Xe Xiwu points out that Ye Qingyu’s brain has been broken otherwise he wouldn’t fall for Pian Ran. She wears the black mask after Pian Ran left. Pian Ran asks Ye Qingyu about his injury. He tells her that he recovered. He asks her to manage the monsters.
Pian Ran scolds the monsters. She tells them that Tantai Jin will kill them if they continue to do it. Ye Qingyu smiles when he looks Pian Ran. Ye Xiwu takes a peek at Tantai Jin. She finds out that he’s fine. She wonders why her head is so heavy.

The crow flies away from Ye Xiwu’s head. Ye Xiwu screams to run away. The crow reports to Tantai Jin that he saw Ye Xiwu. Tantai Jin smiles. Ye Xiwu flees to the river. She tells herself that Tantai Jin didn’t see her. Tantai Jin shows up behind her. He calls her.
Tantai Jin wonders how did Ye Xiwu come. She explains to him that she concealed in the troops. She tells him not to punish Pian Ran. He walks to her and hugs her when she tells him that she worried about him. He tells her that she’s rancid.
Ye Xiwu gets changed. She walks out of the tent. Tantai Jin notes that Ye Xiwu’s leg was hurt. He carries her to his tent. He applies the ointment on her foot. He reminds her that her wound will get worse if it doesn’t get treated. She smiles when he blows her foot.
Ye Xiwu has an eye contact with Tantai Jin. She avoids his eyes. She tells him that she feels better. She’s scared to leave his tent. He thinks it wasn’t coincidence that the beast soldiers appeared at the border. He wonders what Xiao Yi wants to do.
Xiao Yi tells Fu Yu that he cannot wait for her beast soldiers. He asks her for a better method. She tells him that she needs the bone of Tantai Jin’s family to complete the spell. Ye Xiwu is lost in the camp. Tantai Jin shows up. He tells her to follow the three legs bird if she’s lost.
Ye Xiwu asks Tantai Jin if he blames her for coming to the camp. He wonders why she had to walk to the camp. He thinks Pian Ran intended to make her give up. She claims that she’s not the one who would give up. She mentions what she told him that she will come.
But Tantai Jin tells Ye Xiwu that he recovered. She intends to return to Jing City since he’s fine. But he tells her not to leave before her foot recovers. She’s furious to tell him that she’s not the one who will listen to him. She cries to complain to him that he gave up her from Jing Palace. She adds that it made her worry about him.
Tantai Jin comforts Ye Xiwu that he won’t do it anymore. She returns to Pian Ran’s tent and lies in her bed. Pian Ran tells Ye Xiwu not to lie in her bed. She worries that Tantai Jin will take her life. Pian Ran tells Ye Xiwu to return to Tantai Jin’s bed. But Ye Xiwu rejects it.
Pian Ran doesn’t expect that Ye Xiwu didn’t give up. She asks her if she has feelings for Tantai Jin. Ye Xiwu tells Pian Ran to sleep with her. Nian Baiyu reports to Tantai Jin that Xiao Yi stole his mother’s bone. Ye Xiwu wakes up. She sees Tantai Jin leaving the camp. She tries to chase him. But Pian Ran stops Ye Xiwu.
Ye Xiwu asks Pian Ran why Tantai Jin left the camp. Pian Ran tells Ye Xiwu that she knows nothing about it. She tells her to stay in the tent. But Ye Xiwu rides a horse to leave the camp. The shaman tells Xiao Yi that Tantai Jin will be killed in three months if he sacrifices Ying Xin with Tantai Jin’s mother’s bone.
Ye Xiwu visits Xiao Lin. She finds out that he’s fine. She tells him that she worried that Sheng Army would be defeated because the army was trained by her father. He asks her if Tantai Jin took action. She admits it and leaks that Tantai Jin left his camp.
Ye Xiwu tells Xiao Lin that she worried Tantai Jin would attack Sheng Army. He realizes something. He takes his sword and tells her to let Pang Yizhi take her to camp of Jing Army. Because he doesn’t wish Tantai Jin know Ye Xiwu came to the camp of Sheng Army. He goes to Sheng Palace.
Tantai Jin shows up from the rooftop. He uses his magic to hurt Xiao Yi and his followers. He mentions Xiao Yi stole his mother’s bone. Xiao Yi thinks he shouldn’t keep Tantai Jin because he mistakes that he made Xiao Lin betray him.
Tantai Jin asks Xiao Yi if he let the shamans to use the spell on his mother’s bone. He tells the moon bodyguards to kill the shamans. He thinks Xiao Yi is a devil. Xiao Yi tells Tantai Jin that he will rule the world if he kills him. He tells his bodyguards to attack Tantai Jin.
But Tantai Jin kills the bodyguards with his magic. Xiao Yi realizes that Tantai Jin can use devil power. He mentions his father Tantai Wuji locked him up in the palace. He thinks he would be killed by his father if he didn’t come to Sheng Kingdom to be the hostage.
Tantai Jin mentions he was treated like a dog when he was in Sheng Palace. He tells Xiao Yi that he hated him most. He uses the black magic to hurt him. He asks him to get on knees to his mother’s ashes. Xiao Yi agrees to it. But he takes over the ashes pot from Ying Xin. He breaks the pot.
Xiao Yi laughs to tell Tantai Jin that he won’t have a good ending. Ying Xin recognizes Tantai Jin. She yells at him when she calls him monster. She wonders why he’s alive. Xiao Yi thinks the one who should apologize to Tantai Jin’s mother is Tantai Jin himself. He mentions Tantai Jin killed his mother.
It’s raining. Xiao Yi thinks Tantai Jin should thank him for summoning the rain to flush everything. Tantai Jin kills Xiao Yi. Ying Xin is furious to stab Tantai Jin with the sword. He kills her. He thinks death is a good ending to her.
Ye Bingchang tries to take Jia Hui to flee. Jia Hui cries to ask Ye Bingchang where they should run. Ye Bingchang agrees to what Jia Hui said because Sheng Kingdom is going to be ruined. Eunuch points the knife at Ye Bingchang. He asks her for the money.
Ye Bingchang uses Jia Hui to block Eunuch. It makes him stab Jia Hui. Ye Bingchang pushes Jia Hui to Eunuch. He’s scared to tell her that he didn’t intend to kill a person. She smiles to walk away. Tantai Jin remembers what Ying Xin told him that he’s a monster. The dragon bodyguards surround Tantai Jin. They tell him that Xiao Lin is going to come.
Tantai Jin tells the dragon bodyguards that they cannot take his life. He defeats them with just one hit. He tells them that he’s going to rule the world because he killed Xiao Yi. Ye Bingchang sees Tantai Jin. She realizes that the most powerful man in the world is Tantai Jin. She tells herself that the safest place is Jing Palace.
