hye tells Sol-Hee that he has feelings for Ji-Hye even if he pursued her for her money.

Ji-Hye is happy to tell Ji-Woon that she wishes to get married with him. He agrees to it. Ji-Woon greets the maid. But Sol-Hee finds out that the two have met before. The maid is startled. The glass falls to the floor. Ji-Woon goes to care for the maid.

Ji-Woon explains to Ji-Hye that he did it because he was startled. The maid goes to clean the floor. But Sol-Hee finds out that the maid is pregnant. The maid denies it. It makes Sol-Hee believe that Ji-Woon get the maid pregnant.

The maid gets on knees to Ji-Hye. She asks Ji-Woon to apologize to Ji-Hye with her. Ji-Woon blames Sol-Hee for wronging him. He tries to beat her. But Chi-Hoon stops Ji-Woon and makes him trip. Sol-Hee tries to leave. But Ji-Hye stops Sol-Hee.

Ji-Hye asks Ji-Woon to make a choice between her and the maid. He’s furious to tell her that she’s better than the maid. But Sol-Hee tells Ji-Hye that her boyfriend told her a lie. She gets the fee from her when she wipes her shoe in the car.

Chi-Hoon wonders how Sol-Hee will spend the money. She claims that she’s not interested in money. But he knows she does it. He mentions she raised her fee. She explains to him that she did it because the price went up. He tells her to perfume a ritual.

Chi-Hoon mentions some people earned money through perfuming rituals. But she thinks ritual isn’t suitable for her. He believes that she was possessed by the spirit when she perfumed the ritual. She admits it and looks at the outside. Sol-Hee tells My Lovely Liar that she wasn’t possessed by the spirit. She thinks her mother gave the spirit to her.

It flashes back. Sol-Hee’s mother Hyang-Sook begins to pray to all kinds of gods when she’s pregnant. Sol-Hee gets the ability to tell lies from the truth. She tells her mother that she wishes to get the turtle doll. Hyang-Sook tells Sol-Hee that she’s going to buy her the turtle doll later.

But Sol-Hee knows her mother told her a lie to her. Hyang-Sook drops her chopsticks. She tells her husband Tae-Seob that she doesn’t want to live like so. He comforts her that the things will get better. She tells him that she wishes to eat pork belly.

Tae-Seob tries to feed Hyang-Sook the food. He tells her to treat it as pork belly. But she shakes off the food. She yells at him and returns to her room. He tells Sol-Hee that he didn’t have a fight with her mother. But she knows he told her a lie.

Sol-Hee is studying in the classroom. She mentions her mother wished her to be a prosecutor. The classmate joins Sol-Hee. She mentions her tutor promised to be her boyfriend once she enters college. She wants to know if her tutor told her a lie.

Sol-Hee thinks the classmate will know the truth when she enters college. She tries to leave. The classmate promises to pay Sol-Hee. She takes out the cash. Sol-Hee thinks people won’t believe that she can tell lies from the truth. So she pretends to be a shaman. Sol-Hee meets with the guy at the cafe. She introduces herself as a liar hunter when she hands over her business card to him. But the guy wants to go somewhere quiet. So she opens a cafe on her own.

Chi-Hoon is excited to play the song in the car. He invites Sol-Hee to go to the awards ceremony. He mentions Do-Ha will attend the ceremony. She thinks Do-Ha is just a rookie singer. But he tells her that Do-Ha is the songwriter who works with Syaon.

Sol-Hee is surprised that Syaon has her own songwriter. Chi-Hoon mentions Do-Ha always gets his face covered. Sol-Hee thinks Do-Ha is an attention seeker. She believes Do-Ha did it for making people pay attention to him. The cop stops Do-Ha’s car. He asks him to blow the tester.

But someone drives by and hits a person. The cops go to catch the driver. Do-Ha catches the chance to leave. Chi-Hoon watches Syaon’s show. Do-Ha doesn’t arrive at the show. He’s chosen to be the best composer. Syaon runs to the stage to accept the award.

Syaon tells the people that she’s reborn because of Do-Ha. The music executive talks about Do-Ha with the idol singer. He thinks Do-Ha wore a mask because he wished to hide his identity. Do-Ha breaks into the restaurant. He fights with the thugs. He leaves the restaurant with a suitcase.

The music executive thinks Do-Ha is an agent. But another music executive disagrees to what he said. He thinks Do-Ha was a minor. They ask Syaon about Do-Ha when she passes by. But she tells them that she only talked with Do-Ha over the phone. She leaks that Do-Ha’s voice is very nice.

Syaon tells Deuk-Chan that she’s going to leave the party. She complains to him that she hasn’t eaten because she needed to wear the dress. She thinks she’s going to pass out. But he thinks she won’t pass out because he’s there. Edan greets Syaon. He tells her that he wishes to congratulate him. He asks her to call Do-Ha for him.

But Syaon tells Edan that she only calls Do-Ha when she works with him. Deuk-Chan comforts Edan that he will ask Do-Ha about it. Moo-Jin shows up. He yells at the people that Do-Ha rips off other songs. Deuk-Chan runs to Moo-Jin. He asks him why he thinks so. He doesn’t wish the bad rumor to get spread.

Episode 1 of My Lovely Liar K-Drama ends with Cassandra screaming when the culprit is close to her. He has to run away. The people hear Cassandra’s screaming at the bar. They mistake that there’s a fire. They rush out of the bar and ask Cassandra about it. She tells them that there was a pervert who wore a mask.

The guy blames Cassandra for telling a lie. Sol-Hee walks to Cassandra. She asks her what happened. Cassandra tells Sol-Hee that she thought nobody was going to help her if she didn’t tell them there was a fire. The guy intends to report it to the police.

Bo-Ro thinks they should go to catch the culprit. The girls agree to what he said. Bo-Ro runs to Do-Ha and hugs him from his back. He thinks he was the pervert. O-Baek runs to Bo-Ro. He tries to help him. But he takes off his pants by mistake.

Do-Ha tries to flee. But he sees the people running to him. Cassandra looks for the culprit with Sol-Hee. She tells her that she sprayed the pepper spray at the culprit. She’s told that the culprit was caught. The people around Do-Ha. The guy thinks Do-Ha was the pervert. Do-Ha tells the people that he didn’t do that.
