What Happens In Fireworks of My Heart Episode 5?

Xu Qin watches what Li Meng do for Song Yan. She asks Song Yan if Li Meng is his girlfriend after Li Meng left. She thinks he should tell her that he has a girlfriend when he rejected her. He laughs and thinks she shouldn’t get someone else involved because it’s their problem.
Xu Qin points out that she shouldn’t betray her parents to choose Song Yan because she couldn’t support herself. He agrees to what she said. But he blames her for giving up him like giving up a dog. He thinks she only cares for herself. He believes that everything wouldn’t be changed even if time can turn back.
Fireworks of My Heart episode 5 reveals Xu Qin agrees to what Song Yan said that she will do same choice if it happens again. He tells her that he can understand her hard time. But it doesn’t mean that he’s going to make up with her. He thinks she will hurt him again.
Song Yan tells Xu Qin not to waste the present feelings for making up the regret of past. He adds that it will kill him if he’s hurt again because he’s not young anymore. He tells her that he doesn’t want to be related to her. He walks out of the treatment room.
Xu Qin cries. Song Yan hears her crying in Fireworks of My Heart. He runs into Li Meng who asks him to change the shoes. He rejects it. She realizes that the doctor is his ex-girlfriend. She leaks that Xu Qin asked her about him. She thinks he should give her a chance since he decides not to get together with Xu Qin.
Li Meng tells Song Yan that she will give up if he makes up with Xu Qin. He tells her that he won’t choose her and Xu Qin. It makes her believe that he still has feelings for Xu Qin. He tells her that he rejected her because he thought they won’t have a happy ending.
Li Nan reports to Xu Qin that the the blood test of the driver came out. She asks her if she was hurt when she was in the river. Xu Qin remembers Song Yan’s back was hurt when he was in the river. She tells the nurses to check if they were hurt.
Fireworks of My Heart reveals Song Yan gathers the firefighters. He tells the firefighters who contacted with the driver to step out. The firefighters think they’re going to give a prize. But Song Yan tells them to go to hospital testing their blood. The madam stops Li Nan and Xu Qin when they intend to send her son to isolation ward.
The madam asks Xu Qin to prepare a single ward for her son. Xu Qin shows the blood test of the madam’s son to the madam. She thinks the firefighters are lives as well. Yang Chi shows up with the firefighters. He tells the madam to respect Xu Qin.
The madam asks Xu Qin about Yang Chi and his followers. Xu Qin tells the madam that the guys were the firefighters who saved her son from the river. Li Nan takes the firefighters away after they got their blood tested. Xu Qin hands over the medicines to Song Yan. She worries about him.
Song Yan gives the medicines to the firefighters. Xu Qin tells Song Yan to stay in the hospital because he doesn’t take medicine. The medicine is sent to the hospital. Xu Qin takes over the medicine from the doctor. She runs to Song Yan and hands over the medicine to him.
Xu Qin thanks Song Yan for saving her. She claims that it’s just her duty. She mentions what he said that he doesn’t want to see her. She walks away. Suo Jun walks Song Yan. He asks him if he thought about his future. He mentions his fiancee has taken care of his father for five years. He wants to find a way to pay his fiancee back.
Episode 5 of Fireworks of My Heart ends with Xu Qin telling the patient’s families that she just saved the patient. The families thank Xu Qin. Suo Jun joins Song Yan when Song Yan is eating. He hands over his soup to him. But Song Yan ignores Suo Jun. He walks away.
Do Xu Qin and Zhan Xiaorao Become Friends?
Doctor Yang thinks Xu Qin felt honored when the patient’s families thanked her in Fireworks of My Heart. But Xu Qin thinks the patient’s families will forget her soon. The nurse asks Xu Qin if she will forget it if she was saved by a cop. Xu Qin remembers Song Yan saved her.
Xu Qin thinks Humans are the animals who are forgetfulness. She mentions there was no patient thanking doctors after they went home. Doctor Yang asks Xu Qin if she felt proud when she got thanked by the patient’s families. Xu Qin thinks it’s just her duty.
Xu Qin tells Doctor Yang that it won’t affect her attitude even if she gets thanked. Doctor Yang thinks Xu Qin isn’t a delightful doctor. Xu Qin points out that it’s enough to have a delightful doctor like Doctor Yang. Doctor Yang thinks Xu Qin sneered at her. But Xu Qin tells Doctor Yang that she praised her.
Xiao Yixiao visits Meng Yanchen. He tells him that he misses him. But Meng Yanchen doesn’t trust Xiao Yixiao. Xiao Yixiao tells Meng Yanchen that he’s doing a project. He asks him to invest in his project. He explains to him that he’s broke because of his ex-girlfriend Zhan Xiaorao.
But Meng Yanchen isn’t interested in Xiao Yixiao’s project. Xiao Yixiao tells Meng Yanchen that Xu Qin encountered Song Yan again. He asks him if he worries that the two will make up. Meng Yanchen thinks Xu Qin won’t do that. Xiao Yixiao agrees to what Meng Yanchen said. He thinks Xu Qin cannot be herself when Madam Meng is there.
Xiao Yixiao tells Meng Yanchen that he worries about Xu Qin. He thinks Meng Yanchen and Xu Qin aren’t happy because of Madam Meng. He wants to introduce Zhan Xiaorao to Xu Qin. But Meng Yanchen thinks Xu Qin and Zhan Xiaorao won’t become friends because the two are different.
Fireworks of My Heart reveals Xiao Yixiao mentions he and Meng Yanchen are best friends. But Meng Yanchen tells Xiao Yixiao to leave. Xiao Yixiao tells Meng Yanchen to be happy before he leaves his office. Xu Qin arrives at Xiao Yixiao’s bar. Xiao Yixiao introduces Zhan Xiaorao to Xu Qin.
Zhan Xiaorao shakes hands with Xu Qin. She thinks Xu Qin and Meng Yanchen are brother and sister because they look like ice mountain. Xiao Yixiao asks Zhan Xiaorao about her new boyfriend. She talks back that she doesn’t see his girlfriend. He explains to her that he broke up with his girlfriend.
Xiao Yixiao tells Ye Zi to bring a glass to them. Zhan Xiaorao asks Xu Qin if she’s in love or not. Xu Qin denies it. Zhan Xiaorao tells Xu Qin not to be like Meng Yanchen. She reveals she thought Meng Yanchen wants to be a monk when she saw him.
Meng Yanchen asks Zhan Xiaorao to return the investment to him. She thinks there’s nobody matching for him. She asks him if she doesn’t need to pay him back. She tells Xu Qin to find a boyfriend from the bar. Meng Yanchen tells Zhan Xiaorao not to turn Xu Qin into an evil girl.
Zhan Xiaorao decides to challenge Xu Qin after knowing she’s a good drinker. The two are drunk. Meng Yanchen takes Xu Qin to his car. Ye Zi tells Meng Yanchen that she just hit his car. He doesn’t ask her to compensate. He takes Xu Qin home. He puts her on the bed. He brings the water to her. He lies on the couch.
It flashes back. Master Meng goes to the hospital to pick up Xu Qin. He wipes off her tears and tells Meng Yanchen to accompany Xu Qin. Meng Yanchen introduces himself as older brother to Xu Qin. Madam Meng throws away Xu Qin’s doll because she like to be clean. Meng Yanchen picks up the doll for Xu Qin. She’s surprised.
Who Gives Song Yan’s Number to Xu Qin?
Xu Qin wakes up in the morning. Meng Yanchen cooks the dumplings for her. He’s surprised that she and Zhan Xiaorao became friends. She thinks Zhan Xiaorao is delightful. Meng Yanchen tells Xu Qin that she’s delightful as well. But she thinks she’s annoying.
Xu Qin tells Meng Yanchen that Song Yan rejected her when she tried to make up with him. She thinks it’s good that Song Yan rejected her. She thinks she wouldn’t know what to do if Song Yan accepted her. She thinks Song Yan saw that she wasn’t firm. So Song Yan hated her.
Xu Qin thinks she looked ugly. She asks Meng Yanchen if Song Yan wrote letters to her after she went abroad. He tells her that Madam Meng wishes her to go home. Song Yan visits Xu Qin with the firefighters. He asks her to let them use her balcony because they need to save the kid.
Song Yan almost falls when he saves the kid. Xu Qin saves Song Yan. She gives the kid a treatment when he hugs the kid. The kid’s parents show up. They thank Song Yan for saving their child. Song Yan tells the parents not to let their child stay at home alone.
The mother explains to Song Yan that they’re very busy. She takes her child away. Jiang Yi tries to leave. Xu Qin stops Jiang Yi. She asks him for Song Yan’s number. Jiang Yi gives Song Yan’s number to Xu Qin. He asks her not to betray him.
Fireworks of My Heart episode 6 reveals Xu Qin notes that Song Yan’s hand was hurt. She gives him a treatment. He drinks up her tea. He leaves her house. She runs to the window to call him. It makes him turn around. She asks him if he’s free this weekend. He ignores her and walks away.
Xu Qin adds Song Yan’s Wechat. He approves her. She’s very happy. She remembers he cleaned her house. She goes to the hospital and runs into Doctor Yang. She tells Doctor Yang that her new hairstyle is pretty. But Doctor Yang didn’t change her hairstyle.

Zhai Xiao texts Song Yan. She tells him that she’s going to give his clothes to Suo Jun. But he tells her to give his clothes to the guard. Madam Meng calls Meng Yanchen. She tells him not to have a fight with the shareholders. Master Meng tells his wife not to step in Meng Yanchen’s business.

Episode 6 of Fireworks of My Heart ends with Meng Yanchen asking Chen Mingyu who’s his boss. He stares at him. Chen Mingyu confesses to Meng Yanchen that Madam Meng asked him about the case. Meng Yanchen tells Chen Mingyu that he plans to let him work for Madam Meng.
