But Gu Wei ignores Lin Zhixiao and he tries to talk with Xiao Du. But Xiao Du tells Gu Wei that he has a business. He leaves. Lin Zhixiao tells Gu Wei that she has time. She asks him to talk with her. But he tells her to go to accompany her father.
Lin Zhixiao tells Gu Wei that her father is fine. He tells her to go to buy him breakfast. She takes out the bread she bought. She asks him if he wants to eat it. But he tells her that he’s not hungry. He goes to the men’s restroom. She waits for him outside.

The director tells Gu Wei to be careful. He mistakes Lin Zhixiao as his ex-girlfriend. Gu Wei hands over the tissue to the director. He explains that Lin Zhixiao is just a family of the patient. The director points out that Gu Wei rejected many families of the patients. He tells him to think about it.
Lin Zhixiao tells Gu Wei that she will see him soon. She returns to the ward. She sees Qiu Qiu crying to ask Gu Wei to operate for him. Gu Wei calls Yan Bingjun. He asks him to let him get into the operating room with him. He sees him operating on Qiu Qiu.
Xiao Du runs into Gu Wei. He hands over the book to him, asking him to mark the highlights for him. Gu Wei points out that the patients won’t be sick according to the highlights. He thinks they should prepare enough since the patients handed over their lives to them.
Gu Wei returns to his office. He sees Lin Zhixiao waiting for him. He invites her to get into his office. But she knocks over the stuff from his table. He tells her that the gift is for Qiu Qiu. She tries to fix it. But he thinks it won’t be fixed once it’s broken.
Lin Zhixiao binds up the doll and hands it over to Gu Wei. He tells her that his hands shake after he failed to save his teacher. He adds that he cannot operate. Xiao Shan drinks at the bar. She asks the waiter for the wine. But he rejects it.
Gu Xiao shows up. He tells Xiao Shan that he wants to accompany her to drink. She wonders why he knew she’s there. He thinks it’s heaven’s intention. She laughs and learns that he wants to drink with her. She brings a few glasses of wine to him. She asks him if he dares to drink them up.
Gu Xiao wakes up. He finds out that Xiao Shan left. The waiter asks him to pay the bill. He takes out the phone and sees the word “Fool” she wrote on his face. He texts her that he will get her one day. She laughs and thinks he has guts because of the wine.
Yin Xi takes her boyfriend to see Lin Jianguo. Lin Jianguo tells the two to hold hands because it’s not at school. But they reject it. Yin Xi blames Lin Zhixiao for not telling her about her father’s illness. But Lin Jianguo thinks Lin Zhixiao did a great job.
Lin Jianguo tells Lin Zhixiao to wash apples for Yin Xi and her boyfriend. Yin Xi follows Lin Zhixiao to walk out of the ward. She mentions Lin Jianguo’s illness. Lin Zhixiao tells Yin Xi that her father doesn’t know he has a cancer.
Yin Xi tells Lin Zhixiao not to have a fight with her father. But Lin Zhixiao points out that she should treat Lin Jianguo lie a normal person. Yin Xi thinks Lin Zhixiao grows up. Lin Zhixiao tells Yin Xi not to be sad. Yin Xi brings a good news to Lin Zhixiao that the cellist left the orchestra. She thinks she has a chance to replace the cellist.
Lin Zhixiao agrees to what Yin Xi said. She wants to prove to the people that she’s an outstanding cellist. She visits Teacher Jin and tells him that she will work hard. But he tells her that he doesn’t need a cellist. Gu Wei runs into Lin Zhixiao on the rooftop. She waves to him.
Gu Wei joins Lin Zhixiao. He notes that she’s not lively like before. She talks back that she was quiet. She reveals she was kicked out by her teacher. He comforts her that there’s only a triangle in the orchestra. She laughs to slap him. She tells him that he doesn’t have to comfort her.
Lin Zhixiao tells Gu Wei that she hasn’t practice too much. She adds that she’s not a genius. She thinks she will give up cello. She drinks the coke and tells him that she feels better. She tells him to tell her about his teacher’s case if he wants to say.
Gu Wei leaks that his teacher Liang Zhou had hemorrhage after he operated on him. Lin Zhixiao thinks Gu Wei has psychological disorder because he’s not sure if his teacher’s death was his mistake. She thinks he’s a genius who thinks he has more duties than others. She tells him that he will realize that it’s nothing after he crosses the hurdle.
Lin Zhixiao reveals she has many failures. She thinks each failure drives her to move forward. He thinks she’s like a child. She talks back that she’s a lady. He tells her that he’s her senior. She makes fun of him that he needs to use her shampoo.
Lin Zhixiao tells Gu Wei that she would stand on the world stage if she had a talent like him. She gets a call from Lin Jianguo who asks her to come back. She tells Gu Wei not to give up before she leaves. Lin Zhixiao texts Teacher Jin. She tells him that she doesn’t want to give up cello. She asks him to give her a chance.
Gu Wei takes a look at the doll Lin Zhixiao fixed. He smiles. But Xiao Du tells Gu Wei to come out. The patient’s father tries to beat Gu Wei after he found out that his son is bleeding. Lin Zhixiao accepts the hit for Gu Wei. Gu Wei treats Lin Zhixiao’s wound. He thinks she shouldn’t rush out.
Lin Zhixiao points out that she was hurt because of Gu Wei. She wishes him to operate on her father. He shows the balloon to her. She thinks the balloon is like a pig. But he tells her that it’s a chicken. He hands over the chicken balloon to her.
Gu Wei decides to stitch on Lin Zhixiao. But she asks for anesthetic. He tells her that she will get more stitches if she chooses anesthetic. She finds out that his face is good looking when he stitches on her. She leaves the medical room.
Lin Zhixiao realizes that she doesn’t take the chicken balloon. She returns to the medical room. She finds out that Gu Wei is nervous because of what the patient’s father said. She takes him to her school, asking him to climb over the window.

But Gu Wei rejects it. Lin Zhixiao climbs over the window. She promises to open the door for him. But he finds out that the door isn’t locked. She takes him to get into the theater. She tells him that his senior promised to be ensemble with her on the stage if she gets into the university.
Lin Zhixiao tells Gu Wei that she came to the place when she had any problem. She tells him that she wants to share the place with him. But he asks her to play for him. She walks to the stage and plays the song for him. He smiles when she plays. She tells him that he’s a great doctor.
