Bok-Soon holds the axe to run to Gwang-Il. He avoids her attack. He’s very happy. She’s hurt when she fights with him. She kills him with the gun because she needs to go to supermarket. Bok-Soon goes to the supermarket to buy herself some fruits. She returns home to do housework. She sees the dropped cigarettes. She realizes that her daughter smoked.
Bok-Soon remembers her father told her to eat the cigarette after he beat her. Jae-Young returns home. Bok-Soon tells Jae-Young that she found her cigarettes. She tells her not to smoke. Jae-Young rejects it. She returns to her room and closes the door.

Jin Sung joins So-Ra. He invites her to go to the karaoke room. So-Ra agrees to it after knowing she will drink for free. She invites Jae-Young to join them. But Jae-Young rejects it. She tries to leave. But Cheol-Woo stops her when he grabs her hand.
