Chung-A tells the man to apologize to Hae-Joon because his girlfriend make Hae-Joon’s clothes wet. But he thinks Hae-Joon should move aside when his girlfriend walked by. Chuang-A has a fight with the man. It makes the man rise his fist.

Yeon-Woo shows up. The man is happy to see Yeon-Woo. He tries to introduce his girlfriend to Yeon-Woo. But he tells the man to apologize to Chung-A because Chung-A is his girlfriend. The man apologizes to Chung-A and Hae-Joon. Mi-Sook leaves.

Chung-A turns around. She has an eye contact with Hae-Joon. Hae-Joon remembers his grandpa told him that Chung-A gave up him. Chung-A complains to Yeon-Woo that she felt sad when Hae-Joon stared at her. Yeon-Woo laughs because he thinks his girlfriend has feelings for another man. Chung-A glares at Yeon-Woo. She tells him that she’s serious. He mentions the letter she sent to him that she planned to name their child Hae-Joon. Hae-Joon returns home. He realizes why he doesn’t like Chung-A.

It flashes back. Hae-Joon visits Chung-A’s cafe. But she makes the egg yolk drop to his clothes when she tries to feed him. Hae-Joon tells Chung-A that he will come often. It makes her happy. But he tells her to treat him like a stranger.

The chief cop scolds the cops. He tells them to catch the killer within one week. Hae-Joon meets with Yoo-Seob at Chung-A’s teahouse. Chuang-A brings the tea to Hae-Joon. She smiles at him. But he ignores her. She’s furious to walk away.

Hae-Joon tells Yoo-Seob that he knows he’s not the killer. But he contacted the victim. He asks him to share the details with him. Hae-Joon tells Yoon-Young that Joo-Young returned to the village because she wished to leave with Yoo-Seob.

Hae-Joon believes that Joo-Young and Yoo-Seob were more than colleagues. He tells Yoon-Young that Yoo-Seob didn’t leave because of the anniversary of his parents’ deaths. He reveals Yoo-Seob worried that he couldn’t return to the village if he fled. So Yoo-Seob hid in an abandoned house.

Yoon-Young is surprised after she knew the truth. Hae-Joon admits that Kyung-Ae was found in the abandoned house. He tells Yoon-Young that Kyung-Ae followed Yoo-Seob to the house. It flashes back. Kyung-Ae sees Yoo-Seob hugging Joo-Young. She trips. The two see Kyung-Ae. Kyung-Ae tells Yoo-Seob and Joo-Young that she wishes to help them after she heard their story. She returns to the house.

Hae-Joon mentions the note that the killer thinks the women who read are dangerous. Yoon-Young points out that Joo-Young had a book. She thinks Kyung-Ae went to the house with a book. But she wonders why they didn’t find the book at the house.

Hae-Joon thinks the book was taken away by the killer. Someone knocks at the door. Hae-Joon goes to open the door. He finds out that the person is Yeon-Woo. Yeon-Woo tells Hae-Joon that he wishes to use his bathroom. Hae-Joon closes the door. He hides the papers with Yoon-Young.

Yeon-Woo leaves Hae-Joon’s house after he used the bathroom. Yoon-Young mentions her mother and Mi-Sook wished to be a writer. She thinks the two are related to the killer. Soon-Ae holds the cash. She remembers Kyung-Ae asked her to let her name appear in her novel after she told the money for her. Soon-Ae tears up. She looks for something in her room.

Yoon-Young hears what the student said that Mi-Sook is a novelist. Chang-Sik shows Mi-Sook’s poster to Byung-Goo. He tells him that Mi-Sook became a novelist. Byung-Goo wonders why Mi-Sook didn’t tell it to him when he holds Mi-Sook’s book.

Soon-Ae walks into the classroom. She reads the book. She’s shocked. Yoon-Young takes a look at Mi-Sook’s poster. Mi-Sook tells the reporter that writing novels is her dream. The publisher is happy to introduce Mi-Sook’s mother as his junior.

Episode 11 of My Perfect Stranger K-Drama ends with Mi-Sook telling Dong-Sik that she’s going to tell the truth to him. But she asks him to protect her because she worries that she will be killed by the killer. He promises to protect her. So she tells him that she saw the killer. She reveals the killer is her older brother. Yeon-Woo shows the note to Hae-Joon. He reveals he found the note after he went to the bathroom. He asks him if the note belongs to him. He’s startled to step back when Hae-Joon tries to explain it. He asks him who he is.
