Does Hee-Seob Kill Kyung-Ae?

Hae-Joon remembers he found Kyung-Ae’s dead body. He tells Yoon-Young that the victims were tied up with red strings. Bum-Ryong explains to Hae-Joon that he did it because he worried that he will be caught. Yoon-Young takes a look at the photo. She thinks she went back to the past.
Yoon-Young stares at Hee-Seob. She realizes that he’s a pathetic person who she doesn’t wish to understand. Yoon-Young follows Hae-Joon. She asks him why he thought Hee-Seob wasn’t the killer. She mentions he heard Bum-Ryong’s confession.
Hae-Joon points out that Hee-Seob confessed without giving an excuse. Hyung-Man walks out of his house. He intends to go to give Hee-Seob a lesson because he heard Hee-Seob killed his daughter. Soon-Ae cries to stop Hyung-Man because she trusts Hee-Seob.
Dong-Sik shows the bloodstained cloth to Hee-Seob. He blames him for killing a person. Dong-Sik found the note from the matchbox. He remembered he found the matches from Hee-Seob’s room when he took the kids to break into Hee-Seob’s room.
Hee-Seob tells Dong-Sik that he didn’t kill the person. So Dong-Sik asks Hee-Seob to explain the bloodstained cloth. Soon-Ae cries to tell her families that Hee-Seob was hurt when he saved her. It flashes back. Kyung-Ae looks at Hee-Seob and Soon-Ae. She asks the two if they’re dating.
Hee-Seob explains to Kyung-Ae that he just worried about Soon-Ae. Soon-Ae tells Kyung-Ae to leave because she has a date. Kyung-Ae tells Hee-Seob to be nice to Soon-Ae. She pinches his face. Soon-Ae drags Kyung-Ae aside. She tells her to leave.
Kyung-Ae walks away. Soon-Ae is close to Hee-Seob. She asks him about his injury. He’s startled to step back. He tells her that he can treat his wound on his own. He decides to leave since she’s fine. But she takes his clothes. She tells him that she has medicine on the rooftop.
Ok-Ja learns that Hee-Seob stayed with her daughter on the rooftop. Hyung-Man disallows Soon-Ae to prove Hee-Seob’s innocence because he worries that the people will take about Soon-Ae. The cop hits Hee-Seob’s head. He asks him if he killed Kyung-Ae.
Dong-Sik tells the cop that he will ask Hee-Seob the question on his own. But the cop thinks Dong-Sik cannot interrogate Hee-Seob because Hee-Seob is Dong-Sik’s family. He lets other cops take Hee-Seob away. Hae-Joon asks Soon-Ae about the guy Kyung-Ae was going to see.
Soon-Ae thinks the guy is a good person because he saved Kyung-Ae’s life. Hae-Joon and Yoon-Young run out of Soon-Ae’s house after they realized that the guy is Yoo-Seob. They go to see the madam. The madam tells the two that Yoo-Seob cares for Hee-Seob very much.
Yoon-Young learns that Yoo-Seob was a college student. Hae-Joon remembers Byung-Goo introduced Joo-Young as a teacher. He thinks Yoo-Seob and Joo-Young went to same college. He concludes that Yoo-Seob knows the first victim. The cop takes back the necklace. Dong-Sik grabs the necklace and breaks into the interrogation room.
Dong-Sik wakes Hee-Seob up. He uses Hee-Seob’s key to open the lock on the necklace. He shows the lock to him. He asks him if the lock belongs to Yoo-Seob. But Hee-Seob tells Dong-Sik that the lock belongs to him. But Yoon-Young tells Hae-Joon that his father told a lie to Dong-Sik because Yoo-Seob never let him touch the lock.
Hae-Joon thinks Hee-Seob will make the cops believe what he said. He tells Yoon-Young that her father won’t be released because of what he said. He tells her to go to look for Yoo-Seob. He thinks the lock is the lost evidence. Detective Lee walks out of the police station. He gives the bloodstained cloth to Officer Kim.
Hae-Joon stops Officer Kim. He tells him to put the bloodstained cloth into the plastic bag. He tells him that the bag was given by Detective Lee. Soon-Ae knocks at the door. She begs Hyung-Man to release her. She thinks Hee-Seob won’t mention her name even if she tells people the truth.
Soon-Ae feels guilty for telling Kyung-Ae to leave. She thinks she killed her sister. She tells Hyung-Man not to hurt others even if they lost their family. She escapes from the window. She runs away from home. Yoon-Young is waiting for Soon-Ae.
Soon-Ae joins Yoon-Young. She asks her to help her. She tells her that she’s going to go to save Hee-Seob. She tries to take her to the police station. But Yoon-Young refuses to move. Because she thinks Hee-Seob’s elders will help Hee-Seob.
But Soon-Ae points out that there’s nobody on Hee-Seob’s side. She tries to go to see Hee-Seob. But Yoon-Young stops Soon-Ae. She thinks the cops aren’t fools. She yells at her that it was Hee-Seob’s mistake. She doesn’t allow her to leave even if Soon-Ae begs her.

Episode 9 of My Perfect Stranger K-Drama ends with Yoon-Young taking Yoo-Seob to the police station. Hae-Joon stops the two before they get into the police station. He takes them to the inn. He tells them that Hee-Seob is in the inn.
