Bu-Yeon Sees Ice Stone from Jang Uk’s Body

The deliveryman asks Cho-Yeon for her water. She lets another deliveryman get into her house. The maid lets the deliveryman wait in the garden because she needs to look for the young lady. The deliveryman walks around the garden. He sees Naksu.
Naksu walks to the deliveryman. She sees the wine pot he takes. She asks him for the wine pot. He gives the wine pot to her. She drinks up the wine and asks for another pot. He gives the wine pot to her. She leaves because the people are looking for her. The deliveryman falls for Naksu because he thinks she’s pretty.
The deliveryman tells his friends that he wants to see the beauty again. But they see the dead bodies. They believe that those people were killed by Naksu. They’re scared when Jang Uk walks to them. The soul shifter shows up. Jang Uk fights with the soul shifter. The soul shifter thinks Jang Uk is a monster like him because there’s a ice stone inside his body. Jang Uk kills the soul shifter. He mentions he killed his son.
The deliveryman laughs after he realized that Jang Uk is a mage. Jang Uk gets the wine from the deliveryman. He pours the wine on the dead body. Jang Uk asks the deliveryman about Naksu. The deliveryman realizes that Jang Uk was the one who almost killed by Naksu.
Jang Uk takes a look at the charm which was given by the deliveryman. He believes that he won’t see Naksu if he holds the charm. He throws away the charm. He drops the wine pot. Naksu picks up the wine pot from another place. She drinks the wine.
The soul shifter shows up from the street. Dang-Gu goes to chase her. Sang-Ho reports to Dang-Gu that the soul shifter fled into Jinyowon. Dang-Gu tries to get into Jinyowon. But he’s stopped by the maid. So he asks for seeing Cho-Yeon. But she rejects him for Cho-Yeon.
Sang-Ho yells at the maid. He tells her to open the door. Cho-Yeon shows up. She greets Dang-Gu. He feels happy for seeing her. But she tells him not to come to see her. She leaks that her mother Ho-Gyeong doesn’t wish anyone to visit Jinyowon.
Dang-Gu tells Cho-Yeon to take care of herself. He leaks that the soul shifter sneaked into Jin family. She mentions he failed to save her father. He tells her that he feels guilty for her father’s death. She tells him that she wishes him to have guilty all the time. She grabs her fist tightly before she returns to her house.
Jang Uk passes by Cho-Yeon. He disappears soon. Cho-Yeon is startled to ask Dang-Gu if he saw any person. He admits it and leaks that it was Jang Uk. He thinks Jang Uk was asked by king to chase the soul shifter. Cho-Yeon lets the maids close the door.
Sang-Ho believes that Jang Uk will catch the soul shifter. He tells Dang-Gu to wait outside. Dang-Gu agrees to Sang-Ho’s plan. Cho-Yeon reports to Ho-Gyeong that Jang Uk sneaked into Jin family to catch the soul shifter. She comforts her mother that Jang Uk won’t find Bu-Yeon.
Jang Uk casts his sword to the soul shifter. He makes her be hung on the wall. He pulls out his sword from her body. The path shows up. Jang Uk walks downstairs. He finds the side house. He walks into the house and sees the cloth. He tries to pick up the cloth.
Naksu stops Jang Uk. She asks him how he found the house when she holds a weapon. He casts her weapon to the wall. He blames her for pointing the fire poker at him. She takes a look at the fire poker. She realizes that he ruined the barrier.
Jang Uk asks Naksu if the house is a prison. She denies it and realizes that she will have a path if he throws more stuff to the wall. She asks him to throw the stuff to the wall. But he ignores her and tries to leave. She’s happy to grab his clothes. She asks him to take her to leave. But he rejects it because he thinks she can use the path to leave.
Jang Uk tells Naksu that he will throw her away like he did to the fire poker if she continues to tangle him. She tells him that she can see the stone inside his body. He’s surprised that she has the ability. He asks her who she is. She refuses to leak it until he helps her leave the house.
The maid reports to Cho-Yeon that Jang Uk broke the barrier. Cho-Yeon worries that Jang Uk will find Bu-Yeon. She runs away with the maid. Naksu tells Jang Uk that he will be stunned by her identity if he helps her leave the house.
But Jang Uk refuses to help Naksu because he worries that he will break the relationship of him and Jin family. He points at the cloth. She leaks that she has spent three days to make the cloth. But he pulls the cloth and makes it off the wall.
Naksu is furious to blame Jang Uk for ruining her cloth. She tells him that she has to return to the house even if she leaves the place. It makes him believe that she made a mistake. She tells him that her living is a sin. She leaks that she has been dead.
Cho-Yeon arrives at the barrier. The maid believes that Jang Uk got into the side house. Cho-Yeon finds Bu-Yeon from the house. She asks Bu-Yeon if she saw anyone. Bu-Yeon denies it. She asks Cho-Yeon what happened. Cho-Yeon leaks that Jang Uk sneaked into Jin family to look for the soul shifter. Cho-Yeon comforts Bu-Yeon that Jang Uk killed the soul shifter. She walks away. Bu-Yeon realizes that Jang Uk is a powerful mage.
It flashes back. Jang Uk helps Bu-Yeon make the path. He asks her not to tell her families that he came. She asks her to throw more stuff to the wall. She wonders why he changed his mind. He leaks that he’s a sinner like her who shouldn’t be alive.
Bu-Yeon remembers what Jang Uk told her that he’s a sinner like her. She sees the falling petals. She catches the petal. She smiles after she realized that the roses are blooming. Heo Yeom takes a look at the dead soul shifter. Dang-Gu reports to Heo Yeom that Jang Uk killed the soul shifter.
Heo Yeom thinks Jang Uk has the duty to do so because he was reborn in the ice stone’s help. He tells Dang-Gu to be close to Jang Uk because they were friends. Dang-Gu admits that he’s envy of Jang Uk because he has the power of ice stone. Heo Yeom believes that Jang Uk will have sleeping trouble since he killed the soul shifter.
Jang Uk returns home. Do-Joo is waiting for Jang Uk. She asks him if he’s fine. But he tells her not to worry about him. She takes a look at his sword. She thinks he will have sleeping trouble. But he tells her that he gets used to it. He returns to his room.
Do-Joo asks Servant Lee to prepare the wine for Jang Uk. But he rejects it because he fears Jang Uk’s room. She tells him to prepare the brazier because she intends to get into Jang Uk’s room on her own. The soul shifters tangle Jang Uk when he drinks.
Do-Joo visits Park family. She sees Dang-Gu ordering his followers to work. She thinks Dang-Gu is like the master of Park family. She runs into Yun-Ok. She asks Heo Yeom if Yun-Ok doesn’t intend to return to Wol Fortress. He admits it because the queen’s soul is living in Yun-Ok’s body.
Do-Joo reveals Yun-Ok visited Jang Uk with some medicine after she had heard that he cannot sleep well. It makes Heo Yeom wonder if Jang Uk repaid Yun-Ok. Do-Joo tells Heo Yeom that she came because she wants to do something for Yun-Ok.
Heo Yeom confesses that he failed to persuade Yun-Ok to give up Jang Uk. He asks Do-Joo to persuade Park Jin when she visits him. Park Jin makes the kimchi. He’s is very satisfied. Do-Joo shows up. Park Jin brags that the people like his kimchi very much. He goes to take garlic.
Ho-Gyeong Forces Bu-Yeon to Get Married
Do-Joo wonders why everyone told her to persuade Park Jin. She tastes the kimchi. She tastes the kimchi. She finds out that it tastes terrible. Sang-Ho reports to Dang-Gu that Jin family is preparing for a wedding. He believes that someone is going to get married. Ho-Gyeong tells Cho-Yeon that the bride is Bu-Yeon.
Ho-Gyeong visits Bu-Yeon. She tells her that she’s going to get married. Bu-Yeon mistakes that she will leave the house. But Ho-Gyeong tells Bu-Yeon that she still needs to stay in the house. Bu-Yeon wonders why she needs the marriage since she cannot leave the house.
Ho-Gyeong reveals she wants to get the power from the baby who Bu-Yeon gives birth to. Bu-Yeon rejects. She tells her mother that she doesn’t want to get the marriage. Ho-Gyeong’s smiling is frozen. She tells Bu-Yeon to obey her. Bu-Yeon believes that she will stay in the house all her life if she listens to Ho-Gyeong.
Ho-Gyeong persuades Bu-Yeon to stay with her all her life. Cho-Yeon wonders who will be Bu-Yeon’s husband. Ho-Gyeong tells Bu-Yeon that her husband is very outstanding. Lee Cheol reports to King that Jang Uk killed some soul shifters. King intends to let Go Won reward Jang Uk. Jin Mu wants to reward Jang Uk instead of Go Won. Lee Cheol is against it. Jin Mu glares at Lee Cheol.
Go Won meets with Lee Cheol. He wonders why Jang Uk still holds Naksu’s sword. Lee Cheol believes that Jang Uk still has feelings for Naksu. He tells Go Won to go to praise Jang Uk. Go Won visits Jang Uk. He tells him that he came to reward him. But Jang Uk tells Go Won to leave.
The bodyguard thinks Jang Uk didn’t respect Go Won. He wants to call Jang Uk. But Go Won rejects it. He drinks with Jang Uk because he thought Jang Uk is lonely after the mages left. The maid reports to Cho-Yeon that Bu-Yeon fled from the wall.
Cho-Yeon takes a look at the wall. She wonders how her sister fled from the wall. She tells the maid to go to look for Bu-Yeon before her mother finds it out. The maid tells Cho-Yeon that Bu-Yeon wears the tracking bracelet. She believes that she will find Bu-Yeon soon.
Bu-Yeon runs on street. She takes a look at her tracking bracelet. She thinks she will be found soon. She goes to the restaurant. She tells Ju-Wol that she’s looking for the man who is destined to be husband. Ju-Wol thinks what Bu-Yeon means is Seo Yul.
Ju-Wol refuses to leak Seo Yul’s information to Bu-Yeon until she gets the jewelry from her. She wonders where Bu-Yeon comes from. The follower reports to Ju-Wol that the jewelry belongs to Jin family. Ju-Wol mistakes Bu-Yeon as a thief.
Ju-Wol tries to look into Bu-Yeon. Bu-Yeon runs away. Dang-Gu sees her. She arrives at the dock. She asks Yoon-O if he comes from Seo family. He denies it. She hides on the boat when she sees the maids who came to catch her. So-Yi sees Seo Yul. She smiles.
Alchemy of Souls Season 2: Episode 1 Ending
Episode 1 of Alchemy of Souls Season 2 ends with Ho-Gyeong telling Cho-Yeon that Yoon-O needs her help. Cho-Yeon believes that Yoon-O won’t release Bu-Yeon. Bu-Yeon believes that Jang Uk won’t come. So she throws away the petal. She’s in tears. She’s sent to another place. She feels happy when she sees Jang Uk. He reaches out his hand. He tells her to leave with her. She agrees to it when she lets him grab her hand. She calls him husband and hugs him.
